    Because it's a part of Returning Nice List and thus has a set price of $3.99, $4.99, or $6.99 (depending on the membership) while probably being included in some other selection (featured artists?).

    Same here. logging out and back in didn't work, and ctrl + shift + r didn't work either.

    Now, it's not only showing the paid option only, but the "or" disappeared, like, "no free option for you today, dude. Go away!"

    I'll say this: as has been the case all month long, the paid advent calendar option shown is from my WL and I'd be happy to receive it. Also as has been true for the paid options all month long, at $2.99, it's not a very good deal on the Daz site. I would not buy it at that price.

    Usually, refreshing the Sale page closed up the today's Advent Calendar box, which was not functional, if you had not made a "selection". Now it stays open with the paid item only.

    Ditto here, exact same issue.  I'm a Premiere member with three punches, yet the advent window is locked open with only the paid item available.

    Same for me with three punches and DAZ Premiere. The only option for today is to pay for it. Actually have no interest in that character add-on for NIX 8. If I'd buy that, then I would need to buy NIX 8. No thanks.

    That stay open, paid only is the behavior when you don't have any punches. So, apparently, the calendar thinks we have no punches.

    Today I got my 4th punch and it will not allow me to get the items for free. Does not work.

    Desktop in my case. I've been refreshing this topic to see if any resolution looked to be forthcoming, but I'm getting more and more certain nothing will be. I'm premiere and have bought something every day (including today) this month, but no freebie for me, apparently, and while yeah, the paid item is on my wishlist, it's pretty much something that still hasn't dropped down into my "price point" yet, so buying it is a no-go. Here's hoping something nice appears before the ball drops.

    Thank you DAZ for the 7 free Holiday Sale items today! Just an FYI, Rosalind Bedroom Set from the Nice 5 list, has a product library error on the templates file. A 'right-click>save as' populates as a .txt not a zip. Clicking it gives an AUTH Invalid html page.

    Edit: The Advent Calendar was broken than worked for one item, but seems to work right now on Desktop.

    for me, the advent calendar is only one paid one (Tattoo 2 for Genesis 3 Female), yet the first day was also paid only for me so i'm not upset about it

    Did not work for me on Win11 desktop wih Chrome or Firefox, or iOS (iPad) with Brave, Chrome, or Firefox.

    That's all I got up to a few minutes ago and some hard refreshes. Sleepless night (pet issues) so had nothing in the wee hours of the morning, so checked out what was working. Than after hunting all over my area in Southern California for a vet (none opened) tended to new kitty found in engine, that was about noonish California time and DAZ advent offered only a paid option. Now taking a pet break, just a bit ago had the offer for both free and paid..

    Same here, you may need to do a hard refresh (ctrl-shift-r) to get the advent calendar working but it is somewhat fixed. We hafve reproted that it seems to be the base, non-free item only though.

     

    No luck with refresh. I even logged in in Firefox, which I never use for Daz, and in incognito, and in different profile.

    I hope they fix it fast, some of us in Europe have just hours before midnight :D

    Sales end at midnight MST, US Mountain Time. I think that would be 8am CET.

    TIL: the "free character bundle" option for premiers resets at new years eve NOT at 8am CET. Duh... I already got new codes :( 

     

    well... the new codes are not active, yet - and the old code still works! ... ?

    As long as you don't have used them, the old codes are still valid, and can be build based on the new ones (just replace 01_26 by 12_25):

    • 12_25PREMIER :  $10 off Daz Originals, excluding Daz +, etc.
    • 12_25SAVE10 : $10 out of $2, exclude new releases, etc.
    • 12_25CHAR-BUNDLE : one free bundle among https://www.daz3d.com/premier-characters

    The new ones won't be valid until the end of the current Daz day (in a bit over 6 hours at the time I'm writting this message).

    Hope you'll see the information in time to use them, and now, time to go to bed for me, happy new year everyone.

    Sorry, it worked for me a couple of hours ago :/

    I hope someone will have a solution in time, no idea if opening a ticket with sales support is worth pursuing but if you want to keep your option open until someone can chime in, I would take screenshots showing you did have three punches.
