    Just a hunch:

My last purchase here was a single $2.99 item with no debut items.

Since then, the option of buying $2.99 items with debut items would have worked, but without them not.

My last use of this sale ($2.99 items without debut items) was permanently blocked for me.

    How was that with you...?

@Sempie: I used new PC+ to fill the new item requirement and I have been able to get the full bonus at least 3 times.

I must add 502 gateway errors to the list of issues. The screen says it's a Daz site error.

Same here shopping (and especially accessing the cart) has again gotten as slow as molasses in Antarctia in the middle of winter sometimes resulting in timeout errors.

2.99 items are 2.99 if you're logged out. Sign in and the prices go up. This happens on different computers and browsers. So it seems to be a bug linked to our individual accounts rather than some kind of browser or operating system....?

I wonder if the $2.99 problem could have anything to do with returning a product. There have been problems in the past where returning an item caused a user to lose their PC+ membership status, and it required CS to restore the membership. Does that correlate at all with people who are having the problem?

Not with me, I have never returned a product, and suffer the same problem where every 2.99 item is 9.95 in every possible combination.

wow it's only me o the store site is terrible "slow" to load and even add stuffs to the cart is not working and also i found a issue with the

ALL Historical Top Sellers 50% OFF

60% OFF* with any New Release

the 60% is not being applied when adding a new "stuff".

it's only being account the 50% not the 60%, the final price was supposed to be 32.45

    183.95 - 60% - 30%(membership) - 30%(loyal discount) - 10%(extra discount) = 32.44878(32,45)

Hopefully the glitchiness is a sign of them working to fix the sale mess.

... the site's performance over the last day or so is shocking. Bad gateway errors all over the place, and I'm often having to refresh pages several times to even get the "Add to Cart" buttonto work. I've just discovered several things I thought I'd put in my cart and checked out with yesterday that didn't actually make it in. (As I was basically clearing up all of my PC+ wishlist at the very considerable discounts, it was easy to miss a few things when I checked the cart).

I see that I am not alone with the $2.99 priced items not working. I have 2 New Releases in my cart and none of the items in the "New Years Catchup 299" page show up at the $2.99 price, they are all showing at $9.95

This has been happening for the last week for me, so I just haven't bought any of them. Sad, cause I would have liked to pick up a dozen or more of the products.

I have not Returned anything in over 4 years, so I don't think that is part of the problem.

I had a lot website / Cloudflare errors and the sale didn't work for me today. I bought RawArt's new offering, hoping he'll have a better birthday income than the years when his birthday sale was totally borked. I would have bought more at the $2.99 sale, but as I'm still waiting to hear back on other tickets from a week ago, figured it wasn't worth it.  There's not that much I wanted anyway. Luckily, I grabbed stuff when the sale was working for me.

now the 2.99 items not working for me either even just one

I'm confused.  There are new items in the store, but we're getting the exact same sales page today as yesterday?  That's how you're leading off the New Year, DAZ?

The whole website's gone seriously flaky. I just put in a support ticket saying I have problems logging in, can't log out, and can't add stuff to my cart. Looks like the Y2K bug hit twenty years late.

The $2.99 sale worked fine for me up until yesterday/today. :(

Hopefully the offer will be extended until this glitch is fixed.

Yes; finding a common denominator is proving to be quite difficult on this one....

Yikes, it seems that things are just getting worse, I logged out and closed all of the my browser windows. Re-booted for good measure. Now the items in my cart are randomly reverting to regular prices.

Enough of this, I cleared my cart, I am taking my ball and going home. Maybe I'll try again later to see if they have got things corrected.

Some pages were being updated just now, which requires the pricing rules to be rerun - that was probably what you saw.

I am getting the same wrong pricing.  There is no reason to buy any of the items at way higher prices than they have been.  I did not get all the discounts on certain days but let it go because it was only off by a bit, but today it is much higher.  I give up.  This will save me money.

Also, when I put the free items in my cart they came up at regular or higher prices.  After refreshing the screen they went to 0's if that helps anyone.

Based on my own experiences with this sale and the comments of others, it seems like the two different Countdown Sale offers - one for up to 5 items at $2.99 and one for more than 5 items at $2.99 minus 20% or the Loyalty Discount (whichever was larger) if a new item was also in the cart - were only usable once ever rather than once per day.  Thus I was able to purchase several items at $2.99 one day and then others a different day at $2.09 along with a new item, but after that neither offer worked any more and all Countdown Sale items were priced at $9.95. When I set up a new account with a different e-mail address as a test, the Countdown Sale items worked fine but I did not purchase them because I did not want them in a different account.  So the problem for my account and apparently many others was that the daily reset for the two offers did not work and once we had used both of them, we could no longer purchase any Countdown Sale items at $2.99 (or less with the Loyalty Discount).  I hope this information is useful to the DAZ troubleshooters.

All of the other sales worked fine for me and I was able to pick up a number of items at bargain prices, especially when I could combine the 10% Daz originals offer with my Loyalty Discount and an existing sale price.  I did purchase a few other Countdown Sale items after Christmas at $9.95 each and then submitted store credit requests for the difference in price, but I must confess that I purchased a lot fewer Countdown Sale items than I might otherwise have done, due to the much higher prices.

    Not quite.

Before it all broke down, at the beginning of the sale, I bought three different $2.99 items on three separate days - without the slightest glitch at all.

Then, on December 23rd, it all broke down for me.

interesting option, not trying it though as two accounts could be messy...devil

I bought a $2.99 item wit a new item on Sunday and the offer was still working ($2.99 with new, that is) on Monday (then it was broken yesterday and today) so no, it isn't that.
