    I don't think loyalty applied to features PAs so far this time either, just the featured new/classic items.

    yeah i got the new Eva 8 pro plus two add ons - got my free G8 and two free G3 pros with it also.

    But you are supposed to have the Eva 8 pro bundle in your cart at the same time and I already purchased it. CS always takes way too long to respond. I'm hoping a mod could get the info...

    What I meant was, if you did not qualify, then got one 8 pro item yesterday, the coupon may now think you qualify. In fact, wasn't there some "today only" wording people were asking about yesterday? (I didn't get the banner, so I am speculating, I could be way off base)

    Nope. Not getting the extra 10% off anything from today’s Christmas sale page... Or the gift card discount. But it seems it’s supposed to be in the cart at the same time as the Eva Pro Bundle which I purchased yesterday but just got banner today. So confusing!

    The loyalty discount sale is great, but today I wonder really:

    Today's giftcard offer for loyal customers - Who buys the Eva-8 pro today can again get his loyalty discount on a gift card.

    But the early bird who bought it already yesterday, like me, don't get this (because they must be in the cart the same time) ....... Is it fair?

    No, I meant the normal loyalty discount on featured PA's stuff (not anything with the silly purple banner that isn't giving us anything at all)

    Yeah, exactly. I even tried putting the bundle that I already purchased in my cart to see if that worked but it didn’t.    Yesterday, it said the sale was “Today only” but today it is still here with an extra incentive of 30% off a gift card and an extra10% off holiday releases.

    No. Some of us are suddenly getting the purple banner that others got yesterday - but it's not working for any of us who got it today. It seems it was either a one-day only thing and it's now expired even tho we didn't get it till now, or something is fubar'd again.

    We can’t use the 30% off the gift card or extra 10% off because we already purchased the Eva Pro bundle yesterday. Other people got the purple banner yesterday and could use it. We got it a day too late...

    It seems like many people in several threads have the same problem. We all got the purple banner for Eva 8 today instead of yesterday.

    I'm just the opposite. I had it yesterday but today it the banner disappeared and the offer is no longer in My Messages.

    The loyalty discount isnt working on the PC+ items on the "the-new-holiday-2018-sale" page, but it says it does.

    For example "Chinese Blades for Genesis 3 and 8 Male(s) and Female(s)" has a base price of 4.99

    Its getting the 60% off from that page so appears as $2.00 in my cart, but it isnt also getting my 30% loyalty discount.

    Loyalty discount is not working on tutorials.  They are on the holiday sale page, with the loyalty discount I figured why not browse and see what I could learn.
