...OK, I actually do have a copy of Norton removal tool.  Needed to DL it as there were some difficulties a couple years ago when I I needed to fix the version I had on here back then.

So once the new version is  installed on this system I'll then have an installer locally to transfer to the other one.

I just would like to do this without having to deal with someone for whom to English is a second (or third?) language and is under pressure to upsell me other services.

I'm not sure, but the "Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool" may be more appropriate than the "Norton Removal Tool" from a couple of years ago .  Don't know if it makes a difference.  I usually tend to use the latest and "greatest" of any product when making system fixes.  YMMV

I am trying to figure out how to deal with a LGBT+ type character in my story.  The character is actually a hermaphrodite but I found out some people are offended by that term.

mebbe there is a manga term for the same thing?

Complaint:  I love cookies (biscuits).  But cookies are loaded with sugar. sad  Wandering the local K-Mart the other day I found a display of sugar-free cookies from a brand that I like and they looked delicious.  yes  I bought two packets (on a 2 for 1 deal) to try them.  After working my way through the first packet of 12 over several days I found them to be, as I suspected, delicious. smiley  Unfortunately though, I've realized that it's the cookies that are giving me the tummy trouble I've been having for the last several days. surprise  Major gas producers they are.  Painfully so.  sad  So, what do I do with the remaining pack?  Shall I give them away and inflict them on some enemy, or suffer them myself. frown   Or should I feed them to the local ants to observe the effect it has on them? devil  But I'm afraid that if I feed them to the ants, the birds might find them too and I don't want to see birds exploding. indecision

finally chucked my 30 year old kitchen table!!  took off the legs first.  what an effort to wrangle the table top to the curve.  had to like rock it on it's corner edges.

complaint  still in the 40 fahrenheits.  need to open my windows and air out the sick germs.  want to invite a cousin or 2 over to play canasta next weekend.  sigh

I bought some sheer socks last week.  I did not know that the seller is overseas.  I will receive the socks on or after April 20.

..well been shopping around for hardwired gigabit routers. Gads some are really expensive, like 1,200$ - 7,000$.  I'm not running an office complex with 20 desktop systems just want to connect my two main systems and one of the notebooks together.  Don't want wireless because of slower transfer speeds and the fact I am in a very densely populated area.

So far this model seems to be the best for the price that I can find.

    https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833704130

It has 4 ports, pretty much what I need and includes firewall protection.

I've found wireless ones for less but again don't care for wireless.

..oh and "real spring" today.  Forecast high of 70° (woohoo Hawai'ian shirt weather) so heading out soon to get a coffee and and sit in the sun for a bit adn then head up to the local cash & carry for a few supplies.. Sadly, starting tomorrow, back to chilly temps and rain all week.

Picked up a bottle of Ardeberg Scot's whiskey (mmmm peaty...).  Along with the curry fixins I got, that should help me make it through the forthcoming wet week.

Complaint:  Just stood at the kitchen sink doing dishes and watched a major snowfall appear out of nowhere and so far has dumped a half inch of snow on completely bare ground.  Mid-winter type of snowfall.  sad  Christmas card type of iconic snowfall.  All I need is a sleigh and horses. frown

Non-complaint:  That liver & onions take out has provided yet another (#3) quite satisfying meal. smiley  Although, I did have to provide my own potato for this one. indecision  And I have one complete large piece of liver left, that can easily be cut in half to make two more meals. yes  But at this point, I'm getting a bit tired of liver. blush

Me, too!  It only got into the low 40s here today!  But it's supposed to warm up as the week grows old.  Still, no 70s in the forecast as yet.  Close...maybe 68 on one of the days.

...yeah was really nice.  Went for a long walk, did some shopping, then stopped at the local pub & sat in the sun while sipping a really nice pilsner.

Tomorrow, back to wet and ugh weather.  Need to enjoy the good stuff when I can.

I found the best way to watch the latest movies without piracy and crowds.  I go to theater when everyone is at work on my day off.

...yeah, looks so. Without a computer kind of hard to participate here. Also hoping he gets the attention he needs. He definitely need to get the ball rolling for SS disability as he certainly would qualify.  Yeah the red tape is daunting but getting a good advocate can cut through a lot of the nonsense, and he only has to pay a small fraction for the fees as that is capped.  I paid something like only 15% of my SS Supplementary award.and nothing from my Disability as the retroactive part of the case is still in process.

Rezca's been active posting pics over on DA.

..be careful seems the revised Starter Essentials are part of what may be creating instabilities causing the Daz programme to crash.

"Seems" is a bit of an overstatement, it's pretty unlikely that it could haev any effect on overall stability.

seems silly, but i'm still thinking about a curved monitor.  looking at a Benq monitor.  but the samsung comes in a glossy white ultra slim model.  the 27" costs more than a 32"
