$2.99 fixed for me as well. Historical 60% seems fixed too.
Is there any way to check if the correct pricing applied to a previous order?
I think I may have bought some historical stuff when the dicsount was not being applied corectly but I am not sure how to check it.
I can get the 2.99 but additional discounts are not applied when selecting a new item.
I got the $2.99 price with a new item added, but did not get the addtional discount. But it was a pretty sweet deal, so I'm not weeping about it.

The little I had to deal with cloudservices in the past, the problem could be as small as some permission preventing one or two files from updating on some servers, while on other servers they get overwritten with a new version without problem. And that might be caused by anything ranging from the account copying the files from one server to another, to the servers running on different update sets of their operating system. It's easy to explain what they do for websites, but how they do it exactly and how to operate them is very complex. Old fashioned client-server was much easier to operate, though that had its flaws as well, like being a lot more vulnerable to attacks and overloading.
I didn't get the loyalty either but at least could grab a 6th 2.99 item I could not yesterday
Ok, I added items I bought yesterday in the shopping cart today and received a lower price, I am guessing not all the discounts applied yesterday? I should open up a ticket for a refund of the difference right?

I'm also not getting the loyalty discount when adding a new release. A new release does let me buy more than five $2.99 items so it is being detected, just not fully actioned.

New Item + 2.99 items, items are (finally) showing up as $2.99, but without the advertised 20% extra discount for including a new item.

Same here. Although I probably won't bother for the small amount involved, you could open a support ticket and request a refund of the missing discount.
I got the correct price later on, but I'm not gonna try it again. I'm done doing the chicken dance trying to get stuff to work on this site. Besides, I've got enough content to last me two lifetimes already.

So finally, I could buy something at $2.99 - and I promptly bought something I already owned as part of another bundle. Doh! (This counts as a sales error, doesn't it? lol)

That seems to be the best method. They mention that they only partially solved the issue, and the small discrepancy would be managable by those without a lot of funds to hand. Being temporarily out of 80 cents (or whatever it is) per item is a lot less than $7.00 per item.

It should be adding a new item to the cart, but for some that negates the sale period. That was my case, so I removed the new one and just bought the items at 2.99.
