The banner with the discount will also be a message in your inbox under Exclusive Offers, (https://www.daz3d.com/notifier/inbox/offers/) Sometimes there are issues with the message getting properly displayed as a banner, so follow the above link and check for a message.. I can't help with the total needed to get the banner in the first place, though, as it turns out I have "a lot "of G8 Pro Bundles, (enough to be a bit emabarssing if I hadn't gotten some of them free, and some of them in a recent sale for a ridiculously low price.)

If the message is there and you want to get the Pro bundle, plus the various goodies, you can ask Customer Service to return the first order. Daz has a 30-day return policy. You can wait until the moeny is returned, or you can place you Pro Bundle order right away. If you don't want the refund put into Store Credit, be sure and ask them to refund to your original payment source. (Store Credit is the default for refunds.)

Yes, I clicked on the link to the category direct from the purple banner.

I've just emptied the cart, logged out of Daz3D, logged back in and then put the items in the cart again with the same result.

Yes. I only used the pages from the link to choose products. The title at the top of all the pages is "Select Places & Things".

Even if some of the products were from elsewhere, shouldn't the qualifying products show up as free?

The banner in my account says that I can get $100 of free content but the items in my cart are not free... Same issue with the $100 gift as with the $60 gift...

OK, Cris, here's part of mine. The HD add-on is correct (as the pro bundel is in the cart, but the 1 item from the Places and Things is listed at 30%.

Well, I have, and I am, and I'm not seeing anything.

Apparently the $1000's I've spent at Daz have not been on the right things to get anything more than just 50% off a few vendors (a discount they were offering on the whole store a few days ago). Colour me unimpressed.

Previous pro bundles have been issued with offers like "buy this and a few extras to get multiple old pro bundles and/or other free stuff." This one requires you to have already bought a load of stuff in order to get anything extra at all. Is it intended to prove the assertion that men's content doesn't sell? Well, it's working on me - I won't be buying at this price.

No banner or message for me...even though I have purchased several pro bundles (most of them males). Very disappointed in seeing all the problems with this release...although that seems to be the new norm for Daz.

I have logged out & back in several times using different browsers but still no luck.

Certainly hope they get their crap together soon and fix these issues.

Me, either, I have a $100 of free items. I've tried removing the add ons and just having the pro bundle in the cart and that doesn't help. Should the $100 be on the sum of the original prices or the discounted 30% off price?

Has anyone purchased the bundle separately and then tried getting the free items? My discount offer says : * Christian 8 Pro Bundle must be in cart simultaneously with items, OR purchased for discount to apply

Without the Christian bundle, the items, from the category, should total the amount listed in your onsite offer. If it is more, that amount, from your onsite, will be deducted when you add the bundle back in. The items themselves may not show as zero, but the total should be correct. If not, then it's ticket time.

I'd like to know too. I assumed the discounts were referring to previously purchased male pro bundles but the wording on the banner/offer simply says "previously purchased genesis 8 pro bundles". What, 8 pro bundles isn't enough???? There's absolutely no incentive whatsoever for me to buy Christian 8 pro, at all. 50% off select vendors stores has been done very recently, and honestly not an incentive.

I think this should be fixed for all and not individually. It worked in the beginning correctly, but than something changed and the discount was broken.

The problem is that I was able to make a cart from the items and got the expected total. Twice. So it's hard to fix when it's not happening for everyone.

Heck, I buy characters for their faces (they can wear any G8M skin I choose) and am so happy that G8 characters have more individual character than any other generation and are not all just pretty boys/gals. .

And now for the gift certificate I'm not getting because even tho I purchased his bundle already no discount is provided. What's up with that?

Once again Male = No open morph, if dForce Coveralls and Tools for Genesis 8 Male(s)  were a female outfit, it would include a "look at my boobs" open morph.

I won't pay for a product which brings less option than the female content.

 

About Christian 8, I will purchase it only for the tattoo textures, no PA character is "attractive". I skip the Pro Bundle.

Yup. That's sad. But I can always use another Daz Core quality skin with HD morph, and I have face morphs from Daz Originals, RareStone, Zev0, E&J, and others that make it possible to just about sculpt any face I want (although this hyper-morphing can sometimes backfire when using expressions).

I've just been to the "Submit a ticket" page and looking at the amount that I have to fill in there, most of which isn't relevant, I don't think I'll bother.  It is clear that this is affecting a lot of customers, and once again the launch of a new figure is overshadowed by the problems with the store. 

It seems that initially the $60 of content offer was not working, and the $100 was working, but by fixing one they broke the other.  Some people posting here are also (quite rightly) irritated that they are getting different deals (or none at all).  Wouldn't it be easier to just have one deal that everyone can appreciate, regardless of what they have bought in the past? 

Much as I appreciate Cris reporting this and checking for the problem, I don't have the time to fill in forms and basically beg a company to let me buy their products along with the offers that they are using to advertise them and incentivise customers to buy.  I'll check my cart this evening and if it's fixed then great, otherwise it's time to empty the cart and pick the bundle up some time in the future when it's on sale.

I think it'll be over the discount amount, but I'm seeing it at $135.73, which seems too high to me.  If you're seeing something around $75.73, then that identifies your range as one cohort, one which appears to have been fixed.  If you see it as around $35.73, then that's a different cohort, and that's what I'd expect to see...but am not.  (I've reduced my cart to JUST the extra items plus the pro bundle, my original cart had a lot more in it, mainly add-on items.)

Did you manage to get the HD add-on working? I'm debating wether to go for the Pro bundle or just the base and the HD add-on. I've got nearly every G8 character and 13 G8 Pro Bundles (mostly male), but discount isn't as good as a lot of people seem to be getting.
