I like the lines for realism's sake, but I was hoping to use her skin for a character that has to be south of 30. Otherwise, the lines are that extra bit of verisimilitude that sells her as a real girl.

She looks amazing. I did not have nice things to say about other pro bundles of G8 but this one looks promising.
Absolutely stunning character, and I think its a lot different from all the other figures.This will go in the basket asap.

looks like they have a different deal this time around if you add at least 3 addons the pro bundle drops down to $39.67, also you can get up to $100 off the various products in the DO select sci fi options and for me there is a lot to choose from plus if your pc member your coupons will work this time around either of them are ok just work out which works best for you

Sci-fi is totally my thing and I'll probably end up getting the bundle just for the freebies if the price with discounts is decent, but not really into her or anything involved with her for some reason. The human version is OK, another somewhat attractive girl except for the weird lines under the eyes. I hope it's just a normals/bump map thing and not part of the mesh.
Kind of a "meh" from me and I'm shocked that I'm so on the fence about a sci-fi theme because I LOVE sci-fi and do tons of sci-fi art. And as for the add-on characters, I know the PAs put in a lot of work but I don't feel comfortable using other artists' intricate artwork on the skins. I would or could never use all those skin designs created by other people, I need to create my own original work and it feels dishonest to use others' detailed skin designs. But there's enough there that I'm sure I could find three products to get the full deal. Glad they have so many to pick from. I really wish @midnight_stories was one of the PAs for this though, I love his stuff and that would have made it a no-brainer!
I like the character, but it wasn't an insta-buy until I saw how many of my wishlist items were covered by the $100 off.

I'm loving this, hope for a male version soon, but where are my superheroes ans supersuit?
Lyisse looks really cool, and her makeups are lovely, would anyone who has her show what she looks like without Zelara?
Aeridian is also gorgeous and has some beautiful skins... a lot of interesting stuff in this release!!!
And then Crockett's Zeno girl- just wow!!! Does she have a matt zone to change her coloring without changing the face's skin?

its like everything is the same but different over and over. Not sure how I feel about this. Overall most seems too far out there for my taste, but yet, some grabs my attention. Blue, green skins do nothing for me, or painted on, tat looking scale stuff. Not sure about the spine thing glowing and all. thinking and looking ...
Almost necessary to get the HD product as it appears a couple characters depend on that... even though not stated, but if you look at the lips and stuff you can see HD all over the place. that alone brings the pricing up quite a bit.
Four females since Floyd 8 on May 22nd. Maybe Daz has given up on G8M's commercial viability.

I was eyeing that character too, and wondered if that was correct when I saw the long list of "products needed." If it's already been reported, I'll just wait and see.
So I decided to give her a try, and honestly... she might be the best character I've seen, for the material settings. I kind of pride myself on making characters look very real when I put in the effort, and she took the least amount of effort I've ever had to put in to getting her looking preeeetty close to being a real person.
Could take it even further to make her look, better, too - I didn't even touch a fair amount of the stuff I usually do to enhance character realism, so I'd say she's got some extremely good materials.
Not my most realistic render ever, but great for such a small amount of setup before rendering. Given that the pro bundle wound up being $32 for me, plus the discount on the addons and the free $100 of sci-fi content... it was well worth the purchase for me.
There were too many good things to choose from amongst the Add-Ons.
It took a while for Genesis 3 to overtake Genesis 2 for me. We are approaching that point for Genesis 8 vs. Genesis 3, I think.
I'm looking and looking at the adds and so far only the HD is hitting me. for max bang for the buck though, 3 adds are needed for sure.

I really like her, and will be picking her up on payday. Super disappointed that they didn't include the hd in the pro bundle. Not overly excited about her hair or outfits, but LOVE what the PA's have done with her.

When I first saw Zelara she was a major dissapointment. With some sleep and looking at her from a computer screen instead of my cell phone, I can see why other people really like her, but she's just not tempting to me. I like her base and the Ellisea hair. Even with the $100 worth of scifi items I can't talk myself into spending $62 on a base figure and hair I really like, but a bunch of other stuff I don't.
I like the pictures posted so far and wish Zelara all the best in the weekend sells. But I'm with everyone else who are waiting for Lee 8 and Gianni 8. August should be the one time of month when the guys stuff out numbers the women stuff.

Interestingly, there is a Zelara Alien HD Details dial... i.e. not dependent on purchasing the Zelara HD product, which may be more applicable to the Human version of Zelara.
