Christian with a few other morphs dialled in. I think he has one of the better skins of GM8 so most welcomed.
Still finding the deals to be pretty lackluster and still on the fence about purchasing. I really Ike to support the male products, but it looks like I need to have a lot more bundles to get any kind of extra incentive to buy.
Next time I hope Daz states up front on the sales page just how many bundles you need to have bought to qualify...it would save me a lot of time wondering if I get a deal or not.
I know it has been changed NOW, but this is what I got. Then it changed to everything having to be in the cart at the same time, so like I said, some of us will miss out because we took notice of what the banner said in the first place.
This screenshot was at lunchtime, ten to one, I have no idea what central time is, I don`t live in the USA.
Daz CS has been pretty top notch the couple times I have used them now. Either checkout with $100 worth of the stuff (assuming your offer was $100) and send them a ticket with that screenshot or just buy it now with the deal and refund your previous purchase. I imagine either way will work out for you. Personally I find rebuying and getting a refund more straightforward than trying to explain a discount.
I have had nothing but good things with CS also, I think I only had to use them twice in twelve years, and both times I was impressed. I already put in a help ticket, so I`ll wait and see what happens.
I would not have made the purchase of Christian 8 pro bundle without the $100 offer. I had it all in the cart (including a gift card and add-on) at the same time but removed the $100 worth of products when the products didn't show discounted. I saw that according to my purple banner that I could purchase them after they fixed the issue because I would be a Christian 8 pro bundle owner. Shortly after my bundle purchase the banner and rules changed. Ticket sent but no reponse as yet.
Thanks for the nice render! I could tell his skin was at least as good as Floyd's (who has the most realistic G8 skin imo).
Came back 8 hours later after getting some sleep. moved all of the PC+ stuff out of the cart *along with the weekly and monthly freebies*, and the discounts worked as advertised.
There probably had been some kind of glitch, which had been fixed overnight. But I suspect that having those official frebies in the cart as well probably compounded the issue.
As usual, I like the base. And yes, he does look like Edward's brother. Not, however, like Edward's clone. Another "aging leading man" type is fine by me. The hairs are nice variants to styles we've seen, and -- more to the point -- look like hair I'd actually see in the Real World. Not actually blown away by the clothing, but it's not as absurd as some of the getups we've seen, and all of the sets look like they've got usable parts, so useful for kitbashing.
Many people have asked how many pro bundles someone has to own to get the banner and the deals. No official answer here that I have seen. I submitted a ticket to ask as I have no banner. I have (only) four so maybe I don't qualify.

Does DAZ want people bothering customer service about this? Wouldn't it be easier to just say on the promo page how many bundles you need to own?
I didn't get a purple banner, so I went to my messages in my acct and had this. Is it anywhere the same as others are getting with their purple banner?
I'm stll paying $46.29 for the pro bundle even with some addons. My cart contents also.

Don't use them out of the box then. There are a ton of other morphs you can add to make any character look like you want.

I've got the pro bundle in my cart but am not getting the 50% of select artist the banner says a Christian release or an add on, should I be getting the discount?

Now that is a generous Banner. But let's be real. It's January 2nd and not all of us have a perpetual income like others. I would be miffed if this was Lilith.
But I could instantly see Edward in this new model. But I liked Edward and I don't like Christian. So thanks for the banner Daz, but, yet again, no thanks.
I'm dissapointed Christian isn't a young teen to go with Josie. He looks decent, I just think between Edward, Nix, and g3m I still use there's not really much of a point in my getting him. I'm glad they finally released a male character without a hair that's a flat top or buzz cut. The deal is good, but I think I'll pass and wait to see what the other male characters in this generation will be,
I am happy they finally released 2 male characters in a row, and again he does look good.

Funny since Dwayne, Ollie and the Brute are 3 of my favorites. Different strokes for different folks I guess. Glad there’s such a variety available in the store - something for everyone!

I've got the Pro bundle, 4 items from the $60 off catergory which do discount and 2 pose sets from Zeddicus, vintage Pinups for G8F and Zbeauty and Grace for G8F. If I put a add on item in the poses do drop to 50% off.

Daz really needs to start releasing the men figure morphs on Friday...when people (usually) get paid AND run the special for more than 3 days like they do the females. Because the specials come down in 3 or 4 days and the males are not typically getting the bigger discounts like the ladies, don't give me any bunk about males not selling. Maybe they're not selling as much because the females are a better deal and the sales run for twice as long ;).

I'm not sure. I have 16 pro bundles and I'm getting the "30% off" the pro bundle and $60 in free items. Though it looks like some (according to the posts here) are getting all the way up to "50% off" the pro bundle and $100 in free items. Though it does look like they updated the sale page so now those who have less pro bundles also get a discount and $30 in free items if they purchase the Christian 8 pro bundle.
Seems to be working now.
