Anything on the Ready to Install tab?
Only the 4 I listed as failed downloads and some updates for DS beta and DS 4.12, I also checked any I had hidden and they do not correspond with any of the dsx files I have .... so strange!
Tried to shut down and restart mine, everything seems to work fine. I think we can expect some periodic temporary downtime when they are trying to fix it, as long as there still are people with problems.
Maybe your DIM was set to delete zips after install at one point?
You could try to delete all the dsx files, maybe it thinks the zips also are there when they are there. (what I mean maybe it won't download zips it thinks already are there).
I've just lost another £20 trying to order through Paypal. What a joke!
Yeah, I look at it as a good sign. This happened a few days ago when quite a few of us had nothing to show in the download column, then I got shut out and voila everything worked. There's got to be down time when things are tweaked. :) But I OUTSMARTED IT. When it was up half an hour ago, I got most the new products to my external harddrive, for my copy, then also selected the ones I wanted and installed them. So I can putz while I wait.
Just wanted to say a special thanks to the moderators on a Saturday who are working their hinies off reporting all this. :)

@watchdog79 LOL well Google doesn't do Welsh very well. It means literally Dog (Ci) Puff (Pwff) but like Spanish, the way it's translated is Puff Dog or Puffy Dog. I think that's right, Chohole is the expert on that language. :) I would love to have a Samoyed as a store product, to add to the dog breeds.

My "special gift" coupon isn't very special...it doesn't work. "Coupon code is not valid." Guess I'll have to pass on getting the Genesis 3 bundle I liked.
And my saved credit card info doesn't work either, though PayPal still does.

Did you use it yesterday, by any chance? In Dazlandia, "all weekend" actually means "the one day you use the coupon because we're not gonna reset it," so if you used it yesterday then you're SOL for the remaining days.
Otherwise, try refreshing the cart a bunch of times. That's what it was taking at the start for some people to get it to work. No guarantees, I just woke up and have no idea what chaos the site is in right now, but if your bundle is from the selection Daz provided it could be worth a try.
If your saved credit card info exists from before the changeover, try deleting it from your Payment Methods and then adding it again at checkout.
Yes, same with all the other codes. I did hope that they change this after the CAIRO-GIFTS marketing disaster. Some people live and learn. Some only live....
I hope I am not repeating something already mentioned as a known issue, but has anyone else noticed that some Product Library items point to the wrong products?

Also, coupons are now case sensitive, so make sure the case is correct.
Bingo. All coupons are one use for the entire weekend, when they really should be giving us new ones each day, promising an all-PFAD from the entire festival at $1.99 catch-up sale (I know I missed out on a few because they decided to update the site during what was supposed to be the catch-up sale, which was subsequently broken for the duration), and pretty much groveling and doing everything they can to restore good will. Free bundles and major discounts on a few items every day, plus a significant extension of PC+ memberships for every single day ours have not worked properly, would be a reasonable start.
I brought up CAIRO-GIFTS specifically in the other thread, like... that wasn't that far in the past, it can't possibly have slipped out of the marketing department's memory already. Then again, there were never really any consequences for that apart from people being really angry on the forums, and Daz doesn't bother reading the forums.

Anyway, for those having coupon problems: If you used them yesterday, they won't work today. Daz meant one use for the entire duration that they advertise the coupon, not one use per day.

the code promo to get a "free" genesis 3 or 2 pro bundle with 2 new stuffs is not working for me also neither the "start bundle it's giving a error, neither code is working
also still waiting for a fix for the "interactive license" which was only partially fixed, while it's working for "single stuffs without a "bundle" for bundle stuffs it's still bugged, you only have the license marked in the bundle when you check the products inside the bundle it's not "marked".

No, I tried using it this afternoon. Tried refreshing innumerable times. Tried changing the hyphen to an underscore. Just says it's invalid.
No, only used it this afternoon. Copied/pasted it from the site notice. EDIT: Pasted it "as is" and also as plain text. Also tried typing it in.
