when i remove the debut new release - the discount appears again... but just 2.99

My purchases don't appear in the DIM installer. At least on the store page they do actually appear as "purchased", so I guess it'll fix itself in time.
I always save my shopping page, then move to the purchase. All my percentages seemed fine, nothing out of normal. The pdf shows I was logged in. But as I clicked to move to purchase, the screen flashed and then I was logged out and told my cart was empty! I saw the white figure, logged back in, my cart appeared. On my second time to purchase, it worked. Maybe it was triggered by whatever is going on?
Edit to add: Just opened DIM, all my purchases were there and are downloading okay.
Same occurred for me again today. I've given up, last time the fix came through whilst most of us not in the US were asleep. Can't wait up all night for a fix, guess I'm limited to 5 from now on.
As Daz has been unable to recreate the problem with adding a new item to the 2.99 items, example, it all works when I try it, the only thing that can be done atm is hold off or submit a ticket. We're sorry that we have beeb unable to replicate this problem.
The $2.99 products aren't working for me at all tonight. I put one in, it's $9.95. I put two in, the second is also $9.95
They are all going into the cart at $9.95 instead of $2.99 for me, regardless of how many or how little I put in.
Well, just tried to log my laptop's DIM on, and can't. So are the servers down?
I am unable to log into DIM as well.
My $2.99 items go to $9.95 as soon as I add a new release. I have tried clearing my history and picked up the freebies separately.
Tried to open DAZ Studio on my desktop, and it has frozen on the opening 'Logging In' screen. Something is going on.
Just freed up. But, it is in offline mode.
$2.99 is broken for me too. I also have items from "65% OFF¥ These Select Artist Catalogs"
I'm having same issue. Install Manager won't connect either. Thanks for confirming that it's not just on my end.

For me it's the reverse! They (just two or three items in the cart) are $9.95 (not $2.99) until I put a new item into the cart - then they switch to $2.10. On removal of the new item they go back up to $9.95, not $2.99. I've tried it with a few different combinations from the $2.99 sale selection and it doesn't seem to be product-dependent.
The problem is back for me with 2.99 and new items.
The new items you are adding to the $2.99 items are non-free? And you don't have any of the freebies in the cart, in case that is muddying the waters? Please post a screen shot of the cart to help with troubleshooting
I cannot post today's cart as I have checked out with 5 already but the issue for me hasn't changed since it started. Only difference today was the price of the 5 went to 9.95 not 10.95. At least the error is somewhat consistent :)

All free items removed from cart. Still the same. If I add a debut new release the discount goes away...

I put 2 x $2.99 items in cart, they both are $9.95
I add a new release and they stay at $9.95
No discount for the new item, no $2.99 regardless.

These are examples for me. It seems to be the same no matter which $2.99 items I select.
Cart is ok (€2.10 / €2.09) with a new item, but €9.95 per item rather than €2.99 without.
Same as others re the DIM problem as well. DIM is not updating with today's purchases for me.
I learned my lesson about the freebies messing sales up early on with the sale, so those go in the cart immediately and bought just so I don't forget to get them later. I've tried removing and re-adding those 2.99 items that aren't 2.99 and it didn't change anything.
it was "after" the new sales, like 2 hours after, but now after wakeup and checked again the cart the discount fall to 41.

I'm sorry, what are you saying here - is this an error, or has an error corrected tself?
I just noticed, at least for mine and radia's, the constant price of 9.95 with products whose original price is different (i.e. the percentage discounted is very different). I think that points to some key aspect. It's like the sale code isn't 2.99 for us, it's 9.95 once we add in the new item.
It's strange that different people are getting different errors though
