Internet Explorer The Shop will nolonger work, Switch browser and the shop should work fine. I will confirm the conformation reciept emails work after purchases, they tend to arrive a little bit after purchase and are not sent immediately like they used to be, if thats still some kinda traffic or server lag i wouldn't know but they do arrive so you can add them to your work reciepts list for tax purposes you may or may not claim in your country of origin.
Just adding my experience (among other common problems in the website):
Manual downloads don't work most of the time (especially when the size is bigger than 100Mb), oh, and when they work, they are slower than they were before.
In the Product Library, the "sort by purchase date" doesn't work properly.
No Readmes are available for anything.
Been like that since the site changed over.
I woke up to DIM showing items in the 'Ready to Download' pane but it crashes every time I try to download something. Any ideas?
Another possible DIM problem: Not sure if this has been mendtioned yet, but within dim I am unable to "Retrieve Thumbnail" for any products installed or otherwise.
Also in case anyone is counting, my DIM still will not show any "ready to download" even though I have placed 3 orders since the 1st.
Conformation emails take longer to proccess but they do arrive in my inbox.

Those errors are probably related, since both work here.
This is a known issue - apparently as a consequence of the store change the code used to generate the read mes (they aren't static pages on the server) is no longer returning the correct response and so the read mes are not displaying. They obviously know why it's happening, but I imagine it's not their first priority for a fix.
All credit to Google, I'm afraid.
Another and I think already known is the wishy washy artist/genre and so on product filtering system, example selecting Daz Originals for artist I get a lot of spill over from products that are not part of the Daz Original line..

Please fix the size of the thumbnails in DIM... I have products to attempt to download ( that's still hit or miss) but when I move the mouse over them to check the box for download this GIANT thumbnail pops up and completely covers my DIM screen so I can't click the box ... and the thumbnail keeps popping up and down every time I move the mouse to try to get a better shot at the check box. It is very aggravating and irritating!!!

You have to download them yourself, right click on file in DIM, select Retrieve Thumbnail
This is 100% correct. If you see things in the 1.99 sale you want, get them. I really wouldn't stop shopping due to a delay in getting the products, unless it's for commercial use and you need it today. DAZ WILL MAKE IT RIGHT IF YOU'VE BOUGHT PRODUCTS, THEY ALWAYS DO.
I'll also add DAZ3D refunds all items within 30 days if your not totally happy, they refund to store credit or back to account, this to me is a big seller, because i ain't always happy with the content sourced, showing that they refund and back the product fully means a whole lot to me as a customer. Not all art is DAZ original it's sourced from many artists so problems with buggy content or poor quality doesn't rely solely on DAZ3D because the content is developed in many editors in some cases, DAZ3D may only support certain content unless converted.
In case the team is testing DIM download errors, here's the ones who refuse to load, even when orders before and after them load. Also, some products IN these orders load. These products just don't. I've refreshed, exited, and tried each about ten times.

Those two PC+ products that were listed at the beginning of the week, but could never be added to the cart, do not show up in the store pages, either with PC+ filtering on or not. They no longer appear in the Still New list, being more than 3 days old. They do not appear on the vendor's store. They can be found with a search, but otherwise no way of finding them if you don't know about them.

I have been trying to download them since yesterday
What works for me to unblock a stubborn DIM file not downloading is to go to the download folder and check if there is a file ending .part (the partial download). Try deleting that and go again. It still takes me a number of retries but I have not found a file that will not download at all if I clear the .part file.
A slow drag to 99% and then a fail nearly had me punching my monitor at one point. I'm making a game of it now, how far into a download will it get before it fails. I get a point if I'm within 5% :)
Thank you, @NorthOf45, I had been trying to get Vol 4 for awhile, but I couldn't find it. Now I can get out of the store for today.
All of my files that I have downloaded with DIM are all zip files until today there are alot of files that just say DSX and are 1 KB which alot of them are old files that I downloaded long ago but are dated today ...I think DIM has a serious problem beyond the Download failed message
The dsx files are the manifest files that DIM uses to install the files to the correct place. Every download I have ever had via DIM has one. Not a new phenomenon and they are meant to be there.
If you're only getting a dsx and not the corresponding zip you are probably getting download fails like me and others are describing above.
If you keep on trying they will probably download eventually - I had to try up to 30 times or more with several of mine but I finally got them all.
Those DSX files are supposed to be there, there's one included with each zip. They're used for checking for product updates and are all being updated every time you check online. So there's no problem here.
From page 1 - Wishlist quirks (could be Firefox related?)
I'm using MS Edge (new ver). When I filter by Artist, if I select individual artist, I get thier items. When I select DAZ Originals, almost everything is showing as DAZ Originals, weather it is or not.
I am just wondering why the accompanying zip file is no longer there, I searched through the folder and they are gone which is strange as they are old files unless I just missed them ? plus I have nothing installed in DS as I recently uninstalled everything to redo my setup.
Well my DIM won't even open now. Tried the past fifteen minutes. I can only get to the sign in page, then nothing.
