    I wouldn't worry too much, if it's not DAZ it's something else. You are right though about one thing, sometimes if you've run a balance for a while on a CC it is a surprise and a pleasure to watch the balance go down after not using them to buy anything for a while.

    Good luck with your car. I found one for $4000 in 2015 with only 67K miles and it get the best ratings it could be given for that model year, 2007, by both the government crash ratings test and the crash ratings test done by a consortium of insurance companies. $4000 sounds like a lot, and it is, but compared to the Used Car Lots and the private ads I was seeing I was thrilled to find that car. When you buy a used car you can easily spend $20K for a lemon with no warrentee to speak of.  You'll find you will get a much better deal if you shop for a big prudish car rather than a sporty one or one that is foreign made. Some of the best deals are if you buy an old used police cruiser as they a large, excellent safety & crash ratings, low miles, and regular maintaince. They are usually cheap but burn a lot of gas.

    I feel ya. Luckily I have a little more self control, LOL

    Self control.....I lost that years ago!  The fact I had to drop my PC is already giving me withdrawl.  I do need to let my cc balance go down, and I'll bet you're right, in a few months of not spending here,it will, and I can do a 'wow'! 
    The big car sounds good, but need something smaller. (limited driveway space and won't fit in garage). Don't plan on spending over $10 grand, so we'll see what's out there. I've got 4 months to find one since we can't afford any more repair bills on my 1994 Explorer.

    I got a 2007 Impala. It is classed a big car but it's more a medium car. It is comfortable too. It also has a 6 cylinder instead of an 8 cylinder so I can prudishly obey the traffic laws and still get 25 MPG. At first I was set on buying a Hyundai Tucson or Honda Pilot or any kind of Honda but even used and with 200K+ miles the prices being asked was way more than the 2007 Impala I lucked into finding. It was just a lady selling a car she didn't drive anymore in her driveway as her husband had bought her a new car. She didn't even advertise it so don't forget to drive around your neighborhoods looking for people selling their unneeded cars. Good luck.

    Once again one must choose between free items and using the $6 DO coupon. For crying out loud please fix this already :\  If item in cart is $0.00 coupon should ignore/not apply to item. Opening a support ticket after the fact to "correct" a problem that shouldn't exist in the first place isn't a proper or even good solution. Surely the man hours spent responding to support requests over the years regarding this issue have far exceeded, by at least an order of magnitude, the cost it would take someone to go through the store software code and create a new rule.

    Sorry for the rant, but the fact this is still an ongoing thing really chaps my hide.

    ...for one,as mentioned I haven't bothered jumping on the G8 bus as I am on an extremely tight budget and cannot afford all the extra morph, shaping, and skin resources to make it as useful as G3 already is for my needs.

    I also don't bother with Pro Bundles as often they have content I'd rarely if ever use, like fantasy and skimpwear, as well as pre-made characters (I dial spin my own custom characters using the various vendor morph and shaping resources I have). The last one I purchased was the Young Teens 5 as it at least had all reasonable clothing I do use and character morphs that weren't just more fashion models.

    Wow, that's a really awesome car!! Really looks like it's in good shape too. I see cars for sale  in ppl's driveways or in the street. Most of them are beaters and look like they're ready for the car graveyard.  But you never know, I could find a great car too!

    ...a bit easier to find older cars in decent shape here on the west coast as we don't get a lot of "real winter" and therefore don't have to deal with road salt eating the body panels and undercarriage away.  

    Here is a lovely '68 Chevelle I saw in the "hood" one afternoon.

    I think there could be more cars in the 3d marketplace.  There are a few sporty ones, but not anything like these classics. Pretty sure there's vendors here that could do it. I'd want the inside too, as much as possible without driving the price up.

    Have you used any models from Hum3D?  I need/want a bassoon model to use for a lesson unit and they have one that looks pretty nice.  (I really need Protozoon to create the entire orchestra.  cheeky)

    We had Impalas when I was growing up. I think it dropped my Squareness Score, & maybe even upped my Coolness Score a fraction of a percent, with Daughter when she got into Supernatural. Which makes my life easier LOL

    I just can't press purchase on DAZ originals post-memberhsip.  Does.  Not.  Compute.  :D

    I was super lucky the Heilong Outfit was a 70% bonus item.  That was a must have and would have tested the new math sorely.

    if you purchase a model there are many other formats usually and they can also convert them for you. Besides, blender can change most formats to .OBJ, so that is really not an excuse to go without.

    The HD Add-on actually counted as both a Newly Mad and as an Add-On as well.

    I still see the HD-Add-On listed as a Madness Bonus Buyer item as well (when I log out, that is), but I suspect that should be updated sometime today, so not sure whether all these stacking discounts still work.

    but a new item was still added each day.  That should be underlined... atm we have Bridget sale and nothing else. What kind of madness is this?! :)

    I agree.  Everything today is still Bridget and there is not a different New item in the bonus sections

    In addition,Daz kindly gave me purple banner for purchasing the pro bundle and then removed any of the Still Mad that I would have purchased with the bonus percentage.
