In more than five years of shopping here, Daz Customer Service always makes things right, if it becomes necessary.
Some folks are having issues with DIM and/or manual downloads, others are not. A relatively few product files appear to have problems, but if you happen to purchase one of those, CS will help you.
Only you can decide if the prices are too good to pass on. If you see something you're sure you'll regret not buying now, I recommend getting it. Worst case scenario is you "return" the item and get a full refund.
That is my opinion, of course.
I have had several dealings with DAZ Support. I only wish other websites and online sellers were more like DAZ!!!!!! It's always a very pleasant experience.
I have the same problem. I put in a ticket. Such matters normally get fixed sometime Mon-Fri.

Interactive Licenses and you Day 8!
I'm 99.9999999% sure I used to be able to see the product for the Interactive License I just purchased in my Order History but now my complete order history and new orders do not.

Also, thank you for reporting the sale problems which are now resolved for me. I'm also hoping the bundle child items will eventually get updated in my product library.
Well after all these years, I was able to use my store credit and Amazon Pay at the same time.
Most new items aren't showing the New flag, and searching on "new" no longer gives items which are new, it gives items which have "new" in their name.
I want to renew my PC+ for another year, but with all this going on, I'm afraid.

Okay, so bear with me here. I'm sure this has come up several times, but I can't find a recent post, or the FYI regarding this matter as there is a lot to sift through. I chose PayPal for my payment option. My credit card was charged, but my DAZ order received a processing error and all of my items remain in my shopping cart unpaid for. I logged into PayPal, and my order has been received and charged, but PayPal has halted the order based on a 'compliance issue.'
So, is my order paid for, or not, or has been placed on hold? All of the items that I just tried to purchase are still in my cart, but again - credit card was charged... so... help?
I should probably file a ticket for a refund since the turnaround on compliance issues is usually 24-72 hours and this sale is almost over. Huh?
Well, that sux! Logged in today to find the 22 items I had in my cart are gone :(

...don't know if anyone else has run into this, but clicking on a single PA's store in the Friends of the Sale section brings up items from all of them, not just the store that was selected.

I know there was a pause on actually deactivating the expired memberships last week.. as they didnt want to rock the boat.. so you might be showing as PC even on an expired membership.
This is the new norm.. that's why, when the bugs are ironed out, it will be such a better experience than previoulsly. But yes, there are still some kinks.. but we're a week out, so a but more time and it will be there.

Anyone else having issues applying todays deal? I keep getting an error saying that "LEGACY-DEAL" is not a valid code.
