**Ok, looks like two new debut releases IS applying my holiday reward and not the additional 20% off? So at least I'm not getting the worse of the two deals, but then the sales page description is wrong.
The extra 20% is not applied to anyone with loyalty discounts higher than 20.
The "18000 items" button on the Holiday sales page goes to a page with 618 items on it.
The main promo banner mentions getting a free character but it seems that was yesterday only as I don’t see any free character sections today...
The new items from Huge Holiday Savings Items don't get the 60% off discount with a new item in cart.

Do they include the Awesome PC+ Sale items? The ad copy states that a 60% PC+ discount for the posted selection will apply in the cart, however the only discount I'm getting off the prices on the page is my loyalty bonus. There's nothing to indicate that an additional purchase is required.

This is weird, on my PC in Firefox when I click on forums it says 400 Bad request. But I can get in on my iPhone. I was able to get in the forums on the PC just a while ago but now I can't...

Huge Holiday category now getting the 60% discount.
The Main Page promo has been corrected but we can't do anything about the email that was sent out.
I can trigger the Huge Holiday set with a Debut release, but the Still New releases won't trigger it. Also, they've found their way into the Huge category.

The 60% off category is showing all new items and not discounting.
There are still problems with the discounts, I have attached pics of my cart as it was 5 minutes ago ( was still opened in a browser tab ) and as it is now.
We are unable to remove the new items from the category. That will have to wait till Daz gets in. Discounts are on non-new.
OK thanks, also I have weird technical problem in Firefox whenever I click on forums. What does this mean? Who should I contact about this? Is this some sort of virus?
I would think everyone would be affected if it was daz. I'm not sure if it's Daz related, but you could put in a ticket in case.
Vintage Milk Float is listed on the PC+ page under "Get an EXTRA 60% OFF* weekly PC+ Items". No discount, but clearly not supposed to be there anyway being It's not even a PC+ item.

May I ask how the PC+ Holiday Specials category should be discounted (for PC+ members) ?
60% off for everyone, personal Holiday Loyalty Discount off in cart and then what....an additional PC+ membership discount off in cart ?
Oh wow, that's a bit confusing. The item isn't listed as PC+, but you're right, it does act as a PC+ item in cart (holiday loyalty discount applies to it aswell). I must have misunderstood "weekly pc+ Items", sorry!

We dont generally add brokered items into the related category, but I sometimes throw them in to mix things up :)
