I bought a Game License for DAZ Originals in the early part of 2016 and in my past order that I did that in it shows that I bought that interactive license. It does not show that I have an interactive license explicitly though for the DAZ Originals I own like those of you that must buy those for each product or each bundle.
I have bought plenty of PA interactive licenses as well as those show on the orders as DAZINT Interactive License but with nothing to download. On the Product Download page I'm pretty sure there used to be before the store upgrade a download button for a product it's interactive license document if I had an interactive license for it but I'm not 100% sure.
And still, any purchase I made before the store migration shown as status unknown although I reckon they'll remedy that when they fix all the other problems.
I never had anything but an order for the DO indie license I bought
and a lot of the stuff went elsewhere afterwards too so not sure where I would stand there using any of it in a game
fortunately I won't be making a game in the foreseeable future with my skills in Unreal Engine
Just ran across something really odd. I was looking at the Vladimir 8 Pro Bundle (https://www.daz3d.com/vladimir-8-pro-bundle) and noticed two things:
1) It has a field for "File Formats", should a bundle have that field showing at all?
2) The format listed is "Unreal", and ONLY "Unreal", which is plainly wrong, whether the field should be there or not -- surely either it should list all the importer and native formats, or none of them.

Previously purchased item not showing as owned! Is there a known problem of owned items not being transfered from the old system to the new system?
Back on July 4, 2012 I purchased:

But the store page doesn't show I own it and it isn't in my purchase history. Almost picked it up again with the Legacy Grab Bag promotion but checked my archived zip files first (lucky me!).
Found another one: sku:13877 Fairytale Dress Textures
As a curious update - a product I bought that I couldn't download (https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-cb-haze-alpha-clothing-set-for-genesis-8-females ) still isn't showing up when I click on it in my Product Library BUT if I go to the order under Orders from the account page, I can click 'Download' under 'Manual Download' then it takes me to my Product Library and the product shows up with the download links. So yay!
Do put in a ticket.
As for what happened. I have read several posts the last couple of years about similar issues. Apparently, sometimes Daz model names make PayPal think you are buying something illegal/illicit. So PP halts the transaction & sends a vague message like you got.
I had the same problem with other items from the Grab Bag offer.
Yes, for example Daz decided to change a few product names which used the word "lolita" some times ago because paypal blocked payment for all orders with those products. The only way to pay for those items with Paypal was to buy a gift certificate with Paypal and then pay the order with that GC.
Why are there links on the sale page for Platinum Club Anniversary 2020 Bundle 1 and 2 that lead to "oops" pages?
Is todays link to the BYOB intended?
Is the Weekly Freebie for this week really supposed to be Mega Pack 1?
Is the PC+ Category sale really supposed to be the #2 (which I think we already had weeks ago already!?!)
Or is it just some spook that I'm just seeing because I'm using the wrong browser?
ERROR REPORT - I deliberately checked the status of my Platinum Plus membership several days go, and it clearly was ticked to auto-renew. It has not auto-renewed and I am Platinumless.
And yes, lots of older previously owned items are again showing as not bought.
Also, for the second time, I had several items in my basket yesterday. They are gone. Again. I have wasted hours on the site several times now, and it just does not work. Don't you think this has been going on long enough now? It's pointless me trying, even, until all this is fixed. Apologies to all the sellers who have lost out on my trying to purchase. DAZ - time to get the appies off the job and bring in the professionals?? :) (Note - appies = apprentices.)

Yes, there is a catchup now of the previous weeks.. so each day will be a chance to catch up. Cat sale #2 (like BYOB #2) is actually both 1 and 2.
Can you please file a ticket. I think the membership renewal process is still being worked on, and a ticket will ensure it's tracked.
Yes. I definitely put in a ticket last night. It didn't sound like a DAZ issue from the PayPal message sent to me.
I guess that's understandable from a security standpoint, but that does suck when sales are time sensitive. I've read that PayPal drags their feet on investigation issues as well. I should have used Amazon pay instead. I won't be using PP again if they flag words, that's for sure. I mean it is a 3D content store - its in their name "DAZ3D", --- not --- an illegal front selling illicit things. Geez!

In the case of BYOB is only showing items from one of them, not both.
Oh.. it appears I was wrong then, and we're still with the single category/BYOB selections.. sorry!
I've always found it funny that there was an option to filter out what you own - it would be far more useful to filter by what you DO own, essentially giving you smart content on steroids and info that you don't have in content library, useful for those older items that don't have metadata.

Yes, it's stupid, but it's probably an algorithm flagging stuff, not a person.
I had this compliance issue with pay pal last sales, I didn't want to repay so I filed a ticket, poor Daz Studio it wasn't there fault. I had an email from pay pal telling me it was them. Arghhh, they have gone security mad now, you have to A) put in your password then B) use some google activator and put a code in and then if you are very lucky you get to the transaction page, but sometimes they want your mobile number as well. I have had it with pay pal, they reckon its the EU rules, I am not in the EU anymore. Any way do check its not a pay pal issue before you file a ticket, check your emails and check your account with paypal. Then if all else fails do the transaction through amazon or your bank but beware you will be charge by your bank or amazon if you are converting dollars into another currency. The world has gone to the dogs :(
My problem is I don't like to multitask so I won't be working on any game til I get more pressing matters out of the way, one by one. For your problem, just use a (free) game framework if you can't code and then replace the assets in the example game that game framework provides with the DAZ assets you want to use. I have used the game frameworks too as it's silly to reinvent the wheel.
Credit Card Payment does not work. Adding a new credit card to account does not work. PayPal payment does not work, Paypal opened a compliance case that can take 72 hours to complete, when that is handled, the discounts in my shopping cart are no longer valid.

The credit card I use to purchase from DAZ store is not working either. It worked to purchase from Amazon after I had tried to use it on here. Therefore it isn't maxed out or blocked.
I notice that the VERIFICATION PIN entry box is highlighted with a red border. Don't know if that has anything to do with it.
Likewise, I have items that on on sale for one day only, so I will either have to pay full price for them, or not purchase them at all. As most are items that I could use in future renders, but were not specific items that I need.
I'm pretty sure you a wrong about that. All my orders used to show what I had bought the interactive license for, I have records in my email history of this.
I was waiting for my first interactive license order confirmation on the new store to prove this (as emails seem to work once a day now only).

I suspect that this was the old commercial use license which applied to all Daz Originals - there were similar licenses for some PAs too - before the advent of the per-product Interactive Licenses.

I'm not sure if this is the issue, but Daz does not store the CVV as part of the credit card details - it has to be entered each time.
I'm still up to 6 orders with no order conf. emails. I was lucky and actually happy to not find anything to buy yesterday, but not today so I need to buy a giftcard. But someone here at the forums waited a week without getting the ativ. code, was told by the help ticket people to find the code at the orders page, that didn't work so he asked for the code from the helpticket people whose emails he did get, but they said no. How can I buy one with that info? I get all emails: daily newsletters, subscribtion emails from the forums, emails from mods here about posts removed, emails from the helpticket people, but no orders conf. I told this to the help ticket p. in one of my many repliest to my helpticket and was told a few days ago "That's odd, we will look into it". Then I get a reply today asking: " Do you get the daily newsletters? If you unsubsribed...". I was like wtf are you doing there at the help center?. I replied very honestly what I think of all this, and asking them to please let me know that they are working on my case with the correct info. I am not supposed to write about help tickets here but I can't help it, I am still furious. Waiting for days with hope that they know my circomstances and are working on it, then that question and my hope dissapears again
. One explanation could be that there are more people working on my case and the person replying didn't know what the others have done, I hope that is the case, but she should be able to read my replies above to the ticket earlier, two replies with the same info
