The V3 tunic is an old PC item [which means please buy a membership to get this at a much better price if you want, $ practically buys the membership]

Thank you.
Gen2 and Gen 3 could use a tunic set like V3/V4 had...
If one has the clones for auto-fit one can do that but we can't redistribute end results.

Thank you to all involved :-)

A Final Nova Trek zip containing bits and pieces I hope some folks can find a use for:

Thank You
Now that is stuff I can also use. Thanks:)
Robert, sasuraibito, you're both welcome.
Already eyeballing a few pieces in there to use. Thanks for sharing these!
Just saw this. Will defintiely have to give this a spin later.
You're welcome.
Oh I remember some of those! Happy to see them out as shares, thank you. Link posted too :-)
Thank you- and you're welcome.
There are some links for starfields and some starfield images being posted in this thread: Forum Link.
So sorry to see your Nova Trek series come to an end, it was quite a unique take on the whole ST franchise.
Thank you. The whole concept worked better than I expected it to. But I always intended for it to have a definite period at the end so I could move on to other prjects- and to be honest, I'm flat out of ideas for it. So it's best to end it as planned and before the quality drops. I don't want to froce it to continue with stories I don't think are good enough. A year or two down the line, if another good idea comes to me, maybe I can sign the cast up for another reunion.
I know the feeling about coming up with ideas. I've got a major Star Wars/Robotech/Macross project in the works, derived from an old online play-by-post RPG that I used to co-GM with two other people. Some stuff from it I can do renders of, and I have plenty of WIPs currently, but there's a lot that I can't do renders of due to the fact nobody has made any models of a lot of the stuff being used in the project. I've been writing out the main plotline with just the old NPC characters so far, and I'm currently on Chapter Eighteen. If I ever get the game element restarted, these chapters will be my loose guidline since the new players I'm bound to have will do the one thing RPGers are notorious for : diverging off at a 90 degree tangent and throwing the GM's carefully planned campaign into utter chaos. :P
Oh, I'm definitely coming over to raid all your stuff
Great work! Thanks!
You're welcome and come over anytime!
Wait. Did I leave anything for other raiders?
Awesome stuff, Bruffy. Thanks! I loved the Nova Trek series and I can't wait to see what you come up with next.
Thank you.
If I'm already using Daz Studio 4.8 Pro, is there any benefit to downloading 4.9? The changelog page it links to doesn't have anything on the difference between 4.8 and 4.9
Started working on the final draft for Book 1. Any help would be appreciated :)
First page, the images look stretched. Second page looks like you had a problem with the ship's atmosphere- a lot of fog. Otherwise, the lay-out works good. and the pacing seems good.
I concur. If an image needs to be larger or whatever to fit a certain space; first do all that in an image editor. Make sure the "ratio" is kept in the resizing. Then crop it to size for to fit in the comics.
On the foggy image, any chance you've something like a transparent plane between the camera and the scene? Seems to have some reflections or light bounce around the figures too.
Nice pacing and set up.
The Fog effect was done in post edit. Was using that and a Watercolor effect for the pictures. Thought it would give the story a unique look.
In the clear image, your ship's ID is casting shadows. Turn them off. In the othe sample, you can't read the ship's name. You always want to read the ship's name- especially in a shot like this.
Ok, this is kind of frustrating and I'm thinking it's probably a Windows 10 update that hosed them, but the last few weeks, whenever I load up Daz Studio to render, if I'm not doing it from a clean reboot or I've been doing other things in the background, Daz will end up locknig up because of a probelm with my nvidia driver and how it's accessing the kernal. I foudn a new driver for my GTX 560M out there that I installed this morning and I'm going to give it a shot, but I was wondering if anyone had come across anything like that on their set-ups? It's not even when it first starts, it's when the render is almost done, which is why it's really frustrating as I can see the end render, but because Daz is crashing due to the kernal error in the nvidia driver, I can't save the picture first.
EDIT: I may have actually foudn my own problem, but I'll have to do a clean install. Apparently nvidia in their infinite wisdom, bundle a bunch of excess drivers in with their graphics driver. I did an express install thinking that I just wanted it updated and running the last time I updated and that install like 5 other drivers for nvidia products not currently residing in my laptop. I need to try a custom install and just select my graphics driver and give that a shot... ugh.
Nvidia is absolutely insane. At least now I know why my screen went nuts the last time I tried updating their graphics drivers. I'm just glad I was able to uninstall them.
