Thanks so much Cris, you are so very appriciated
Reported
And fixed.
Thank you :)
Please remember we have a discussion thread, There's Always Another Sale Thread -- Discussions Only Pt 5
We would really like to keep this thread focused on specific sales issues so that we don't miss anything and report in a timely fashion to be able to help.
Cris, thank you so much for your support, I think we all appreciate that you're really stuck between a rock (us) and a hard place (DAZ) here. I do believe now would have to be the time for some official message from DAZ's side, though. Can you pass that on to them, or should I rather open a ticket?
Do the monthly coupons work? Tomorrow will be the last day to use them. All Daz Originals items are unsuitable, all the items that have a price close to the coupon. Any advice?
<<Google Translate>>
Both can't hurt. And thank you for your kind words.
At the moment, the monthly coupons are unavailable. I don't have an ETA but they are working on getting them back to you for use.
Thanks, you are probably right
Aaaand, coupons still don't work grrrrrrrrrrr
On the other hand, they sure got that 72% off new products glitch fixxed lickety-split. :/
that just needed a simple tweak, not all problems are the same.
Please fix the coupons on time!!! FG Detective Room
BBB accreditation is something a business has to pay an annual fee for, as opposed to a BBB rating, which is compiled from consumer reports and something a business gets whether they want to or not. The thing is, the BBB was a bit of a joke in Utah until very recently, as the state laws were written heavily in favor of businesses over the consumer.... though new legisation was passed last year which balances the playing field quite a bit, most notably by making it possible to sue a business for deceptive practices even if they cannot be proved to have been done intentionaly.
Done, and you're very much welcome. This new year is a mess overall, somehow. But on the bright side, it can only get better!
although i snickered when I read @cybersox's observation... and, as a generally cynical DAZ store participant these days, the decision by DAZ to prioritize *not giving away* our wonderful PA's brilliant newly released products is arguably the *right* choice in this situation ...
I'll add that I can't imagine anyone in the back rooms of the DAZ store are having a good time right now.
Thanks to everyone at DAZ for working to get things back ontrack ASAP, and perhaps we'll get a good 'recovery' sale out this to make up for the bummer that both customers and vendors alike are feeling right now.
best,

This banner is so amiguous and misleading. Luckily I hold no grudges but DAZ should have a QA for ads/marketing. This infers there is 40% off of all things mentioned in banner meaning wishlist was 40% too with a new years new according to my screenshot. The ad delivered as promised according to my screenshots but a few hours later DAZ retracted the promise and the cart price jumped but they did not change this banner. This is what urks me. Acting like no you read it wrong it is only 10% off but I not only write I also can read,
I put a "beastly" artist store item in my cart and it wasn't 60% off.
I think it worked correctly, actually. You needed the code to get either the 60% or 80% off. If you took the new item out of your cart, but kept the code, the artist's item would be 60% off. But either discount only appears once you apply the coupon code.
heh, you can read and you can do math :^) - bad mix for DAZ marketing folks, eh?
Ya, many-a-time I've shook my head (and emptied my cart) when such sales don't add up to the promotion promises. My 'favorite' repeating pattern is 'Free, but only if you buy xxx...'
This current situation sounds like a technical difficulty, so I'm sypathetic to the front facing staff, the web-geeks who are apparently having a hard time getting their code under control..., the support ticket folks who get the complaints and may have to unwind this mess..., *and* the many customers who spend their valuable time to shop and architect a great cart within the variety of contrived constraints that the DAZ store throws around (punches, tokens, clubs, ...), only to find their efforts wasted when the cart fails to do the right math (invalid coupon...) and the clock strikes twelve, and we all helplessly watch the cart prices change back - and never in our favor... Did I mention I'm a cynical DAZ store participant?... one can only wonder why...
Best to you @ArtAngel - and a healthy prosperous new year to everyone.

I put 3 items in the cart and applied BEAST-MODE to get 60%. Added a new item and they went to 80%. It appears to be working as expected in my cart.
The 'Pump It Up' offer (3 items for $3.99 each with a 'Beastly' new release simultaneously in the cart) isn't working for me.
Verified and reported.
The Pump it up category is fixed.
Thank you Cris!
The character coupon isn't the only one that doesn't work for Premier customers. The other two coupons also don't work. I hope this can be fixed soon. Thanks for your efforts so far.
Thanks so much to Cris, Richard, Frank, and all of you Daz sales beta testers!
Beta testers ha ha ha ha!
That's a great way to describe how it feels.
