    Surely you jest!

    As for me, no discount, no sale, and I did have over $100 worth in the cart. After yesterdays no sale event, I really don't feel like stuffing around with another no sale event today.

  • Folks, that's really annoying. Did a separate order for a holiday product yesterday to get it at $2.99 whereas I would have been entitled to an additional discount with a new release. Now, even the loyalty discount is no longer working. Oh and by the way, a little change in that list of holiday products from time to time would be nice.

    In my opinion, after the PC+ sales, this is the biggest sale of the entire year. Having to set up different sales each day is not an easy task, and some errors may occur. It's normal to have glitches. It's great if they get fixed. If not, there's always another sale.

  • Daz is working on things, though some of it needs for them to work from the offices and it's middle of the night and the weekend. For the time being, only tickets can handle this or wait till the problem can be addressed.

    *Loyalty Discount only applies to items featured as part of the "2019 Holiday Sale". Excludes Memberships, Gift Cards and "Today Only" offers.

    well, they are part of the 2019 Holiday sale, as they are on the 2019 Holiday Sale page. So...yes? 

    I wanted to check as I'm sure it has applied to items I've purchased from the artists in that 65% off sale before...but then I wondered if it wasn't supposed to?

    Ah ok, thanks Alicia! I wasn't aware they weren't as I had already checked out and it just occurred to me as I was reading the emailed invoice.

    Yes but none of the loyalty discounts are working right now.

     

  • Would it not make LOADS of sense for the changeover to be at DAZ MIDDAY instead of midnight? That way staff would be there to check it works and deal with it when it doesn't.

    Separating the various elements of the sale into separate pages would also be advantages. At the moment, two banners lead to the same page which has at least two different types of sale. Instead, there would be one banner for "Today Only", and one for "Loyalty". That would be so much less confusing than "loyalty doesn't apply to this bit, this bit is only today, this bit is for loyalty, unless it is one of these, etc.".

    On the other hand, if they did that many more people would be likely shopping during changeover period, which would not be a good idea.

    Edit: it could be these are actually in the Today Only block, so may not. Since I can't test atm, it's hard to verify.

    loyality not working for me either. *cough* *cough* *cough*

    PA stuff also not working *cough* *cough* *cough*

    Only the 2.99 deal is working .... (no cough)

  • Ha! The 2.99 with discount if you buy 1 or more new items works today (certainly didn't work for me yesterday), but nothing else about the sale is working. Someone really needs to figure out why this happens. This is not the first time that we've had these weird issues where it works for some people and not others.

  • Ha! The 2.99 with discount if you buy 1 or more new items works today (certainly didn't work for me yesterday), but nothing else about the sale is working. Someone really needs to figure out why this happens. This is not the first time that we've had these weird issues where it works for some people and not others. 

    The problem with some of these, like the 2.99 problems from yesterday, is that Daz was unable to reproduce the problem and if you can't, there is no way for you to see what the problem is. There were also customers for which it worked; again making it difficult to diagnose and remedy.

  • Featured Artist section is the same? without loyalty discount? - that's really not in the "today only" section... - wondering

    I am a bit surprised that Daz is not able to reproduce what at least a significant number of customers is experiencing. Seems like their method of testing is very limited.

    Loyalty bonus not working today. Also surprised that tha main discount issue isn't reproducible. Worked fine yesterday and all the previous days of December.

    Well, more than six hours later and still not working. With a large order a ticket would be very cumbersome and time consuming for me; plus with the current long delays for ticket resolution that route is just not feasible for me. So, maybe DAZ wants me to keep my money???
