    I'm getting increasingly frustrated with the store. Nothing I have ever bought through the Outlet Store, the revamped Quick Grab, Bi-weekly Freebies since the Outlet opened or December's advent calendar freebies & other free items obtained in December show up as having been bought on the store pages. I am able to add them to the cart, and even in the cart the items don't show up as purchased and can be bought a second time. They do show up in my product library, so for safety sake I have to check whether each individual item I am thinking of buying is in my product library. This is time consuming, frustrating and getting worse with every discounted item I 'buy'. It is a significant disincentive to buying. Example: Current Bi-weekly Freebies. I can see 11 in the freebie page, despite 'buying' all of them last Friday. The 5 I can't see are the G9 Freebies given away continuously since before the Outlet Store opened. Is there anything that can be done to update the scripts in store to correct this, otherwise my purchasing will be discouraged and reduce even further? Regards, Richard.

    IIRC, try logging out and logging back in. Or just deleting all the Daz cookies from your browser. I think one of those fixed it the last time I had that problem.

    Addendum: I scrolled down the first page and found many that are 50%... still, the fact that many are not means either those items need fixed or removed.

    Would be nice to get this issue fixed. Mostly the shop works fine but today ... all the discounts seem to be broken and the tokens are definitely not working as they should.

  • Today's Debut New items don't show on the main shopping page. They are also missing the customary 30% Debut New markdown, even though it's explicitly advertised on the "Celebrate the New Year" page where they do show. That's going to cost Daz a lot of revenue if it isn't fixed.

    I should have asked where the link came from. I apologize, I thought the main sale when it's a separate sale page. While I see the page say 30%, in the cart it's a higher percentage. Does it stay 30% for you in the cart?

    I have reported that the thumbs do not show the correct discount, however, as far as I can see, the discounts are correct in the cart. Debut missing from store front page reported as well.

    Just because  I am happy with the freebies and other good deals I got earlier in the holiday sale doesn't mean I shouldn't be upset about a serious problem with another Daz offer.

    I bought several gifts on Amazon and I was happy that the prices were good. Does that mean I was wrong to expect  a refund (which I got)for the video game when I received an empty case? 

    Exactly this, especially as, much like Amazon, Daz isn't exactly a rinky-dink operation, they are one of the heavy hitters in the 3d assets market world and I simply do not have these experiences at other 3d asset markets, whether they're the bigger or smaller ones.

    Btw the Store-Wide Featured Artists 50% Off sale when sorted price low to high displays several items literally unavailable for purchase.

    I added an item to my cart. I went as far as the payment screen.

    The price remained the same. I don't have the time or patience for this.

    We need to have a more simple process. If an item is 50% off, the price should reflect that fact.

    We don't need double talk and conflicting prices.

    Just a comment to get my name in here, in case I need to point to it later.

    Never had a free Advent option yesterday. Tried refreshing, hard refreshing, log out/in, cookie deletion etc., at several points throughout the day and evening and it never worked correctly.

    Left the page open overnight and refreshed this morning and it just showed the "you didn't buy anything" red mark for yesterday's item.

    I thought about buying the paid option yesterday, because it was on my wishlist but the price wasn't really that great for a texture pack for a last gen product tbh. More importantly I didn't buy it because I figured if Daz actually fixed the Advent Calendar I would have already bought my one choice and wouldn't get a free selection anyway.

    As far as getting "compensation" or whatever: I got a lot of freebies throughout the month, so I'm not super mad about missing the last one. BUT it sure would have been nice not to have to deal with the frustration.

    This one is actually a very simple process. They can't simplify it more. 50% off store wide items/artists does not mean "all items in the store are 50% off." It just means that the selecion isn't limited to a small group of featured artists. The proper link to the selection is provided too: https://www.daz3d.com/store-wide-artists so I don't know how much more simple can they make it for you?

    From what I can see, all the items are at least 50% off there (more for DOs). If you picked a specific item from that selection and it's not giving you the 50%, then it sure would have helped to actually mention the item so the mods and other users can check it on their end. Otherwise this isn't really reporting anything.

    Good to see Ron posting; he's been around since I was using Posette and Dork in Poser. laugh 

    It's a bummer sale for me, as I had three punches, and just about all the items in my W/L are more expensive than they were last night, plus I never got my last Calendar Freebie.

    Keep in mind that the items in the Legacy Category will need likely work on the shaders because of the elimination of 3Delight in the latest Studio release.

    My coupons unfortunately still don't work now that I'm back, am attaching the relevant part of the cart. There's another item in it for around 4 bucks as well, not new either. Cart says 'coupon not valid'. Thanks for looking into this, and also just for being around here right after New Year's Eve!

    Prices are wrong in case of several product (display VS cart, cart is higher...) Time: turnover +3-4 hours

    Was too tired to contiue shopping early AM (feeding kitten) so I left cart open.

    1. CART1  housed 1 debut new and 5 wish list items for 31.57 with 8 tokens successfully applied. 

    2. CART2 at 7ish am the same  jumped to 43.92 for no apparent reason, other than a change in the discount structure since I carted earlier this am. SEE 4

    3. It is not a token issue because I remove the tokens and price jumps to 62.75. I apply 8 tokens cart settles back to the jumped price of 43.92.

    4. CART2 has one item (not new) that retained the promise discount but the 5 4 newer wishlisted items added to wish list well before January 1st, were stripped of promised discount. The  discount was removed from new items only according to my screenshots. 

    Edited because PC did a weird everything refresh of all carts and this posted prematurely. Thankfully I have screen shots of offer and three carts saved.

    Edit2:  The 'Debut New' never changed up or down. Just the older 'new' 2025 wishlisted items jumped in price. None of the carted items was a still new release but offer does not exclude still new it just says Extra 40% off it all with NEW YEAR new release (only 10% off wishlists without debut new) see gold banner .

    Also having an issue w/ coupons not working, specifically for the Premier free character bundle.  First tried it last night after Daz (Utah's timezone) midnight, but sometimes it takes a bit, so I waited.  It's now morning, and they still don't work.
