    I have 3 punches and five items of the returning nice items in cart but it says coupon not valid.

    The coupon is not for Returning nice, is for 'On the nice list', different selection of items: https://www.daz3d.com/certified-nice-list

    There is no coupon for returning ones. They already have set prices.

    Same here, you may need to do a hard refresh (ctrl-shift-r) to get the advent calendar working but it is somewhat fixed. We hafve reproted that it seems to be the base, non-free item only though.

     

    No luck with refresh. I even logged in in Firefox, which I never use for Daz, and in incognito, and in different profile.

    I hope they fix it fast, some of us in Europe have just hours before midnight :D

    Just pointing that: "Always have a FREE option with one or more Punches".....

    Hopes it get fixed soon as i will not be on my computer for a while. If not ......well, it was still a nice sale month with lots of nice gifts smiley ...... but i did spend too much crying

    Same here. I now have a paid option but no free option even though I have 3 punches.

    Same for me. The five free from the Nice List worked fine, but the free option in the Advent Calendar... no joy

    Same problem as the rest - only the paid advent item is working. I have three punches, and the free option is missing.

    Sales end at midnight MST, US Mountain Time. I think that would be 8am CET.

    I also only have one paid option that I'm not interested in: I'm DAZ+ , and I have 2 Punch.

    However, I'm still happy with the new nice list with 5 free items and today's free gift.
    If the free option comes back, even better.

    I paid to keep up my punches. Getting back up to 3 when I missed a day was actually more hassle than I expected. I would greatly appreciate getting my advent freebie. Still planning to file a ticket if it's not resolved today. And some people actually got their advent freebies, so all of us should get ours, as well.

    I was just looking at Daz Originals and found the Barbed Wire product was $.91 in the products listing.  I put it in my cart just to see how much it would cost.  It was $3.99 :(

    I don't know if anyone has reported this or not.

    Kept getting an error on my phone this morning and now mine too is only giving me a $2.99 piece of trash and no free option (I'm a scrub but with three punches).

    As I said, we have reported the lack of a free option in the Advent calendar.

    Maybe useful info, maybe not:

    I've been tracking the Advent calendar SKU's. Lowest paid (prior to today) was 64xxx, with vast majority in the mid 8's (a few low 9's, a couple high 6's).Free has been 53xxx to 82xxx, with most in the 6's and 7's.

    The paid option I got offered today was sku 48753. That's low even for a free option, and not even vaguely in the realm of the timeframe for paids.

    One data point isn't a trend, of course, but it was weird enough that I thought it might help the diagnostic team chase down the issue.

    (ETA, I like others also don't have a free option)
