    My coupons for January don't work either

    Also having an issue w/ coupons not working, specifically for the Premier free character bundle.  First tried it last night after Daz (Utah's timezone) midnight, but sometimes it takes a bit, so I waited.  It's now morning, and they still don't work.

    Oh, please don't underestimate my abilities.

    I clicked the provided link. Looked at the items. Many items had different percentages off.

    So if an item is listed as 65% off, do we get 50% off that item after the 65% deduction?

    I read that on some items, the discount doesn't show till the final page of the transaction.

    I'm not the only one confused by these sales. I'm not the only one frustrated by them.

    Yeah, I'm still trying to make sense of a company with a store that sells 24 hours a day and has customers worldwide, yet persists in trying to run their business with only minimal support staff for nearly 2/3rds of each day AND insists on starting most of their ads and all of their daily sales specials, which is when at least 90% of the web problems occur, at midnight U.S. Mountain time.

    Something just broke the tokens discount. They worked fine a few hours ago and now the same basket increased in price and no matter the amount they do nothing at all.

    Yep, tokens are definitely broken again.  My whole cart shot up insanely and I think I am done with trying to shop for now.

    OK, I found many great deals once I understood that the price listed at first is the actual price after the 50%-65% reduction.

    I made many purchases from the "50% off" section. Some choices were from my wishlist, and DAZ Originals.

    I went back and saw the offer for an extra 10% off your wishlist. I bought some items from that offering.

    Now, my question is: "on the previous sale, did I get an extra 10% off my wishlist items that were also 50-65% off?!"

    What about all the tokens and coupon codes that haven't worked?

    Is there a way for me to easily go back and see how much money I lost? 

    How will DAZ compensate us for lost savings?

    I don't think I tried to use a coupon twice. I didn't see a message informing me of a duplicate attempt.

    Same for me, had everything in the cart, applied my tokens, the price went down. Did a little more shopping added a few more things, refreshed the page and the token discount had disappeared. I've removed and reapplied, and tried logging out, closing the browerser and it's still not working.

    I think someone already mentioned it, but I want to confirm that it's an ongoing problem:

    According to the New Year Release page, if I buy "any one" of the Still New Releases, Best of All Time items, or Storewide Featured Artists, I should get an additional 40% off of my Debut New Release. I actually have a few Best of All Time items and a Still New Release in the cart, and no additional discount has been applied (first screenshot). Also, the prices of my items remain unchanged if I apply tokens (second screenshot). I will not be pulling the trigger on these purchases until all of that is fixed.

    I should have asked where the link came from. I apologize, I thought the main sale when it's a separate sale page. While I see the page say 30%, in the cart it's a higher percentage. Does it stay 30% for you in the cart? 

    Sorry for the lack of response... my kiddo finally went to sleep and I jumped at the chance to follow him. Link was from the tile on the shop page. I should've specified my path to get there. I'll try to be more thorough in future.

    It looks like - once again - things in this shop aren't working as intended, since my shopping cart has ballooned from around $50 this afternoon to over $145 without any input from me.

    No offense intended, but as someone living in the European time zone, I have better things to do than wait until late at night to see if support will finally fix the day's malfunctioning offers.

    I'm out for today.

    While I was waiting for it to be resolved, the cost of my cart jumped from ~$44 to ~$68.
    I hope they will extend the sale by one day.

    Ah, got it. I started suspecting as much when I started emptying my cart. The first thing I took out was the Debut New release, and everything left promptly jumped in price. Hopefully the token issue will be fixed soon and I can pull the trigger. I really do want several of the items.

    My monthly DAZ+ coupon still isn't working, and I have cleared my cache and cookies, checked that the item I was trying to buy was a DAZ Original and not in Quick-Grab, and it is not a DAZ+ item.  This is getting silly, and seriously irritating after the umpteenth time.

It is available in another store now. Richard has many adventures documented in my Art Studio thread. Richard and Jack (Tomalin) get into all sorts of strange situations in my renders.

    Same issue here. The products I've selected are together worth over $18, and not new products or Outlet items.
