    I have 1 new item and 1 still new item in the cart, but all the Select Holiday Countdowns are $9 something vs 2.99. I guess it's spotty with everyone. I'll just log out and come back later. Took a screenshot, though, just in case I could show it to Sales tomorrow... Hey, I don't think my 30% loyalty discount is even working!

    Edit: The Loyalty Discount IS working. I just thought Renderthrottle for 3DL was discounted 30% because it's still new, but it has no discount, so the 30% I saw WAS my Loyalty thing... This is very confusing. Old brain. Bad eyes.

    Well I came back more than an hour later and emptied my cart completely. I then added 2 new items and the "Select Holiday Countdown" items for $2.99 each. They still come out as $9.90something. So what do i do? I took another screencap. What next?

    I was just in the cart now and no love. $9.95 for items in the cart. I also have a screenshot. @Kenkoy: Next step is a trouble ticket to Daz sales. Attach the screencap to the ticket. It may be a few days before you get a reply. That's been my experience in the past. They're good people. They'll help.

    Thanks Torquinox. I agree. I went back awhile ago and deleted the four miss-priced items. Then my Firefox crashed. So I went back again and ordered what was left. I was so angry that I added a gift card, even though it put me in the hole :-)

    But you're right, they are good folks. And I did submit a help request and 3 screenshots for 3 of the attempts. I've just never seen a problem last this long before.

    Weird.  I tried again and they just aren't showing up in DIM.

    @S_Monger, I don't know that it would make any difference for these products, but some time back I discovered I'd been hiding products from myself by not having the download filters set up correctly. For me, it was the "Connect Available" filter. I don't use Connect so I had both Connect Available and Connect Installed disabled. When I enabled Connect Available, the Downloads tab "suddenly" had maybe 50 or more products for me to download!

    Regardless, with DIM logged in, click on the Downloads Filter button to check the active filters. Make sure both "Connect" filters are enabled, as well as any others that you may need, (for example, if you have Hexagon, you'd want that filter enabled.)

    If that doesn't work, you can do as Richard recommended, downloading manually from the Product Library page and putting the file into the DIM downloads folder. When you open or refresh DIM the product should show up in the Ready to Install tab. Allowing DIM to install will create the manifest file necessary for DIM to locate and make available any updates that show up later, too.

    Is the new day stuff stuck? Or is it just me? LOL. The sale page is showing the same as yesterday, so not sure if there is supposed to be new stuff there?

    Hmmm ... I agree. Can anyone verify a new banner for today has appeared? It has been an hour and it is the same as yesterday. I know that transition / cloudflare issues can take awhile, but I do not recall it taking this long before. [Yes, I did log out and back in.]

    Ati's New Daz Promo email shows a flash sale and a new Christmas Countdown banner. Christmas Countdown just goes to the old info right now.

    now the sales for "interactive license gone crazy, one banner say 40% while the other say 70%, some products don't have any discount, others have the 70%, it's really confuse, now, and looks like the site is bugged on that,

     

     

    or they are getting 70% or are getting nothing, the 40% is not working for anything and 70 or nothing and that 70 is for "today sales when you click in this banner

    then it's really confusing now.

    The Selected Platinum Items are not showing at 60% off. In fact, they are showing at full price. Now they are showing at PC+ price, no 60% off discount.

    Things are needing to be manually applied so discounts and such are still in flux.

    Nope, not a hiccup. LOL

    Adding a new release turns my three x $2.99 back to $9.95 each. However with NO new release they are at $2.99 each. So, discount not applying.

    I meant that they show that price in the cart.

    I refreshed the holiday sales page and the link changed from selected-platinum-items to pc-hair-items. I guess those items don't show with a discount because they are not supposed to be discounted.

    There have been 2 days where $2.99 sale didnt work for me including yesterday. The items offered on those days were really nice like lots of houses which i really needed but i am over it. i am so low on cash now. i am not sure if the sale is till 25th only and this is final christmas sale or if there is going to be bigger sale on christmas or new year. i am not sure if i should save what little money i have for later or not, just in case there is better sale on new year or something.

    i only recently bought premium club memebership and i have very minimal loyality discount (5%) so sales are really important for me i guess.

    Aside from the one freebie not being free yet, looks like things are working now. We'll report the freebie. I have tested the 2.99 cat and it is working here.
