Thanks, Rawb
Making an inquiry.
DAZ_Rawb already fixed it.
But they're not showing.
The document we got from the boss on how to set this rule up had in big bold letters that the loyalty discounts shouldn't apply to the 2-or-more debut new releases discount. So the sales rule was created taking the big bold letters from the boss in mind.
So... with my specific holiday discount I can buy a single new release for 30% extra off, or buy two or more for 20% extra off?
Okay...
A good way to ensure that the customers know that would be to include the wording "[does]n't apply to the 2-or-more debut new releases discount. "
I'm still confused. How does 2-or-more debut new releases apply to the Holiday Specials section? In the message you quoted, I'm trying to ask about the section titled 60% Off PC+ Holiday Specials, you know, that section that you just fixed that had the incorrectly filtered URL. I probably wasn't specific enough in my question.
OK, so the stacking of the Holiday Loyalty discount and todays "get two and save 20%" was sacked. Which is IMO a bit short-sighted because it kills the incentive to not only buy one release. But the loyalty discount is also not correctly applied to the new release I have in cart. Hope that gets fixed later on.

Ah, got it: Put 1 new release in cart, get holiday discount. Put 2+ releases in cart, get the 20% for 2 even if your holiday discount might be better. At least that explains things. OK, if shopping less is requested.
Ok, so since this is the situation, my recommendation is this.
As far as I can see, only one new item is needed to kick off any of the sales on the loyalty promo page. At this point, those with over 20% discount get the expected discount in the cart. Those in this scenario will have trouble with 2 or more new releases in the cart (the discount drops for them).
So buying new releases one at a time you'll get the expected discounts if you have the higher loyalty percentage.
Should the Monthly PC+ membership be part of the Historical Top Sellers category? It's never been in store, only offered as a renewal option for people with a current quarterly/annual membership. It leads to Oops page & shows no discount.

Random observation: buying the character I want with my loyalty discount is a better deal for me than buying any one of the select Debut/Still New items (none of which I really like) to get said character free. Why not just make it "Any New Release"? The rules would be simpler, which might mean a better chance they'd work correctly. That would mean less time spent trying to fix daily sales, so more time to fix New Store Issues, which would hopefully mean those would be functional sooner vs. much, much later.
I am going to guess no, since it's not discounting. Reporting.
Edit: Jack just reminded me you can only buy quarterly and annual subscriptions, so a defunct item snuck in.
pity. I was hyped to see a Monthly PC option.
Hi there, not sure if this has been mentioned yet: The '5 for 60%' discount in the Huge Holiday Savings section is not working correctly, I think it counts items that are in the Historical Topseller list as well. Because I have only four items from the Holiday Savings list in my cart, and every time I try to add the fifth, this additional item is not receiving the discount. I think the Morphing Socks from the Historical Topsellers must be the culprit as they are in my cart as well.
Could this please be fixed? If it says '5 from this here category' then that should actually mean '5 from this category' and not 'well unless of course you hadn't realized that some of these are in other categories as well from where you put them in your cart unknowing that it would spoil the discount'. Thanks!
Just checked, yes it's definitely due to double categorisation. When I remove the socks I can add a fifth item that gets the 60% discount. Again, please fix.
Have you tried the normal troubleshooting stuff? I see them. If it's this one, https://www.daz3d.com/profuse-amounts-of-daz-originals, I am seeing over 4K items.
I have a new release in the cart from the loyalty promo and have added five from https://www.daz3d.com/Lots-o-holiday-cheer#filter_new=0&filtered=1 and am getting 60% off them plus my loyalty discount. Can you show a screenshot please?
Sure can, I'm attaching two screenshots: The first shows the cart with the socks in and being properly discounted to something around 2 dollars, but then I can't add the fifth item like I said. The second shows five items with proper loyalty discount, but when I then add the socks back in, they discount only to around 5 dollars. Huh, does that make any sense? I didn't want to rebuild the original situation with socks in cart first because that would have meant kicking everything out and then back in again. - Weirdly, the cart also claims the socks were a new item, which they definitely aren't, being a 'historical topseller'. Maybe this is the real problem, the cart thinking I wanted to apply the loyalty discount to 2 new items?
Gotta run now, will check back a little later - thanks for helping, as always!
@Cris Palomino, I figured it was a glitch.
@BradCarsten, I have it as an option under Recurring dropdown on my PC+ page, so any current member can change to the Monthly version - but that's the only way you can go monthly. I hope that hasn't changed. I've gone monthly several times when I know I won't be able to afford the longer term. (Just don't wait until the final week of your subscription to change)
I'm starting to think this is how Daz comes up with their sales
I'd like to think that what the boss meant was that you wouldn't get the Loyalty Discount PLUS the 20%. That's how I read it. Obviously that's not how it was applied. I seem to remember previous Holiday loyalty discounts having similar bizantine rules.
Y'all make it hard on yourselves. I'll note that @Cris Palomino got it right when she said to buy one at a time if your Loyalty discount was higher than 20%. In my case that's 4 seperate purchases.
Looks way too structured...
I hve no ideea on what I've spent 100 bucs...In the same format is also the bill sent to my email. See the screenshot. Please fix this asap,or maybe is a good ideea to get the website down until you fix critical issues like this one, beause it brings a lot of insecurity on the clinet side.
Try the Print Order option. That shows net prices, for content, at least.
No download (Manual/DIM/Daz Connect) for MMX Resource Saver Shaders Collection 3 for Iray
Same for me
How does the $10 Interactive License for Feature Artists work? I selected (Sixus1 Media) from the list, then an item from the list that appeared (RetroSpace Bundle) and it's still $50. Images Attached.
Also after I put 2 Debut New Releases I lose my discount from 65% to 60% (On Featured Artist Item Retorspace Bundle) GIGO
Hi
I have ticket in for this that has been responded to (November 11th "Thanks for writing in, we do have this on the issues list and hope for a resolution soon."). I've also raised it again in the Store Issues Thread this morning.
If you pay with PayPal you at least will get an itemised list of what you bought for your records, while waiting for a fix that will hopefully propegate through to your order history in future :)
Hope I'm not stepping on toes with the response.
