I also like to make lowpoly models, notice render times are low too,but if you put on several channels hires photorealistic textures to make clothes model look realistic maybe has less impact on render speed
Thanks, yes that's right, I prefer 2k textures. For detail rendering, I go up to 4k, so you can balance it nicely.
I'm lucky enough to have access to a second fast computer for large projects, although I have to put my name on a small waiting list, but that's no problem. The aim is for models to run on small systems, too. You should never look at my models individually, they are always put together in modules so that they can walk in and around the buildings without any problems, as is appropriate for VR. Many people build chocolate facades and then there's nothing behind the backdrop - we don't want to go there and that's the wrong way.
Once I had lan with many single computers, original purpose was for animation: 4 computers = cut rendering in 1/4 time
But my workflow changed to start with one project, start slow rendering on one machine, while switch to work on something else on another computer, modelling yet another 3d object or make textures
Now I have fewer multicores laptops more powerful instead so I can work with hexagon while some cores render
I can also work on textures for my 3dmodels on my tablet anywhere

Can I ask what you render with? These environments look fantastic.
Hexagon can help make log cabins too.

Nice to see someone who builds a good job their log cabin. I currently use Lumion, Twinmotion and Unreal and switch between the programmes.

Update of a model, it is checked for errors, here these minimalist views help us a lot.

A model should always have 360° ends !
