    It will be when people start returning items they cannot download.

    Same silly exclusion error in today's ad. PC+ and membership sale excludes PC+ and membership.

    I'll give it two days, as if I ordered something online and had to wait for physical delivery. After that, I think my disgust level will have reached the refund request level.

    Bought Facegen Pro. Doesn't appear on DIM or Daz Central. Manual download options blank in product library. No serial number listed in account. No way to use the product I've purchased.

    I don't know if there was some special discount involving Throwback (one word, btw) New Releases that got canceled, but regardless of what the fine print suggests, these cost the same whether you have only one in the cart or twenty.

    There's a "items must be in cart simultaneously" message under the carousel, which suggests there should be something special when you have several in cart or when you buy them with something else.

    Likely a copy/paste from the carousel above it.

    When I opened DIM to download my two items I bought today, I didn't find the new shaders. I checked my Product Library and it appears the item is missing all methods of downloading. Not sure on a Saturday it can be fixed, but if it can be elevated that would be appreciated. Or I can elevate a Customer Service report, but the ones I reported weeks ago, tooks days to get a boiler plate reply that they were not going to get a look for weeks due to volume.

    I wrote too soon. My other item, download is failing. There are zip files for it, but it doesn't even move a percent before it dies.

  • I am guessing I will need to wait a day for the food shaders like I had to for yesterday's purchase

    but at least I could manually download that one

    dunno if DAZ is being overwhelmed with sales or something but that could resolve itself blush given wink

  • I have been pondering weather or not Drutherson is a character I will use.  The prices are good for me, as others in the forum have said, $24.46 and $$31.35, but the total that the DAZ cart gets (with the free Drutherson addons) is $59.71. My calculator says it should be $55.81.

    That looks like  my total after sales tax.  Are you maybe being charged sales tax?

    Still missing. Imagine you are this PA, and you have ONLY ONE CHANCE at a debut, and your product is on the sale page but NOT IN THE STORE. No way to estimate lost revenue, no do-over, you just lost out.

    Also can't get https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-guritha-outfit-for-genesis-8-females. while I see the outfit in DIM, I get constant network errors. Same for a manual download. Tried in both Chrome Chrome and Edge. I'll also note that I have no such errors with any other web pages, searches, etc. so I don't buy talk about browser issues or extension problems for these cases. Just more issue with the new store.

    EDIT 

    Figures, right after I pose this Dforce Guritha and another updated file that kept  failing were just successful in DIM. Still nothing for 41 Food Shaders though.

    I'm sorry if this has been answered (this thread has SO MANY new posts just in the past few days and I can't read them all), but has anyone been able to fix the Products Not Showing Up To Download In DIM issue? I lost internet connection in the middle of downloading a product via DIM and now NONE of the products that were listed for download are showing up. Is there a fix for it when our downloads aren't showing up in DIM?

    The food shaders have been fixed and I downloaded all 10 files, but I had to work with 2 of the files that failed multiple times.

    But I still haven't been able to get  https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-guritha-outfit-for-genesis-8-females to download in DIM. It shows 0 bytes in the file.

    This has happened to me a couple of times and, going off of a comment in some thread awhile back suggesting that DIM might be overloaded during the sale(s), I just turned it off, waited a few hours, and tried again. At that point, they reappeared and downloaded (or at least most of them finished). I do not know if these results are typical for everybody.

    An update from my post yesterday - the website will still not let me pay with any of my credit cards or with PayPal. I have tried every possible combination, including restarting browsers, restarting the computer, adding a new credit card, but nothing works. Am I really the only one with this problem?  I'm not able to take advantage of this Black Friday Sale.

    @gwp15 If you REALLY want the products, then screenshot your cart and attach it, along with your explanation in a sales support ticket. Once they get your account working, then they can manually help you with your order(s).
