If you mean the one for the Gen 1-3 Pro Bundle, did you meet the requirements?
DAZ has one really big advantage over other sites: it has the widest base of excellent PA's, doing excellent work, providing us with great items every day. And they know it. They know that the majority of their customer base would stay, regardless of what they are doing.
They are not working as they were on the old store. If you purchased a bundle you would see all items in the bundle show with the license, now just the bundle itself.
Can you confirm the fix is all that's happening?
Interactive licenses are the most broken item on the store at the moment.
Interactive Licenses are also not discounting. They discount if you buy the product and license at the same time but if you buy the product and come back for the license later they do not discount. May as well take the Interactive License sale banner down!

I took advantage of todays deal to extend my PC+ membership, paid through PayPal because I also had a gift card (I normally pay by Store Credit). I went to PayPal and canceled the subscription - and now my account is flagged for cancellation and I have lost access to the PC+ forum, with an active account until 15 Dec 2022. I've logged a ticket, but it means I wont have access to the PC Forum until next week. Not impressed.
Another really weird one. When I click on Grovebrook House in the store listing, the little blue man showing my logged-in status changes to white. Every other store page I tried doesn't do this.
I've had that randomly happen on various store pages. It usually disappears if I refresh the page a few times.
Happened to me when I unchecked the Recurring box, and status went to Cancelled. It changed to Non-Recurring after a day or two, but not Active. I had written a ticket and it only took a day, or maybe something changed with the store s/w, hard to tell. No access to the PC Only forum, but I can still get my PC+ discounts, and the prices show it in the store for the most part, but still subject to the non-discounts that most everyone seems to get.
Same thing happens in Chrome.

I checked to be sure that it wasn't, I have never set it to delete the zips in the past but wonky things are happening ...

This is a minor issue, so I'm not sure if it's been reported or not, but every product page appears to imply that every product in the store is a bundle. I checked a bunch of product pages and they all say this:
What's Included and Features
The "This Bundle Includes" on every product page as far as I can tell, even products that clearly are not bundles like pose sets, props, animals, etc. I went way far back into the store pages and checked and even super old products have that "This Bundle Includes" blurb under the "What's Included and Features" so it appears to be coded into every sales page.
That should probably read something like "This Product Includes" as having it say "This Bundle Includes" is misleading and implies that every product is a bundle.
Confirming. I noticed that a few days back - threw me for a loop the first few times, as I thought I had missed something.
I always wait a couple days to cancel the sub just to make sure the transaction has gone thru.

So I had shut everything down a couple hours ago and now when I restarted DIM all my files are there again and showing both dsx and zip files in my download folder ... so strange but glad they are there again.
Do the stealth move and come at it from the side. Images pop up if your mouse is hovering over the actual text of the product - come at it from the side and you can check either the box on the left if you are doing multiple d/l's at once, or hit the download button on the right easily. OR don't download the thumbnails until the store is fixed.
I'm enjoying the massively big images
Sometimes, I even get a little fright and jump back when a truly huge one (like for Cake One's hdri's) jumps up
when I don't realise my mouse has hovered. Ha ha.
And I suspect the fix of this would be really really low on Daz's list right now, so we'll have to put up with it, until the important ones are fixed.
I keep seeing people talking about huge thumbnails in DIM, but I've never seen thumbnails in DIM, huge or otherwise. I wonder why some see thumbnails and some do not. I've never seen thumbnails in DIM.
The "thumbnails" being loaded by DIM are just the main promo image at its full resolution, with no mechanism to limit its display size, like with any picture viewer. Having images that big in DIM isn't really useful to me, I'd rather a bigger thumbnail when I want to use it in Studio. You can batch resize with something like IrfanView and keep the originals.
Copy any new giant thumbnails to a temporary location and resize them, with the output going to the DIM Thumbnail archive. Set 140 px max width and they will match all the others already in place. No life-sized surprises when hovering...
If you rename the large files to match the thumbnail you get with the metadata and replace the ones in your Runtime/Support folder, you can get an eyeful when you hover in the Product view in Smart Content or Content Library.
Now I am up to six missing order confirmation emails on as many days
. I have submitted a ticket and got a reply that they are working on it. I get ALL emails from Daz: newsletter, mails from mods about removed posts, subsribtion mails from forums threads, mails about my help tickets......I would need a rolling eyes and a facepalm smiley here lol. I wrote asking them if they are still working on my case, I hope I will get a reply that they are, I can't accept this. I need a giftcard tomorrow, and I understand that it is supposed to be a code in the orders page at my account also, but I read that someone tried that and it didn't work and that the helpticket people didn't want to send the code to him which would be the most logical since he must be getting their mails. I haven't followed these threads so closely today or yesterday so maybe it he has got the code now, I hope so, he has waited a week
. I would be furious. I am really scared of buying a giftcard tomorow, I always get two code emails, when I got them before the storechange, one w the correct code and one with the wrong one. What if it's the wrong one that is listed at the orders page?
. And I asked about if the mail system is the same for order conf. emails and giftcards but they didn't answer, they just told me about the code beeing in the orders page also, so I still don't know. One little positive thing: I didn't get a single download failed on my order today so that is positive at least.
Meanwhile I can't get Channen Hair (55161) to download for the life of me. I've tried upwards of 50 times.
Lots of other things have been going very, very slowly and sometimes needing multiple attempts due to download failures.
Doh! Was a click away from my first purchase of the month...then dinner...then return, and my cart increased from around $50 to around $65. Some discounts no longer there. Sigh... Cleared cart, but thanks for the free starter bundle! :)
Keep an eye on those totals prior to checkout! I suggest a screenshot once you get it how you like it...and then double check it before checkout.
This is the first time in the last few days that I didn't get a single download failed, the days before I have had one or two failed ones, and a few of those with no ability at all to downoad, not in DIM or manually. I opened a ticket about one of them and didn't get a reply about it, but it worked yesterday so you might want to submit one. It was such a relief to not have to go through the crazy clicking to downloading a file over and over again. But a big dissapointment about the missing order confirmations

Did you have items from Friends of the Sale in there?
If so, DAZ "goofed" in our favor on some (though not all) DOs from some PAs, and then "fixed" it without comment as soon as someone brought it to their attention a couple of hours ago.
I am so, so annoyed about the missing receipt emails. Especially since that's the only way we can keep track of how much we actually spent per item, courtesy of the asinine way in which orders are recorded in our Order History.
If it doesn't sort itself out by the time I get home from doing the grocery shopping, which takes longer these days since I'm doing it for multiple households (because plague), I'll be putting a ticket in. The amount of nonsense that we've had to put up with during the past week has been astronomical, and while download issues predate the changeover, they are certainly not helping matters now.
Besides being the only source of information on how much I actually spent on an item, now that the order number is missing from my product descrption page doing a search of emails is the only way I can find the order and date for my purchase. All this information is especially important in case I might want to return an item.
ETA: If I am no longer able to readily access information to facilitate returns, then what was an excellent return policy becomes almost useless and I will be limiting my purchases accordingly.
You can get the exact same information as the e-mail receipt if you use the Print Order button at the top of the Order page. Actually a bit better. You can see the SKU, the list price, and the price actually paid. Subtotal, Discount and Grand Total. Payment by Store Credit isn't shown, but that's on the order page itself.
For people having trouble with DIM here is something I noticed. I have multiple computers, and if I leave DIM open on one, while trying to run it on another, it causes the 2nd one to fail and give me the 0 ready for download. And log below:

But if I get up and go to the other machine and close down DIM there, close and restart the the one that failed, it will then work. It was pretty frustrating thinking DIM was broke again until I noticed the pattern.
So maybe there has been some change to session limits in the DIM authentication. Because it was definitely not an issue before like that. Before it would kick out your old one you left running, now it fails on the new instance instead and in this weird passive way with no notification.
Btw if looking for thumbnails, I was also curious about this. Because wow thumbnails would be nice... especially big ones.
I found that in my DIM settings dialog the thumbnail directory was pointing to a directory that must not have been setup by the installer. So I created the missing directory. It was only after doing that, when the right click menu in DIM began to present the menu options for thumbnails. Before fixing that the menu option was not visible.
It took them a goodly amount of time and a lot of angry shouting to bring that information back the first time, too. And now they've nuked it again with absolutely no word, at least that I've seen, about putting it back again.
One wonders if this isn't intentional. That was floated the last time it happened, and the DAZ monkeys flew in insisting that no, no of course it wasn't intentional and there's no plan to force everyone toward Central even though that's what was heavily advertised in place of the sacrificed information.
Except here we are again, no SKU or Order #. It was like they decided that we could either have that info OR the product info, but not both.
I've just taken to putting N/A in the relevant fields and the slightly more formal equivalent of "can't look that up for you 'cause DAZ has made certain we don't have adequate access to that information anymore, sowwy~ UwU" into the description of my tickets.

IIRC that was situation even before the store change. I believe you were always only allowed to be logged in to one instance of DIM
