I used to live in that style apartment when I quit high school for a couple of years and moved to Lexington, KY to try and make a living on $3.35 a hour. LOL, what a disaster! Those apartments are still there and still in good shape too. They are not fancy but they are comfortable and solidly built. I remember the rent was like $192 a month for a one bedroom in March 1983. My mortgage for a 3 bedroom house is cheaper than that now but those apartments now rent for about $600+ a month.
I would like Fenway, old Yankee Stadium, and Wrigley Field. If I had to choose one I guess old Yankee Stadium.

Well, this may be wacko, but I just saw a FANTASTIC music video by the Talking Heads, perhaps the best rock concert I've ever seen, and I've been watching them since the Beatles were on Ed Sullivan.
I watched the concert on Amazon Prime, but hey, good news, it's also on YouTube for free.
So my vote is for an environment which replicates the stage of this concert, with some of the muscians as Daz characters. David Byrne (lead singer) should be easy to replicate in a skinny version of G8M.
Which one? I think High Reaches would be my vote, though Benden would probably be most popular.
Realistically, I have need for a cramped space station city. Not the soaring future skyscrapers of rendo nor the futurized buildings Stonemason's so amazing at - but not a spaceship hallway either. What I need is still a city street, but from the lower decks of the station - about 15' tall cooridors, lots of electricity and piping.
Second thing, it'd be nice to have more small appartments. Where the bathrooms and kitchens aren't the size of conference rooms. If they're sci-fi, even better.
Flight of fancy - the Winchester Mystery House. I grew up near it, and it's pretty amazing. It's also never going to happen, as they're extremely secrative about the actual floorplans and trying to model the house without them would be increbily difficult. And at 160 rooms + a lot of built-in nonsense, it's a huge undertaking. If you ask them, they'll say they don't have floorplans for themselves even, but that's BS. The firemarshal wouldn't let them give tours without one. I'm amazed they managed to get on the California and Federal landmark lists without filing one there.
Store fronts and strip malls. Would love to see a modular series that will help me create stores that I need just like those modular room series to make homes.
Ista with the dragons laying on the beach would be a great visual. But Benden or Fort for sentimental reasons.

In all fun, I'd like to see some stuff with a snap-to feature implemented, or maybe added to a new version of DAZ. Would be cool to do an interior as easily as you can in The Sims.
That said, it's pretty incredible how much can be done with an existing enviroment just by repositioning a few things, or changing camera angles. I used the smaller bathroom in the European Apartment to create an underground military-style bedroom. I'ved a kitchen as a bedroom, a bedroom as a lounge, etc. I've gotten a lot of mileage out of that one purchase.
I'd like to see more empty lots to place buildings in. And more trees. Would love to log in one day and find a really elborate and dense weeping willow tree.
Also, I think the Old West stuff is due for a major upgrade (As well as the Cheyenne stuff) Not just the sets, but the clothing too. It's a lot of work getting them to cooperate with iray renders.
Oh! And I would love some Dune-inspired sets!
There are snap-to medieval modular sets (MICK and MICK-gothic), but I'd love to see construction sets with that level of detail and ease of use for other periods and styles.

Slightly off topic, but I would love to get a real, faithful, Battlestar Galactice model.... not the alternate models you see at other sites, as nice as those are.
You can get really nice ST Enterprise models, so why not this?

Probably because: A - None of those Enterprise models are licensed, but Paramount's always given their Trek fan-base a lot of leeway in what they allow whereas Universal doesn't, B - Because the level of detail on even the most complex versions of the Enterprise is dwarfed by the amount of detail required for even a semi-accurate version of a Battlestar, and C - when you say "really faithful," to exactly which Battlestar do you refer? There are those who favor the original TV series version, there are those who favor the version from the newer series, and if Universal has it's say, there's eventually going to be a third version of the franchise that will no doubt have yet another a slightly different version.
There is actually a good bit of old west scenery out there, including more than few full sets that are Iray ready. What there ISN'T is a decent selection of authentic period and old west clothing for people to put in them... And, unfortunately, I don't see any PAs out there that seem to have any interest in that kind of stuff.
...yeah, I posted historic photos in another thread a while back illustrating what real women's clothing in the old west (even what the lady gunslingers wore) looked like. Much more simple and basic than what we see here (and no heels or bare bellies).

Yup, and it's pretty short even for a kid. A dancer or a prostitute would show that much leg, but anyone else would be a shamless hussy! For an adult in North America, that dress style would date more to the 1930s/great depression.
Huh? That style dress my 90 year old Complex Variable Calculus professor used to wear along even with the barred stockings. I thought it was because she was from the Netherlands but not because the Netherlands has legal prostitution. Something nice about a person that wears what they wear and don't think twice about it even if that style went out of fashion 50 years prior. She was then and remained Miss <Name Withheld for Privacy> her whole life.

The "wild west" period of American culture, when most westerns are set, was the 30 year period between 1865 and 1895*, so unless your professor was born and raised in North America during that period, and picked up her style in clothing at that time, what she wore to your classes probably has little relevance on what was considered acceptable wear in the Wild West. :) Ironically, women in the American west could and did wear pants under certain conditions (though nowhere near as often as Hollywood movies would make one believe,) but as a whole, the wearing of shorter dresses by normal adult females, outside of the entertainment and flesh industries, was a phenomenon that didn't really occur until the 1900s in both Europe and the Americas.
So, yeah, just about every "western" outfit DAZ has ever published for women is pretty much completely historically inaccurate.
*To be fair, some consider the "old West" period to extend through the early 1910s, when the last bits of land that now make up the continental United States, were assimilated.
How about a small airport or air base, with hangers, runways and control tower with radar?
Well there was probably much less change for poor female clothing between 1850 and 1950 then there has been between 1950 and 2019 so there were more similarities between my professor's clothing and what those girls would wear in poor America than in today's clothing styles and clothing in 1955.
