...do you have an "Any" key? Seem to have lost mine.
Yes... And the Banana Splits too... Not sure if Sigmund the Seamonster will be worked in too.
Okay, that was all over the map with Saturday morning live action shows...
I think Captain Marvel is some sort of inter-dimensional super hero... Somewhere in the realm of Doctor Strange... Or not... It's hard to say.
I've seen the trailer, but I'm not not sure where they are taking her character.
...rainy and very cold, only 5° above the temperature where it could turn to snow. East of us there is a freezing rain warning, up to one quarter Inch of ice.
Running up the 'lectric bill today having to turn the heat on.
Going to make a big batch of Thai curry dead bird a little later for the coming week. That ought to warm things up a bit.
...received a letter yesterday that confirms I am approved for the Medicare Savings Plan so I won't have to pay premiums, co-pays, or other charges out of my SS benefit.
Big relief.
Now I'll be able to afford the winter electric bills.
I should turn one of the blank ones into an "any" key.

good news!
Here... Proof the any key exists...
I waste entirely too much time making props for dumb jokes in my posts...
Good to hear... Stay warm... Uh... Well, if your heat is electric based... Otherwise... Stay electrified?... Uh... No... That sounds dangerous... Congratulations... I'll leave it at that.
Cool. Er, warm. Er, non-bummer.
...I used to have one. Long ago (in the DOS days) when I was working in multimedia development, I had a keyboard that had several blank programmable keys which had little plasic covers on top you could insert a label into. I simply made an "Any" label and wrote a simple command macro to activate the key. Worked every time.

I just read the other thread about Captain Marvel... So Shazam! was also Captain Marvel?... I'm very confused... I thought Shazam! was a Saturday morning kid's show from the late 70s... But now I find there are two captain marvels... A Marvel comics and a DC one... Plus Marvel's Captain Marvlel might also be Miss Marvel... I knew the movie Captain Marvel was going to be a woman, but I didn't know Miss Marvel was the same character...
I wonder what show I thought was Shazam?
Megh... I'm gonna go look up the new trailer for the Infinity Wars conclusion...
...yes, in the comics, Carol Danvers AKA "Ms. Marvel" became Captian Marvel.
Not to be confused with "Marvel Girl" which was the original character name for Jean Grey of the X-Men before the Pheonix transformation
it was the 70s shazam memory confusing me. Capt Marvel and Isis sat morning.
wuh oh my pc+ expires today and i havent used the dec coupies yet.
My mum’s furry pillow has a name! Misty!
I think I might get a tv for Christmas! One I hopefully can use my Blu-ray player and firetv stick with. Do they still sell non-hdmi TVs?
The history of comics (and their adaptations) is long and complicated. After 'Superman' was a hit in 1939, Fawcett Comics created a new character, Captain Marvel, who was summoned when newsboy Billy Batson uttered the word 'Shazam', an acronym of Solomon/Hercules/Atlas/Zeus/Achilles/Mercury, and also the name of the wizard who gave him this power. It actually outsold Superman back in the day, and grew several other 'Marvel' characters (Captain Marvel, Jr., Mary Marvel, and later the non-powered Uncle Marvel and others). Fawcett stopped publishing in 1953, partly because of the overall decline in superhero titles, and partly because DC comics had ongoing legal action claiming the character was a knockoff of Superman. While the 'Captain Marvel' trademark was inactive, Marvel comics created a 'Captain Marvel' character and grabbed the trademark. Because of this trademark, DC (when they licensed the Marvel family from Fawcett in 1972) branded the character's book with 'Shazam' instead of 'Captain Marvel'. Actually, within the 'Shazam' comic, Captain Marvel still kept his character name until 2011; now he is 'Shazam'. But most people still think of the big red cheese character as 'Captain Marvel' anyway, adding to everyone's confusion. Meanwhile, Marvel's Captain Marvel has gone through half a dozen different characters over the years who have called themselves 'Captain Marvel'. The current Captain Marvel, according to Wikipedia, is Carol Danvers, formerly Ms Marvel.
Most of the original Captain Marvel titles are in the public domain and can be viewed online.
is a nice name! for nice furry pillow.sounds good for a nom de plume too. like if writing a blog as a cat. or a cat writing a blog as a hoom mahn
remember cat on the red dwarf series. when he passed a mirror he would get stuck looking at his reflection.
Thank you... I thought Shazam was a Saturday morning TV show and had a connection to ISIS... I probably shouldn't have spelled her name like that, but it's too late...
I looked it up, but all I got were hits for an upcoming 2019 movie by the same name... Though, I didn't really bother to look more deeply, as I just wrote it off to parallel universes overlapping... Or bad memory...
Mostly I blame overlapping parallel universes.
I'm tempted to look up why he went from being named Captain Marvel to being named Shazam!, but I think I'll just make up something entertaining to me and go with that.
80% of what I say is based on that last concept.
Bootsie and Louie no tail prolly up to no good. crossing the parallaxiseeze
