    I am seeing stuff start to come through! I swapped to DIm this week from daz central (I thought something broke in central when my items went missing and it said uninstall). I am using the order number from the order page and downloading the entire order, and the green download order button.

    A huge thank you! I'm not sure it is all orders, but checking, It is progress, and wanted to drop an update in case others may need to go into the order and try an update for DIM. I can't speak for central, but the items are showing there once installed. I tried a push all day so I am not sure which took or if this is recent. I've logged out and in several times, but this started at 10:15 central USA  time. A few worked and a few failed (a lot in the queue) but I can work on those to see if they install one by one. Earlier failed ones did take with patience and retries.

    My blue manual download button also appears to be working for most products now also. A few may not be daz connect ready but I will check those. I can work without a few honestly for now. I seriously did the MC hammer. Or the Carlton from fresh prince of bel air. Keep trying, keep showing the error code you get so they know where to look, and make a ticket if need be.

    Not sure if it's related, but items that were previously purchased, but are also part of a newer bundle (as has been happening a lot lately), they show up as part of the most recent order, unlike before, even if installed. I have several that were installed three or four years ago, but ordered this week. Kind of confusing. Still working on orders from before the switch, so I don't know what the new ones look like in DIM once downloaded and installed. The order in the Product Library has been noted several times. I also noticed that filtering by Order No. with the new order format displays nothing in DIM.

    On another note, I notice that many outfits (at least, all the ones I looked at, new or old) with texture add-ons don't list any add-ons in the product page, there is no "Add-ons for this product" section. The add-ons do link back to the required base outfit, though. If you didn't know about it, you would have to search for it. Even if you did know about it, you would still have to search for it.

    In de Product Library zie ik wat ik gekocht heb sinds zondag wel - staat niet helemaal op volgorde dus je moet misschien even zoeken. DIM (en dus ook DAZ Central) zie ik inderdaad niets staan vanaf zondag. Maar het staat wel allemaal in de orders.

    Dus je kan bij je producten als het goed is, je moet dan alleen met de hand installeren.

    Yup been having troubles with some products either not downloading, or downloading part way and timing out DiM.. Even trying to download in this case the above product via the product library, and it just keeps timing out.. sad

    I can't get my monthly coupons to work.  I even filtered them using the DAZ-DEALS filter, and every time - invalid coupon.

    Not sure if this will help you or not, but the new coupons are now done with an _underscore_ instead of a -dash-

    That may not be what the issue is, but that is something that I didn't notice right away.

    Coupons seem to be case sensitive.

    Using the new store software, Daz posts a new offer today, with an apology for the problems with the store. I click on a few products and get the Oops page every time.frown

    Frankly, this feels pretty ridiculous. No, giving the store time to "settle down" or something is no longer an excuse, Daz. This is your new, awesome, upgraded software, isn't it? It should no longer act as wierdly as the old one, now, should it?

  • Are there supposed to be new codes for the Weekend PC+ Pardon our Dust Sale? Or is DAZ just extending the Friday codes through the weekend for anyone who didn't use the varied gift codes on Friday?

  • I know, that the DIM problems are already known, but it seems that only certain products are affected?
    Anyway (and in case they've not be mentioned yet) - there are two products that currently are not downloadable for me which are:
    -HDR ProSets Yosemite Pack One Pt3 DS
    -FW Marieke HD for Charlotte 8

    I'm guessing the same coupon codes all weekend and if you used them yesterday, there went the "all weekend" part of your special gifts and savings.

    They do that sort of thing a lot now. Advertise a coupon for several days running, hype it up as part of a big long event, but you still only get to use it once.

    Kind of a jab in the eye given how many days we've put up with this absolute flustermuck.

    Just as a reminder:

    • Friends of the Sale page(s) still don't the proper prices (unless put into the cart)
    • wishlist button buttons doesn't show on all pages of the shop (or it does at some, and doesn't on others) - Firefox related? Or just bad programming?

    One week and counting... I fear the US will know which candidate won the 2020 election before the shop got all it's problem sorted out.

    I am sure you will be able to download soon enough if you are having problems. Many (most?) users are able to download, but there are some files that are reluctant. These deals will not last past the weekend, so if you can wait a few days to download, take advantage now. You still have 30 days to get a refund if you are not satisfied, or unable to obtain your products.

    I had about 10 that kept on failing in DIM but after 10-30 tries each I finally got them all. It doesn't resume as it use to however, for whatever reason, so if your connection is slow it may be better to wait.

    There is no link to daz central either, just manual download to a product page with no link at all. No way to download it.

    Typically the bundles don't include any products in them themselves to download, the downloadable items are in the products included in the bundle.

    the bundle is like the box that the goodies come in,   so the only thing you may find lurking in the empty bundle(box) is a cat. Possibly no even your own cat.

    Or possibly a dead cat if its owner is named Schrödinger.

    DIM downloads now complete, but don't install some of the products.  A later install shows no software to upload, but suddenly the missing software reappears in the list in the same session.

    Yes, very oddly in my DAZ Studio when I use Smart Content to sort by Order Date bizarrely the order date isn't being used. I can't find my new products like that. I had to sort by highest productID to lowest which creates other problems in that old items I recently purchased are nowhere near the top. This behavior is new since the store migration. I have not deinstalled, reinstalled DAZ Studio or my Content Library since well before the store migration.

    Wow, so DAZ offers some compensation for the dusty store, or something like that. You can get some starter bundles for free?! Great! Some items look interesting. Wait, do I already have them?! Oh, wait, I can't tell if I own them because the store is dusty?! Oh well, I already spent too much money on other things.

    I need some "confirmation" from other users: The store's check-out page shows only one button (apply) and one form for the coupouns, no other forms or buttons. It's the new way it should look or it's some kind of bug?

    If you're referring to the gift certificate box and remove buttons not being there anymore, it's a known issue.

    For now you can remove coupons by removing text or typing random text in the box then using "apply" button, it will complain that the new code doesn't exist and remove the old one.

    As for GC, you need to redeem them in "my account" section and use the resulting store credit.

    This is a known issue, I am afraid. The sales details are still on record and Daz is working on making them accessible.

    Wow. Kudos to you for answering a post written in Flemish Dutch dialect.....

     

  • So far my download links work but are prone to dropping halfway through. Sometimes the browser returns an "Internal Server Error".

    Possibly just normal overloading?

    I am finding that for me right now, I am getting constant download fails if the files are of certain size..

    So far have failed both in DiM and in browser to get these products to download..

    I wouldn't let that stop me. If your platinum prices are working (my status is showing cancelled ), grab what you want. Once you buy something it's yours. Downloads always get corrected. Daz ALWAYS delivers the products, ususually sooner than later. At  times thru'out the day I have no problems downloading new content, and at times in the past, when I did, DAZ made it right.

    My only option currently, with my PC Membership not being acknowledged is to pay full price for a gift card or the 1.99 products, look at my cart, see what I would have saved with PC plus and ask for the credit back, all of which I am unwilling to do. When Daz first started to integrate their new store back in September, you couldn't find half of the things you bought, but they did correct it a few days later.

     

    Edit: Just checked out DIM and maual downloads for the free G3 starter bundle and am downloading DIM at a decent speed and also manually downloading zips at the same time without a single issue.
