    Returning to my previous question on the matter;   is there anything I can do about a product that only supplies a DUF file and not a Poser one?  Or do I just have to simply avoid any creatures/props that are exclusively in DUF format? (Which would be a shame since there's a few relatively new critters that look real nice that are DUF-only)

    I admire people who can draw things in such adorable ways.  It's a lot harder than it looks D:

    ...how to have a very loverly day ruined:

    Transit.

    Not so much the bus and LRT system here, that  works pretty well and usually gets me to where i need to go.

    Decided as it was such a nice sunny warm day, to meet up with friends in the old 'hood. OK that went very well.  Heading back home, that was another matter entirely.  Now the streetcar system we have here, which dovetails with the main transit system i regards to fares, apparently doesn't do wo when it comes to scheduling.  The "tracker" systemwe have only covers the bus and LRT tram, not the streetcar.  Furthermore the streetcar system also does not have it's own tracking system that can be pulled up on your smartphone.  All they offer are the basic "printed" or "on Line schedules that deterrnment from day to day because of

    So OK, I'm on he way home. I dial up the streetcar schedule while still on the bus to discover I should have about 3 min from when I get off the bus I am on to when the streetcar arrives at the cnnecting stop (the bus was on time as well).  After I get off at the transfer point and walked to the steetcar stop I saw the next arrival time wasn't for another 38 min.   "Huh?"  According to the scehule there should have been not only one in three minutes, but a second one about 15 min later. Neither of these showed up, and I ended up waiting for over 35 min which was longer than the entire trip with the transfer should have taken.  When it finally arrived and I got on, the operator mentioned something about a delay ( I couldn't catch what she exactly said as it was garbled).  Meanwhile, the automated display at the stop indicated there was nothing amiss like is usually the case when there is an "incident" that impacts arrival times such as when a car is blocking the tracks or there is some sort of emergency.

    Needless ot say it put a pretty big damper on what was a very nice day and evening.

    Did a quick search, and found this  https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/2967901/ ;

    OBJ format,  though would there be FBX/DAE at the very least?  I'd be missing out on morphs and stuff (Unless it retains any changes made when exported) but I'd get to keep the rigging at least,  or one would hope. Assuming either format is an export option.

    Would need to re-rig stuff myself in that case.

    Do you arrange it for display or just let it accumulate?

    you need to look for products that have Poser companion files. These can be used in the newer versions of Poser with the DSON importer

    I think it is better to be signle than to "date" a guy who wants me to be someone I am not.  Thought that I found a guy, but he showed his true colors texting me today.  I was asking if he wanted a particular CD but he wanted something else that I am not interested in at the moment as it brings too many complications into my life.  (to give you a hint, it is what my guppies do all the time in my tank and that is not swimming)  He had the nerve to say that I was a scardy cat for not wanting to do what he wanted me to do.  I barely know him which means he barely knows me, hopefully.

    I met him at the mall as he sold cupcakes there.  The cupcakes were not good enough for this crap.

    I have decided it is better to be signal than to cross into teritory that I am not comfortable with.  Nobody is worth the feeling of that.  It is not because I am a scardy cat.  Just because I do not want to walk across a mine field does not mean I am a scardy cat.  I feel like if I continue anything with that jerk that is what it would be like walking across a proverbial mine field.

    I was attracted to someone once.  Big bodybuilder, we sort of clicked for a while.  I went to visit him in the mountains where he had grown up and he took me on a hike up high to a cliff where he walked out about 100 feet on a narrow ledge over a 1000 foot shear drop and stood out there admiring the view and beckoned me to follow.  I declined.  He asked "don't you trust me?".   I replied "it's not that, it's that I don't trust myself".  We remained friends but the attraction was over because I couldn't follow where he would go.

    ...I have a dishwasher i'll probably never use as I don't have enough dishes, flatware and cups/glasses to load it with as I live alone (came with the apartment).  Cast iron cookware never goes into one and that is what mostly of my coooking utensils are made of save for the one stainless steel pot I recently purchased.

    Easier and quicker just to wash by hand when I'm done.

    I want my guppies to be friends, but they misunderstood me and took it as friends with benefits.  (that is why I have so many guppies)
