I've been seeing all KINDS of stuff that I know I bought that are showing as not purchased.
You always can use posercontent.com (there is no advertise here) to find something. It still alive. Just click on violet buttons there.
The bi-weekly freebies are finally showing as free on the store page. A couple of other items are showing discounts, but most are not (e.g. Friends of the Sale mostly show no discount)
Some older DM items were sold at Rendo before being here. Maybe that one was and you purchased it there?
To add to others comments, the shopping cart now seems to be smarter.
I loaded in 8 BYOB items, and 2 other PC items. Rather than blow up the prices on all (as it would before the update), it correctly computed the total of BYOB + 2 other items.
Small steps maybe, but good steps.
With the old store, you could see one price in the cart, another price during checkout, and yet a third price on the Order page. I'm talking about differences in pennies, not the order losing discounts between clicking the Confirm Order button and the payment being charged. I believe it was due to how Magento handled rounding numbers in the cart.
Anyway, in the numerous small orders I've made since my membership status was restored, I've not seen a single order with a difference between these three. Even the $2.99 BYOB rounds the price to 37¢ each, and charges only $2.96. That's also a step in the right direction.
Yes, you should. Heaven only knows when they'll get to it -- I'm sure they're completely buried in tickets -- but it's not clear how many people experiencing issues have filed tickets on TOA Ryder (I didn't, both because I have TOA Ryder downloaded and available years ago, and since I wasn't having the issue originally described, though a different one has come up). They can't know about something if they haven't been told. Also, given that the issue now is that the download file itself is missing, when it gets fixed for one person it will probably get fixed for everyone.

What's the fix for the DIM problem where nothing shows up in the Ready For Download pane?
...one product that I was surprised to see showing was Urban Fae, which I purchased years ago. However when I checked the description what they did was roll the Unimesh Fits and two texture sets into it effectively making it a "mini bundle" (I already have those as well).
On my work ticket about this I was told they were looking at my log file and workingon it. In the meantime they suggested downloading via Daz Connect within Studio itself.
Something new I discovered, but not a problem. You used to be able to go directly to a product page using just the SKU in the address bar (no searching needed, no roundabout way through the readme) with the URL "www.daz3d.com/catalog/product/view/id/#####". That no longer works, but now you can just type the SKU into the store search bar and, poof, there you are! (if it exists, of course). I really don't know if it was like that before, but it is now, and a great time saver for the obsessive organizer.
I own that product, and it shows as owned for me in the store, so either the problem isn't universal for a given product, or it's been silently fixed.
(Then I went back into my old email archives, if not my OLDEST email archives, found a couple order confirmations from 2008, and verified the products in them are still showing as purchased. They are. Oh, wow, I've been spending money here for far, far too long...)
i don't know if this already was talked before but "it's seens you can't buy anymore a interactive license without buying the product first, before the update you was able to buy the license "before buy the product" it's not working anymore, in the past you could add the product and the license then in the cart "remove the product and buy only the license to buy later the product, i did it a lot for stuffs which i was wanting to buy but was "too expensive while the license where cheap now if you try to remove the product the license is also removed, don't know if its on purpose but for me it's a bug and really bad idea to remove, sometimes can make more sense buy the license first before buy the full product.
Item "TOA Ryder for Genesis 3 Female" still will not install via DAZ Central, DIM or manual download.

Should I submit a ticket or are other people having an issue with this item?
I ask as I do not want to overwhelm them with support tickets for issues they are already aware of or working on.

i've found another big bug none of the "PC" cupons are working on interactive licenses and probabily also generic cupons could not work too (not tested), but pa cupons and generic cupons like 50% discount in 3 any stuffs in the store it also worked for licenses, but with the new "store" looks like not working anymore, it's making the store less attactive and functional than it was before for peoples like me using the daz asset for games.
As mentioned in earlier response: Yes, you should file a ticket.
Order confirmation e-mails are taking longer and longer. Thursday: about an hour, Friday: 8 hours, Saturday: 20 hours, Sunday: 24 hours and counting.
It's been fixed! Just downloaded it :-)
Seconded, I don't even remember buying that but apparently I did at some point. Was just able to manually download it on my first try.
As far as I remember, SKU was searchable in the shop before. That is why my oldest gallery images have SKU as products used, because I didn't know what else to put there.

Things bought at Renderosity wouldn't be in DIM-installed content ...
Vendor "Illumination" shall have 23 items in her/his store. But the link from the vendors page leads to the "Illumitaion Textures For The Dress" from LaurieS, not to the store.
That's one of the things I like about buying with PayPal. The receipt arrives almost immediately, and there is a line item for each product, minus the SKU. It would be nice if Daz would send the order # to PayPal too, but if I really need it I can get it from the Daz site.
I purchased three fresh released items today, but i can not download them, because clicking on them in the product library does not display the page with the different download options.
Sounds like you download/install manually. You can access them in the Orders section of "My Account" on the web site.
same boat same river - added them to my open help ticket on the subject...
