Yes, in theory. But the cart is sitting at $67.45 at the moment. So the real question for me is, do I want those hair products right now, or can I wait a few months until they're on sale. After all, I don't actually need any of the 10 free items. I'll get them, if I decide to buy the Pro bundle. But I won't be kicking myself later if I decide to pass on Mika 8.

I actually like the look of Mika 8, BUT... I looked at the bundles, and they seem a bit sparse in content, compared to previous G8 bundles. And of what is offered in the bundles, only a couple of dForce outfits look useful for me.
So, no sale here, even with the extra 20% off "exclusive" offer, and the freebies. I may pick up the Base figure in some future sale. Then again, recent sales events have been utterly underwhelming.

The "recipe" for a G3 pro bundle was: Named figure, 2 additional characters, 2 hair products, 4 wardrobe products, 2 poses and/or expressions, and anatomical elements for adult figures. Some G8 pro bundles are the same—11 total products plus anatomical elements when appropriate. And some G8 pro bundles have an additional item, like the "Fantastical Sprite Wings" in the Mika 8 Pro bundle. So I'm not sure what you mean by sparse. Although I have to admit, I find the wardrobe items with Mika to be a bit… boring. A little more diversity would have been nice.
Make that FEMALE fairies. I've yet to see a male fairy to the gene pool. (If you don't count Kenji which I do not)
This one is a definite PASS - I'm happy to save my money but I'd really have wanted Lee or Gianni to play with this week.
I like Mika 8 and the eye make-up but they are labeling her elf and an elf is taller and more gangly looking with more mature facial features than Mika 8. Not Victoria 8 mature but more like gangly preteens without as much baby face. Fairies have the infantilized features of a baby face. Mika 8 looks like a fairy.
That said, I'll just transfer Mika 7 to G8 and aufofit various elf and fairy clothing from the past. I may buy her in the future but I have to watch my spending for possible future surprises in the vein of the Ollie, Edie, Alexandra, and Edward Pro Bundle themes.
It's good that DAZ 3D is going for characters that are good for story telling besides detectives, sci-fi, superheroes, and Conan the Bararian stuff (although I think technically Conan is a superhero).

But yes, a lot fairy/anime figures of late, and simiar to Karyssa and Mika 7 was not long ago.
Hmm, a lot of items I've been hankering after available free for the additional price of a rather cute figure and some rather nice extra items...

Mika 8 looks like Teen Josie 7 with elf ears.
I don't get the idea about elves with waspish waists at all - I think it's become a convention (or a conspiracy?) Maybe Why!
Weren't Clamp involved in the animation of a version of Record of Lodoss war? Not saying it's why elves are bone thin in popular imagination, the idea certainly fits in with Clamps style.

I'll give them credit for including some vaguely non-white characters in the pro bundle...
But I'm going to pass anyways. After how uniquely awesome and different Edie 8 was, Mika 8 is like going back to McDonalds after eating at a really amazing local scratch kitchen restaurant IMHO.

It looks to me like the exclusive offer and 30 percent discount for 3 add-ons is working. I have the Mika 8 Pro Bundle showing as 37.03 and then with 4 add-ons it came out to 59.27. Plus I got the 10 free items.

I'm not sure this is the right place to post this, but I installed the Fantastical Sprite Wings for Genesis 8 that came with the Mika 8 Pro Bundle using DAZ connect, and all I see are little picture frames with triangles in them, and it says that an error occurred when reading the file when I try to load the wings. Is that a problem that is on my end or is it a problem with the product itself, and should I put a support ticket in? None of the other Mika 8 content I bought seems to have that problem.
I'm really glad they've included so many non-character items in the freebies this time, I'm running out of pro bundles to get and I know a lot of other people are as well. That being said, there are still a few bundles I was looking forward to getting with the next character release. I think a better option would have been to include the pro-bundles in the list of potential freebies. Even if they limited it to 2 bundles OR 10 free items. That way both the long term customers and the newer ones that are still building their libraries have good options to pick from.
She's a VERY faithful rendition of a G3F character I own and like, so she doesn't have a lot to offer someone who thinks G8=G3.5 and is mostly interested in G8 content as something that can be back-converted to G3.
ETA: after looking again, I think she's more childish and less scrappy young adult than Mika 7.

she comes down to $52.90, and if you buy three add ons say the cheapest ones at $7.33 the total is $52.43 then there's the 10 freebies can choose from. Nice deal but still debating as it looks like a new character roughly every two weeks now and there are characters I want for sure love Mei Linn all versions and probably some more unique ones maybe hybrids or creatures want more may still get her gotta think about this
My current G8 bundles are: Charlotte, Sakura, Aiko, Karyssa and Ollie. Mika is going right into the cart. I would have preferred a prettyboy type, but there’s a place for her in my cast — and as somebody who has studied Mika 7 and Karyssa closely even in promo images on a phone I can see she’s at least as distinctive as any other model from the same artist. (By which I mean: I can recognize a Silver character, a Redz character, a Mousso character, this artist’s characters.)
