    The loyalty discount isn't working on the PC+ category on the sales page. Its description says it should be working on them.

    For example "lyeyasu's Tomb" should be base price = $1.99 with a 60% discount (sales page) and a 30% discount (loyalty discount) = .1.99 x 0.4 x 0.7 = $ 0.5572

    However its only getting the 60% discount for a price of $ 0.80 in my cart.

    Has the loyalty thingie ended? It was there this morning when I loaded up my cart, but now later in the day when I'm ready to make a purcahse, the 30% isn't there at the top of the screen. Did I miss it?

    the purple banner has gone for me but my loyalty discount is still there on the top of the sales page, and I'm still getting the discount.

    If you mean the purple banner, you may have just closed the banner.

    If you mean at the top of the Holiday sales page, are you sure you are logged in?

    Are you getting the discount on new releases on the promo page? And if it isn't showing the additional discount at first, if you go to another page and go back to your cart does it update? (Sometimes for me when I first add an item to an empty cart the discount doesn't show up until I go back to the cart).

    The discount is meant to go until the end of the month by the way.

    I think the loyalty discount lasts until the end of the year. But I noticed that it either kicks in or increases if you put at least two debut or still new releases in the cart.

    There isn't a specific category for DOs only, and PC+ category is limited.

    Really? I'm not finding the Feature Artist catalogue giving me the extra loyalty discount. I'm only seeing 40% on their own, 50% with a debut new release.

    Actually, with today's new releases, I'm not seeing my loyalty discount kick in at all. They're all going in to the cart at the normal 30% off, not with my 25% loyalty discount.

    I was just about to ask if Still New Items qualify for the Loyalty Discount, because it's not working for me.

    Yeah. The debut and still new releases aren't giving the loyalty discount - if it's happening to you too, then I'd say there is a fubar today (well, what's new)

    Same here, added two "Debut New Releases" and my loyalty discount does not apply...

    Same here. I'm not getting my 30% discount on anything on the sale page -- Not on Debut New Releases, not on Still New Releases, not on Featured PA items, not on Top Sellers, and not on PC+ select items.
