    Seems they have stomach buttons and (gens?) other parts; weird, mamalian aliens. But I suppose it gives maximum options for folks.

    I passed on this; some really great products, but would have preferred the human face to be missing entirely. I'll wait till much cheaper as no realy requirement, other than some great products and does look good - nice and different too.

    Same here. It's also difficult for DAZ to track which items in a bundle it is that people actually want, meaning they may keep buying up and pushing the same unwanted stuff into their bundles. With single purchases or BYOB they can track exactly what it is that people want, so that vendors will focus on producing more of that rather than the less wanted stuff.

    i don't care if he's called Lee 8, or Cheng 707, Liu XYZ or whatever - what i meant is no "official" G8M Asian male - except EJ Hiroshi and Masao, who is NOT a main daz figure. and having Lee 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 doesn't mean they have the bends, articulations and mesh advantages of the G8 version...

    Zelara might be super interesting - but whatever, another caucasian chick.

    I bought her, but downloading is going slowwww. I wonder if a lot of people purchased stuff and everyone is downloading at once. Usually my connection is a bit slow but seems fine today on other sites.

    She's really awesome, and with my long sci-fi wishlist, a very good deal as well. Still looking for a decent Asari though, I have a couple Asari morphs, but I'm extremely picky regarding those headfolds, and for the one actually good Asari headpiece I have, I don't have a matching skin... Can't Daz Productions strike some deal with EA to become their "official" fan-art resource distributor?

    Those look a little like compression artifacts in your render.  Apologies if you've already checked this, but if you go to Render Settings -> Advanced, make sure you've got your medium and high thresholds turned up to match the scale of the texture (which is probably 4096x4096 or larger).

    Whe I load the human preset from characters there are no indents, not sure why yours is loading in with them. To dial thhem out with the figure selected under actor you should find a Zelara Alien HD details dial turn that to 0.

    Ah, thanks, I was looking under Head instead of the full actor. But I did load the human version from Smart Content and it had indentations. Maybe the icons were switched in Smart Content? After I'm done with a current render, I'll check again.

    Thanks, I'll have to check that out. I bump up all the render settings (Max Samples, Render Quality) but never knew about that in advanced settings!

    I'm really liking this character. It was pretty hard to pick out the addons for her too, there was just so much cool stuff! I really really hope there is a male version for her with as much epic characters, outfits, and just all around sweet stuff! I can be patient for him though, because there's just so many things that came with or for Zelara it's going to take me ages just to look at everything! Here's a boring one of her, I used DivaMakeUp's amazing Altern8 one her. She's just so beautiful, I really think this is my favorite base character to come out yet!

    Sorry to take so long to answer, I've been out and about doing drone photography(!).  I used the head ridge morph to remove the skin ripples, but the big bony plate had to be done in Photoshop, or at least I couldn't find a way to turn it off, even in shaders/Cut Opactity=0. It appears to be one big unit. Shame, really.  Attached is a visual aid in case anyone else has trouble finding where to turn it off, or back on.  I had better luck finding it by simply typing "Aureska" in the search field above the Scene/Paramters window as seen in the image.  I rendered two images, one of Zelara and then one with Aureska's head tails anatomy add on and used Photoshop to mask out the boney bits.

    I also did a test with Aureska's matching skin. I like the human/alien mix (the first image I posted of her) better.

    What would it take to make this happen? This is incredible looking, and it would be a travesty to leave this unfinished.

    If time is an issue, then how about turning it into its own expansion addon? A paid add on in the future would be great, like the next time they do a sci-fi themed sale, this could be one of the headliner items. And being a paid add on, it could offer additional colors and extras. Xenogirl Expansion. New colors, new spiky options, ect. The customers would get this cool extra, and you'd get compensated rather than working to finish it for free. Everybody is happy.
