That's the issue I had since last Sunday and today is the first day it's worked. Hopefully they get a universal fix ASAP.
That option to uncheck the box to save your credit card has always been there, I have always made sure it is unchecked when I use my credit card and DAZ has never saved my credit card info. The one thing I did find different tho is that when I checked out another box popped up and asked if I wanted to save the card info and I clicked never. I also love the feature of the gift card code showing on the order, copied it went to redeem gift card ...done! Only strange thing was the order of products in my store credit history, the gift card purchase showed down below the items I have recently purchased with the new purchased ID numbers so the balances in the Balance column are out of order, but the total balance is correct.
DIM is still blank on Ready to Download for the 8th straight day. I put in a ticket on it yesterday. I hope this will be fixed. I'm having download and install withdrawals.
Still a broken shop... can't renew my platinum membership which got cancelled for some reason. :P

Administrators- the aspect Leana pointed out really should be addressed- if I own something, it will NOT show up in the store search bar. WHAT???? And when I uncheck "hide what I own" on the store results page, it refreshes and has that box checked again. What good is a store search if it takes EVERYTHING YOU OWN OUT????? That's not a search feature, it's a FILTER. I tested it and sure enough, if I own it, it does NOT show up in store search. This is stupid beyond belief.
I've also noticed that these missing items are not showing as purchased in the store either.
Yes, I have the same problem. Store search has gotten worse rather than better. I hope it is still on the list for fixing.
I can't be sure, of course, but this may be related to a pre-store-migration problem with TOA Ryder for Genesis 3 Females. Apparently, it got updated for some reason on October 7. However, the people who saw the update couldn't download, and I couldn't see the update at all and never got notice from DIM that an update was available.
Going to the product library now and trying to download manually gets the following page/codes:

My issue there is entirely different; the link in the product library to dForce Augmentation Outfit is completely dead. Clicking on it doesn't bring up a page in the product library at all. It also has some weird capitalization going on in the Products list as well: "DForce" instead of "dForce" and "Genesis 8 Female(S)" instead of "Genesis 8 Female(s)" as it is in the store. I wonder if maybe those changes mean that somewhere behind the scenes, Product Library just can't find the file because of that.
DIM gone again :( hopefully it will be better tomorrow, I have filed a ticket but I was going to ask them to cancel it, now I am glad I filed that ticket

I had an instance today where the store kept insisting I needed to log in to add something to my wishlist, though I was obviously logged in and could, in fact, load my wishlist.
It cleared up when I logged out and back in and reloaded the listing page a couple times, but I wanted to throw that out there.
Other than that, I want to underline how important it is to get the product readme pages fixed. It is extremely frustrating to try to find out more information about an older product I have in the library. Clicking on more information in Daz, or the i button in DIM just sends me to a placeholder page. So I then click over to the full store and search for it there, then I have to turn off "Hide products I own" to find it. At the least can you put direct product store page links back on the 'this is a placeholder' pages?
Might have been related to a glitch I had the other day, where looking at the store page for the Grovebrook House set changed my little blue man icon from blue (logged in) to white (not). Just on that page, not on any other page I checked. I reloaded the page a few times, and that fixed it.
I imagine it's only logging in and getting the product list that fails - I've been downloading with DIM for over 7 hours now and it's still downloading steadily, in the beginning some files failed, but now all seem to download without errors. I'm only using one connection (one file at a time), not sure if that matters. Running at full speed on a 50 Mbit connection.
This has happened to me a few times, too. I've gotten around it by either closing and reopening the page, or reloading it, but waiting has also seemed important. "Must be logged in" and the ever-fun personalized data error primarily seem to crop up when I try to do something too quickly, be it add an item to my wishlist or click a link. The personalized data error specifically happens all the time, but now it's just kind of a blip rather than Big Deal that lasts for minutes to hours and is related to something going hideously, horribly wrong on the back end of things.
Now it feels more like there's some script or other that lags behind everything else and hasn't loaded fully by the time the rest of the page renders, and attempting an action that requires it before it's finished makes the site freak out. But reloading the page and letting it resolve and then sit there for a few more seconds takes care of the problem.
After the new site went online, the box was gone and defaulted to saving credit card information. DAZ support acknowledged the error and got it working again yesterday. For a short time earlier in the week, unchecking the box actually still saved the credit card info. DAZ support cleared out the stored data and alerted me when the checkout process was working correctly. It appears to be working as it did on the old site now. :)

It is working to a point for me - if I turn it off on searching for Gift Card it shows the Gift Card, but not the four items that it was showing with the Hide option on. In that case at least it seems to act as a toggle rather than adding to the existing selection of items.
It doesn't seem to do that with other searches, which is even stranger - for those it works as expected, increasing the items on display when Hide Items I Own is disabled.
I purchased TOA Divine G3F in 2017. I just looked up the product in DIM and it showed no updates. The package file is from 2015.
I went to my product library page for the product and downloaded the zip file to open in my Zip client. It failed the first time, but completed downloading after I told the browser to resume the download. It opened without errors in WinZip. I checked the date on each and every file/folder. While some were older, from 2014, most of the dates were between June 15 and June 26, 2015. As far as I can tell, there are no updates to this file, and the "updated for some reason on October 7" was probably a glitch.
The problem is with TOA Ryder, not Divine.
Store search fails for me exactly as Novica described. Unchecking Hide Items I Own does not change the display. Products I own are still hidden. I am using Chrome on Windows 10. I even disabled the Daz Deals extension, to see if it was causing the problem. It is NOT the problem. Here is an example.
I own Elsa for Genesis 8 Female
While logged in, I search the store for elsa. Only two products I DON'T own show up. Hide Items I Own is checked, even though I had unchecked it before the search.
I uncheck Hide Items I Own. The display does not change. The Elsa product that I own does not show up.
I log out of Daz3D. I search the store for elsa. Three products show up, including the one I own. The store doesn't know "I" own it, because I am logged out.
Am I the only one who purchased Platinum membership on monday - and still waiting for activation? (Though money was paid immediately.)
I opened a ticket, but now on sunday my pc+ status still says cancelled.
I do not want to miss the freebies of this week. Or should I pay the high price for a pc+ item to get them?
What chance do I have?
I've seen cases where it did that, cases where it worked as expected showing all results and othere where unchecking "hide items I own" displayed only what I owned. No idea what caused the difference, might be the browser as I use Daz site on my phone and laptop.
New membership not working is a known issue I think.
Honestly there's little chance it will be solved on a Sunday IMO, so if I was in your place I'd purchase the freebies with a cheap item and open a ticket to get the difference refunded.
Thanks for your respond. The cheapest items are about $ 11, and I need two for adding the Pro bundle.
I have no experience with refunds. Is this a real chance?
Oh yes, they will give you a refund on the difference between what you pay and what you should have paid as a member if you give them the order number for the membership purchase. That might take a few days as they most probably have tons of tickets to process right now, but they're usually very good with that. Especially when it's their fault it doesn't work.

And I got an error attempting to download Ryder, too.
Is that what's happening? That it won't show up things in the search if you already own it? I couldn't figure out why I was having So Much Trouble finding all the products that I used in my promos. I was compiling a list of the products I used for my last batch of promos and I was having an insanely hard time tracking things down. I had to result to using Google to find the links to the items.
If that's what's happening, I hope they fix this issue and NOT automatically filter out what one already owns.
Still can not install "TOA Ryder for Genesis 3 Female" via DIM nor do a manual download.
