    Is anyone else having issues where customer service is taking several days to even read their tickets (mine is related to sale pricing issue)?

    I've got one that has had NO response since October 23rd. I nudged on October 29th but still zero reply.

    Depends on what you were buying, at the very least 45% less than 11.88, but it should had go as low as 2.35.

    Since its is now properly catalogued as DO and promotion is the same, you can mimic a cart that triggers same discounts.

    Almost everything I bought today worked. These three I can't download and it doesn't work even if you download the gamer outfit.

    dforce Rogue of Shadows Textures; FG Gamer Outfit and Iray BrickWorxPT1 is not working and downloading. After downloading Gamer outfit directly, it said it was corrupt. Otherwise, thanks for all the cool sales. Picked up some amazing deals today.

    I know that I should have, I just added it to a cart with two debut items from today (since yesterday's won't work anymore obv) and yep, $2.35.

    Added a screenshot of that carted price to my ticket, which I still haven't heard a peep from sales support about. It's looking more and more like I'm just going to have to rebuy it at the new price while that's still good and request a full refund of the previous purchase, except if that has to happen I'll be wanting it back to my card to spend somewhere else instead of in store credit.

    In the Plat for a Day section the Solaris Dining Room Poses are showing as 4.49. I added it to my cart and it still showed that price.

    As it’s a PC+ item, it shouldn’t even be in Fast Grab.

    thats been happening quite a lot lately, PC items in fast grab - when a pc product goes to fast grab, their price goes UP in price.

    I just checked again and still can't see the animation video promo showing what the product actually looks like;  who wants to buy anims without seeing them demonstrated?    On the https://www.daz3d.com/variety-gun-pack-animations-1-for-genesis-8 (and also the #2 set of gun anims) I do not even see the video player element show up in the description (is that just me/my browser?) and so, again, who wants to buy animations without seeing how they look?   What should I suppose "whimsical" animations are?
    Can these be fixed before the DazMidnight when Today's Deals go away?

    THere was actually only 1 single item from teh new categories section that I wanted, just 1.....Beach Party Poses for G8 ....and that's the one that ended up in stupid Fast Grab so is not discounting properly for the category sale. 

    Can this please be removed from Fast Grab so it can get its correct "category" discount..please???

    Everything in both BYOB selections available today is showing and carting at its regular price, and does not discount to $2.99 with eight items in the cart.

    I searched the first three in your list and came up empty. Don't see them in PFAD.
