    Always check that you have logged in properly and have refreshed any promo pages. We keep getting instances where people are still looking at a previous night's selections at times.

    Lucky you. I just did it to test, and I am also seeing the fault. 4 x 2.99 items is fine. Add a Debut New release or Still new release, and Whammo, everything is $10.95
    Melbourne Australia, for debug purposes. You guys really really really need to get better merchant and cache software.

    Did the exact same items. No 2.99 or 2.39 but the regular prices with loyalty discount. I might buy with two orders and ask for a refund of the 2.99-2.39 difference.

    Just wondering.. Do you have a non-PA account for testing as well? It might be something really simple like a silly flag being left activated, or a date being set for non-PAs for this specific offer.

    Not working for me.

    Last item is the new release. Also tried other new release items.

    Tried having only one $2.99 item in cart, still $10.95.

    Worked all other days, just not today ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    A different browser, not logged in. I try to test logged in and not, different browsers and devices (iPhone).

    I have the same problem. All items at $10.95. With or without a new release. Not $2.99, not $2.39.

    Just a thought as I was having the same problem. There's a max 5 items you can get for 2.99 without a new item. I would have understood that to be for each day, but it looks to me as though the cart is treating that as an absolute, altogether maximum. I bought 5 items yesterday no problem, just wanted 2 today but both Rose and Addison Hair were showing at 10.95 in the cart on their own. I added a new item, Briareth hair, and they both dropped down to 2.09.

    I just tried it not logged in and it worked. Logged in and it failed again. It must be related to something we already own.

    Hadn't thought but it would look to be my 30% loyalty discount, that seems to be an either or proposition either plus 20% or your loyalty discount , whichever is greater, with a new purchase, that would be how I interpreted that line in the offer.

    Probably because Cris ia a PA. Notice that in the second cart when Cris is logged out that it is $2.39

    The page explains "20% OFF replaces your Loyalty Discount if its bigger".

    The wording makes me think it could be less than 20%, but never more. And that's how it worked for me until today.

    Going back to the missing RSSY clothing converters in the SELECT ARTIST catalog ... now that I am more awake, I see that the missing converters are in today's RECENT TOP SELLERS ... but even there they are full price instead of 40% off. What is supposed to be happening with them? Thank you.

    I have the same problem with the 2.99 deal...

    The up-to-5 items for 2.99 each with nothing else in the cart -> works

    The as-many-as-you-want for 2.99-20% each if you buy a new release item -> does NOT work.
    As soon as I put in a new release item, all prices change to 10.95 each in the cart, no matter how many. Tested with both 'new debut' and 'still new release'.

    I own Rynne 8 and have the purple banner showing.
