You should consider either repurchasing and requesting a refund of your original order. Or take a screenshot of an identical cart with the offer in effect and request a refund of the price difference.
Was it just any new release or one of the ones that were released yesterday? I think only the ones that were released yesterday qualify.
It doesn't work with any of yesterday's release of PC+ items, so I think it has to be one of the products released and featured in yesterday's StaffPicks promo.
@LindaB, I'm not sure everyone got a banner. If you put the pro bundle and the HD Addon in your cart, does the HD addon go to $0.00? If so, you're getting the extra discount for purchasing that new release yesterday. If not, you can still get the discount if you add one of yesterday's new releases to your cart today. It has to be in the cart with the bundle to trigger the discount, so don't purchase it separately. And don't forget to add the free bundles to the cart before checking out!
I'm pretty sure it was any new release. I bought https://www.daz3d.com/gentlemens-game-room-iray-addon yesterday, and got that Robyn banner today.
Okay.
However, a PC+ item in the cart today won't trigger the additional discount, while one of the other products released yesterday added to the cart today does trigger the additional 10% and free HD Addon.

The Black Friday coupon is not working on new items, though there's no mention of that in the coupon.
The text on the Black Friday banner doesn't exclude new items, but it isn't (yet?) working on them in the cart (today's and yesterday's new items)
Hmm, took the Robyn 8 opportunity but now do not now if that Black Friday coupon would have made things even better. But the whole thing is not working as others have already reported. Does it work on older items though. Would be cool if one could apply it to todays releases as Zev0's Morph Transfer tool was finally released.
Hey Rod, the coupon does work on older items (I've put about $500+ of products in my cart, and the coupon works on all the non-new items). Just waiting for an official response about the coupon before I check out.
I'm betting Daz'll take the usual step of rewording the coupon to say "Does not include...yada, yada..."

Well if the coupon ends up working as advertised, I may just have to break down and buy Robyn 8. Otherwise, the cost is more than I'm willing to spend on something that doesn't fill a need for me. Now if Robyn had been more like Robin Hood, (i.e. male!) I'd have already checked out with the bundle, and several addons!
Hmm, leaving new releases out would take away much fun. The 50% discounted stuff gets to 65% which is nice but also a rather common flash sale number which is not that attractive for the older stuff. There are some regular 60% (PA) or 66% (DAZO) items which get towards the fast grab range with the coupon though.
But I guess we'll get a rewording soon anyways. Otherwise I would have the option to inquire about my recent Robyn 8 purchase. Did not even notice the banner/message/coupon then.
Has anybody already found out whether it is single or multi-use as this is also not stated yet. Or could one assume that it is multi as it is valid until Sunday?!
I just checked and the coupon discount works on Fastgrab items, too.
The deal on Robyn 8 pro bundle + 2 add ons seems to have an issue now (at least for me).
It will give the 2 Genesis 2/3 pro bundles for free, however the offered "free" Genesis 8 pro bundles still cost $67.48 each.
Black friday coupon does not, indeed, include new. Apologies, but they already have a massive discount for new. Does, however, work on GCs. It only excludes new on this one.
Try reloading or check back later. I had the wrong discount applied on Robyn earlier. Took too much from my Storecredit other I would have not recognized. Checked again later and everything went fine.
A lot of the items in the 90% off V4/M4 sale are having their prices overridden and ending up with a much worse discount because they're also included in the $2.99 Temporary PC+ sale. (In the extreme case of items with a $5.00 initial price it ends up giving PC+ members only a 40% discount).
I think the only item in both sales that ends up with a better discount because of Temporary PC+ is https://www.daz3d.com/angie-lee-riae-bundle, so all the other items could really do with being filtered out of the Temporary PC+ category.
EDIT: I stress, all the other V4/M4 items that are included in the 90% off sale. There are some V4/M4 items in the Temporary PC that are not in the 90% off sale.
2nd EDIT: There are also a small number items in the 70% off G3 sale suffering the same problem, but for most of those items, a $2.99 price is better than the 70% off.
I just did that deal and the Genesis 8 bundle was free. You're choosing only from the selection in the carousel? If it still isn't working right, please put in a ticket.
Yes it is probably some issue like that. It seemed to remove the discount when the store updated, so I guess it will work properly eventually!
Other than today's new releases, the other 59 days have a discount of 0% to 30%. I wouldn't call that massive. :)
Yeah, I did mean tonight. Sorry, please realize we end up doing a lot of running around with problems, so may not always get things quite right. Plus I'm heavily sedated from turkey.
