    Truly Horrible experience since I spent hours building up my cart. :( will wait for an hour then Ill probably clear my shopping cart and go to sleep.

    So, i'm curious and have to ask to those that had been here for several years. How do this store update mess compares the the last one? I read it was bad, but not much details.

    (My cart also lost its discounts)

    TODAY"S DEAL not working?     

    I put 2 DEBs https://www.daz3d.com/magic-spell-caster-animations-for-genesis-8 ; &  https://www.daz3d.com/super-hero-animations-for-genesis-8- ; into my cart which contained a STILL NR: https://www.daz3d.com/interior-light-pro-for-filament-and-iray ; as well as some PCFADs and the SPOTLIGHT Item for today.    NOTHING DISCOUNTED.   The 2 DEBbies stayed at the base intro price shown on promo page and the STILLNR stayed also at the base intro price ($8.46, 8.46 & 11.88).      I read the exclusions (FastGrabs, BYOBs & PCFADs) and the DEBS used to trigger and STILL NRs are NOT excluded)  SO WHY DID THE DEBbies & STILLNR NOT DISCOUNT?    I met the triggers and the only 3 items that should have discounted did not change.    Can this be fixed before DazDay dies at DazMidnight?

    The top of today's promo page clearly says under "TODAY'S DEALS":

    Yep and given how late it is, not sure it'll get fixed in time. No indication it's been reported yet.

    Same here. It has been over 2 hours and it hasn't been fixed. Has it even been reported to DAZ yet?

     

    ETA: Almost bedtime; so I guess I'll just get the PFAD items and hope that DAZ carries the other deals over because of this prolonged glitch.

    I've taken to putting all the prices in a spreadsheet, with enough columns for all the discounts that shouls be stacked, so I can send DAZ a proper "here's how far you were off, to the penny". They seem to be honoring it.

    I've got about 4 days worth to send off.

    By my calculation, the wonderful new store is 293 hours overdue. That is the length of time from the end of the scheduled store update period until now - over 12 days! Could that calculation possibly be right? The Blog hasn't even been updated with any progress for the last 3.5 days.

    Let's list all the positive things we've seen so far with the new store:

    1. Change over happens faster. New products and banners are visible sooner (but not always with the correct prices).

    Anything else?

    With the old store, the price in cart, the price on the checkout page, and the price on the order page could vary as much as 2¢. Since the changeover, those totals have been the same throughout for me.

    The double emails when buying a Gift Card via Paypal have stopped. I've not heard/seen one person complain that their GC code is invalid, and now the Code is stored in the Order, so even without the email, one can redeem the code for store credit.

    For all I've been frustrated with the new store's growing pains, I have really enjoyed how fast the shopping cart is now. It doesn't lag constantly when I'm refreshing it or take forever to reload if I delete an item. It's quite zippy.

    I did hear of some GC code problems, but I think it came down to admitted user error in at least one case. It is a good thing to have the code available without relying on email. yes

    The "TODAY"S DEALS" certainly looked attractive, with a buy-2-DNRs-to-get-20%OFF deal, but the part about how it didn't, you know, actually work... lesss attractive.    The things I would have bought... I guess they'll still be there in the future, except even cheaper, so I guess I shouldn't complain. The PCFADs are working so a couple of those and I'm out cheap again today. YaaAy! :)

    Hmmm ... considering how fast the turnover has been the last few days, perhaps it is not too soon to mention there is no new banner (nor yesterday's either) ... as if there are no sales going on today.   [ oh, perhaps I could use a break  ?!?! ]

    I should probably go to sleep.  The way 2020 is going I misread the new banner as "the End of Everything Sale!".  Ah, yes. The Earth Liquidation Sale.  Seems appropriate for this year.

    The three day 20% off cart is now over.

    Not once was I able to use it with PA Interactive License.

    And now it's gone.

    Daz should have just put "*excluding PA Interactive LIcense" to not waste time for people who had hope in saving some $$$.

    Utterly dissapointing.

    So, not only was there no word on whether the issue with yesterday's category sales items (such as Geo Hair being in both the category sales and fastgrab) , now yesterday's category sales items aren't on sale anymore, and yesterday's new releases (which had 2 items i wanted) no longer count for the 50% off discount (today's new releases don't interest me at all)....VERY disappointing. The banner says "End of PC+ EVERYTHING on Sale", so shouldn't ALL the category sales items from the entirety of the PC+ sale be, you know, on sale??

    Hmmm ... discounts have been working in most categories, but I am not getting the 20% off PFAD items with debut releases in the cart.

    PC+ for a Day Items don't seem to get the advertised EXTRA 20% OFF with a Debut New item in the cart.
