I bought the Xi Destitute Street

it was one of the things I suggested in the Stonemason Americana thread

thought this is not necessarily an American street

our homeless in Adelaide at least, seem to prefer parks or squatting

(or hidden homelessness in cars and campers)

it's still a sad situation worldwide it seems

I wishlisted it for purchase tomorrow. It looks like L.A., but the buildings would be nicer. Same squalour on street level though. The juxtaposition was striking the first time I saw it in '23. They've hidden some of it for the World Cup.

It's a nice product and on my wishlist, but an unfortunate reality for the product is that the streets are far too swept and clean. sad

If the PA makes a mess of a surface, it is harder to use by someone who wants a clean surface (or a different mess). Adding is always easier than subtracting. I have passed on a lot of really good geometry because I didn't want to have to retexture it completely.

"Charming" " bodysuit." Please give me a definition of both. Let us disable these kind of ridiculous "clothing."

Can I offer a suggestion to PAs? If you're product looks like athletic wear, perhaps include some poses in the shop with the clothing being used athletically. I'll probably cart this eventually. But the shop pics are uninspiring and mostly uniformative. Solid colors don't need to be demonstrated.

The text mentions a "Lap Area" morph. What does it do? Give me something to excite me.

Another Akhelloos hair. That is good news. As usual the hair looks superb, and the range of colours is wide. I love the darker roots presets for blonde hairs as it simulates exactly the bleaching that happens on my daughter's hair as it grows longer. Some of the colours are so rich, and the promo images show the hair off so well.

If I have one complaint about SWAM's hair it's the promo images, they really don't show how good the hair can get, while Akhelloos has got the promo images off to a fine art.

    Regards,

    Richard

Normally I'd hesitate to spend $1.99 on Daily Dealz, but I immediately added these two new items to my cart today.

    https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-spring-dress-set-for-genesis-9

The design has a layered feel, elegant and beautiful without being old-fashioned.

The room itself was beautiful, and now it even has a balcony, a hallway, and an elevator. Finally, someone thought of combining all of these into one unit!

Did you buy it? You can only rate products you own. It should have a thumbs up or down where the add to cart button was.

It's an excellent SMG/Buffy. I hope they release the Spike/James Marsters character from the photo where she's got the stake. I'd buy that, too. And pretty much any Buffy characters, really.

And the ratings will only be visible if at least (I think) three people rated a product.

Actually yes I did buy her couldn't resist as well as their Angus looking like Mark Sheppard from Supernatural, Doom Patrol and bunch of other shows gotten some really great deals/bargins during this June sale. Guess makes sense with te ratings system you have to buy first but never noticed that option before when visiting products pages I've bought when I've got the product bought pop up it is so small and hard to see the thumb icons and I never noticed the question before

I have bought a slew of @Phoenix1966 characters and I have never been disappointed. They are varied, unique, and quality products.

its quite a striking image with that evil smile and crazy eyes, and I say that in a good way. Its not often we get these kind of female characters in the store, we get young, old, glamorous, sexy, but rarely ones that look like you should be afraid of them, like you should run, like they should be on a true crime documentary. She is scarier than any creature in the store imo. Defintely an excellent character.

I'm a little confused by the name of the Ready to Respawn outfit. Is this based on a popular Fortnite outfit or something?

Saw it in my newsletter and knew we had a winner today. Items sinking into clothes is an issue. Thank you @SickleYield

Pretty sure that's him in the background of the Victorian train station promo, too.

I haven't watched in well over a decade (kids mean not much in the way of adult shows happen) but the promo pictures gave me some really happy nostalgia. Very true to both form and spirit. Well done.

I bought the https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-eg-dress-04-for-genesis-9 today and tested it on https://www.daz3d.com/p3d-maud-hd-for-genesis-9 who I just bought. The character is not busty but the dress exposed her right breast, shredding over it. I looked for adjustments and only three were listed and caused the dress to do weird things (think maybe undress morphs?). Totally useless. I changed something in and it seemed to fix it almost. After a simple standing pose, the lower dress area was shredded more along with the right breast again. I added a smoothing modifier and it seems to have fixed the dress.

Because of the way the promos are, I was not prepared for a slit on the left side that extends pretty much to the character's upper thigh. It would have been nice to have more attention on morphs and a promo for that slit in the skirt. I had bought the dress because it reminded me on ones I saw worn in the 1950s/1960s for cocktail parties.

Just be prepared to fix this outfit when you buy it.

You can see the slit in the some of the promos if you pay really close attention, but I totally get not noticing something in the "rush" to purchase something.

I tried it and I did something totally wrong. I woke extremely early this morning with a migraine and it has only ramped up during the day. I have used Fit Control without issue in the past, but today... I did something screwy. It wasn't the product, totally me and my fried brain. Fit Control is in my Favorites as a drop-down.

I actually took those images to indicate a see-through fabric area and made a mental note to myself I would need to use shaders. Even with my new glasses it wasn't clear to me. I understand that when we are paying $1.99 for an item, we can't expect the same level of detail in documentation and quality as if we are paying $25.99 for a similar item. My post was to alert others to the issues I ran into and how I handled them. The dress is lovely.
