    Hey, We're back!

    Glad I checked out with sme deals this morning, but not sure I want to spend my time going through the PC for a day items if the discounts are messed up.  Is there going to be an extention to the PC Catch-up sale due to the outage?

    Fortunately I had two shopping cart pages open when the site shutdown. That meant I was able to take screen shots of my cart so rebuilt it now so now just waiting for the PC+ snafu to be resolved.

    Glad to see the store up again!  However, my PC membership seems to be cancelled, too.  I REALLY want to buy some PC for a Day stuff, so here's hoping it gets all fixed soon.

    Also, can we get Sickleyield's smoke product back in the PC for a Day?  I missed that one, but really wanted it, and I don't see it now.

    Yep, mine is cancelled as well, though in my account it says my Plat membership is good until July, 2021.

    Please consider leaving the  1.99 items for today up through tomorrow for those of us that can't shop (  due to work!) in the AM and can't stay up waiting for the glitches to clear due to early AM work tomorrow!

    Has the store only just come back up?

    i too suddenly have a cancelled PC+ membership, when it should be valid for another year. Is that why none of the prices are correct?

     

    also, those of you who have store credit from gift cards, can you check and tell me if yours is still ok? I feel mine has dropped a bit, but I’ll have to double check it’s not me doing an order I forgot about.

    Actually, am I crazy, or is ALL of Sickleyield's stuff missing from PC for a Day?  I wanted several of her items!  

    I know she's not the one behind this, as she stated on another site that she let Daz marketing do whatever they wanted with her stuff, so please don't be mad at her for it.  In fact, I think she's actually on vacation right now, and probably doesn't even know this is happening.  But Daz is going to make people hate her if this keeps up!

    Tons of items either marked as $0.00, or showing up that way when I put them into my cart. Freebies? M'kay. But, when I try to check out the total still says $0.00 but the site wants my credit card, so it still thinks the items are to be charged for. I'm not trying to get something for nothing if Daz didn't intend it to be, but it is annoying that the proper prices aren't popping up and I can't therefore buy anything, even for the proper price.

    I "printed" my wishlist and store credit page as PDFs this morning.  My store credit balance is correct. At first it looked like the transactions were incorrect, but then I realized the list starts with my first transaction with DAZ.  

    (I, too, have my PC membership status as currently cancelled.)

    Why oh why do changes to the store *have to be made on the last day of such a great sale ... specifically the PC for a day?  This really stinks.  And I just checked mine and my membership's cancelled as well.  Looks like there's all kinds of broken stuff in the store tonight.  crying

    yes, the transactions are going from oldest to newest and there is no way to change it. My balance is odd - it's the same balance as the oldest transaction there and I swear there should be about another $20 give or take on it. I'm just trying to go back through my emails to all my orders to double check.

    I was looking to buy a gift card, but my store credit statement is a mess and I don't feel it would be safe to buy a gift card now. Before the maintenance of the store I had 6,00 $ in credit and now it doesn't seem I have any credit and there is a lot of minus as if I was owing money.

    I wouldn't purchase anything at the moment as it seems there are still a few problems. I am positive I have lost about $20+ of my store credit. Kicking myself I didn't take a screenshot before the store went down for maintenance.

    Store credit page is all messed up. I did screenshot mine before the update, and it now shows about $30 less than before the update. Boo. I'll post in the other thread as Jack requested, but I wanted to reply to your post to let you know you are not alone.

    I think they're committed to fixing it on the fly. I agree with others in hoping the current sale will carry over for a day after everything is working and our PC+ memberships etc are corrected.

    I am very sorry if this has been reported, or is not something to mention here. A LOT of products in my Daz Central are leading to broken pages when clicked, no images (usually, old products have no images which is okay, but a fair few newer things are lacking images now too), but seem to be installing? I just can't locate them in Daz itself.

    https://www.daz3d.com/ultrahd-iray-hdri-with-dof-abandoned-urban-ruins was 90c until I signed in, and now it is 16.48; this morning it was 1.99.  If I put it in the cart, it's at full price.....huh???
