Germany here... 2.99 don't work. 2 new releases in cart. Standard Price without discount...
Just tried with exact 5 items of the 2.99 sale... same result. Standard Price...

2.99 doesn't work for me either. And I ditto the sentiment below. I'm soooo tired of this.
Just to add to locations for reference. I live in Texas (where my account will purchase from), but I have been accessing the site recently from Puerto Rico (I am helping extended family who had surgery). The 2.99 sale has been working as it should for me. Some days I have made purchases, others I chose not to - so I do not think I am a good candidate for testing the 24 hours vs midnight to midnight purchase theory if that is still in question.
Texas here items show $2.99 in cart. As soon as a new release is added they jump up to the $9.95
IMO most of the 2.99-stuff was also part of the last big sale and it does not seem that new products are added. So I guess I have already purchased what was interesting to me and can stop that cart-jenga. Happy holidays everybody!
Thanks for that. It is worth noting that the link on the front sale page & freebie items list is still broken, though.

I removed the three items that were 9.95 instead of 2.99 and purchased the cart.
Went back and put those three items back into the empty cart.
they showed at 2.99.
So I purchased the cart. Everything looks okay....so...
Have at it.
Signing out for me made it work, too, though when it signed back in, it presented me a cart from a few days ago and had to remake the cart. Weird.

None of the items are going into the cart at $2.99 for me. They are all going in at $9.95
I haven't bought anything since the new sale started tonight, and I have nothing else in the cart except for the "$2.99" items (that aren't)
Bit peeved, as there are 4 items there that I really want.
Hmm here's a thought. I purchased some of yesterday's items at 2pm today (my time) - which was 6 hours ago. Could there be a slight possibility that for whatever reason, the "day" isn't changing for me? As in, I purchased some $2.99 items three hours before the new sale started...but it's still in the same 24 hour period and thus the store thinks I've already got my $2.99 items for the day?
It was going in at 2.99 but yesterday and today it now goes in at 9.95. Took stuff out bought some Orestes Skydomes then tried again...still a problem. Just means that I'll buy less...and keep my money for other things.
Always worked for me when I have tried it out, both the 2.99 and 2.09 (with a new release).
Having said that, I have not bought many of these offers (nothing for several days) as they are the same set of products that were offered at 1.99 back in October during the PC+ sale, so if I passed at 1.99, not likely I want it at 2.99.
Given everyones comments I would be surprised if this issue is location dependent, much more likely to be account dependent, where the store is incorrectly flagging that some accounts have already used the offer for the day in question.
I've bought every day though (Florida) and not had a problem any day (except right now) with the prices, they always went to 2.99. However, that's not to say that isn't the CURRENT problem, as the prices aren't working for me. They stay at 9.95 with 4 in the cart, whether there is a new release or not.
Germany. Things get 2.99 in the cart, but the moment I add a new item they are full price.
And therein lies the conundrum...how do you fix something so all over the place?

can you guys please hire new coders or get new cloud serves and or new providers
if necessary, hire a consultant to bring some sanity into daz sales
i guarantee that daz will make more money at the end of the day if it follows up on these suggestions

Theretically, there should be logs available to devs that can explain it. If the system isn't logging that sort of info now, then a little code would fix that. Of course, it is christmas eve in the early morning hours where (hopefully) DAZ's devs live, so unlikley anyone will be doing a deep dive into the issue until later. Cloudfare seems like the obvious winner here, in terms of causality.
Artists get my 30% applied, but not the promised 40, or 50%.
Then, despite selecting the unlimited 2.99 option, after about 11 or 12 in my basket, the origanal price shows up on the 13th, 14th, etc. items of the 2.99 sale.
the issues here are becomng more and more bizzare.

sounds right to me ... it‘s just that us having sales problems has a long, long history, and the needed code hasn‘t been written until now, only temp fixes, then the next day the circus starts all over again ... it‘s like a scifi where the previous day‘s happenings and lessons are erased and everything loops in an endless, unchanging way.

Maybe there's a few different things making it happen. I'm going to try putting some in my cart after 2pm tomorrow (which'll be Christmas Day for me!) and see what happens, see if it IS a 24 hour thing for me anyway. Cos your's is the same as mine...no $2.99 price regardless of how many or how little I put in, with and without a new release.
They START at 2.00 before adding a new release item ? ok this is just getting ridiculous.

For me (and a good few others here) it's the complete opposite: It only works if there IS a new item in the cart. Items are $9.95 UNLESS there's a new item in the cart, at which point the price correctly reduces to $2.09.
It seems that for several people this started going wrong at some point on 20th/21st Dec. Can Daz not roll back to whatever they had in place before then? Or since it's clearly not going to be fixed over Christmas - again as has already been suggested - surely it would make sense to revert to using coupon codes over the holiday season rather than relying on automatic codes that clearly have some serious bug. Yes, I know people have suggested just spending the money and getting a refund from Daz afterwards but let's face it, who has an extra $50 to give to Daz every day at this time of year, even if I'll eventually get it back? I certainly don't, so those are sales they are simply losing. If I were a PA I'd be pretty hacked off by that.
Yesterday I posted that I was feeling picked on, what with the Flash sale not working on top of everything else. Today I am feeling singled out :(
Not even the five 2.99 items items in my cart will work today, which has at least worked for the last few days. Every day this situation is getting worse for me not better or even the same.
Well I'm going to start my Christmas break and hope that this is resolved at some point, I'm done.
