Diomede: WOW, I'm glad to see that someone else like those little Robots... and I like how you let him work
Loved that movie, and liked that they did not try to make the robots as stiff primates.
I am finding that I am losing the painted texture overlays when converting the robot to Bryce, so no number 03 and no dirt/rust. I think it is because it was done in the spline modeler with projection mapping, and loses quite a bit when converted on export. With more time, I could create UVMaps and try to fix.
In any case,, you did an awesome job. I didn't realize that such models could be created with Bryce. I hope you don't mind that I will be posting something using a similar robot.
@ ed3d: Good entries. I like the spooky neighbors.
@ Henryhor: That's really good and very funny.
@ Yellow Pen:
Huey, Dewey and Louie - WOW! Excellent work and fantastic booling. Compliment.
Lifeforms - funny little guys and very well rendered. I like it.
Deadline approaches So here is my current silent running status. Will have to do. Had a lot of trouble manipulating objects. I modeled several pieces so they would fit together but my export/import settings failed to keep them in place. Had to arrange within Bryce, and I had a lot of trouble selecting, translating, and aligning objects that fit within each other. Didn't leave enough time for other crucial issues like textures!
My second entry.
EDIT: The trees are the Bryce background trees. The sky is a Bryce starry sky preset.
EDIT 2: I now realize that I could have exported the fitted objects to Studio where they would remain properly aligned, then used the bridge to send to Bryce.
@ed3d fun images both of them... Big Trash Can is interesting... rather "unsmooth" though @yellowpen... Life forms all kinds... very cool @mermaid010... Conspiracy... great... love the light shaft.. @diomede-carrara... fun image... it's nice to see Huey at work (or was it Dewey or Louie?)
