....ah, a glass of my favourite potato Wodka, a big waffle cone of Expresso Madness ice creme, cooler evening temperatures, and fresh clean smelling air wafting through the screens, perfect recipe for a good nights sleep.

    Nite all.

    ...software plaint.

For some reason gmail as been simply locking up on me.  After opening an email, the back arrow goes grey and I cannot even go back to the inbox listing by clicking "Inbox". it just stays on the email that is open.  Every time this happens, I have to refresh the page with the F5 key after which I get the message that asks me if I want to stay on the page or leave it.

Sounds like some sort of script issue (which is why I hate scripting languages in open source software as they promote "spaghetti code" instead of proper programming style which is also very prone to errors due to the "too many cooks in the kitchen" situation).

have to learn how to make rumballsheart

        Rum Balls

1 12-ounce package (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup light corn syrup
    2/3 cup rum
5 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers (2 12oz boxes)
    powdered sugar

In a heavy medium saucepan, heat chocolate pieces over low heat until melted, stirring constantly.  Remove from the heat.  Stir in sugar and corn syrup.  Stir in rum till well mixed.
Grind about 10 wafers at a time in blender (any more than that and the process takes far longer to do becuase the larger pieces quickly lodge in the wafer powder out of reach of the blades instead of bouncing around in the blender getting ground up).  Sift through a strainer; anything that won't go through the strainer will make noticeable unpleasant chunks in the rum balls.
Add vanilla wafers to chocolate mixture and mix well.  Let stand about 30 minutes.  Shape into 1-inch balls.  Roll in powdered sugar.

    yummi nomms heart  thanks

...sadly I no longer can watch youTube videos anymore as they changed to HTML5 format and for some reason the 32 bit version of FF that last one availble for 32 bit systems as they have moved to 64 bit) doesn't support it.  Not about to purchase a 64 bit notebook just to watch videos (maybe they should buy one for me).

...so much for musi, silly cats, and Wendy's videos.

You might be able to use a flash player for FF instead (perhaps your AV settings disable Flash Player?)  I know that works for Vimeo :)

Do what I do. Download the videos using 4K Video Downloader and watch them in VLC Media player.
Like you, I have FF on a 32 bit system. I hate the tech curve as well. It's a conspiracy to force us all
    into the latest shiny.
I have a GoPro, the software only works on Win10.

...yeah, that apparently was the issue.  I dowloaded the Flash for YouTube Add On which overrides HTML5, and that fixed it.  Well Sort of.

Seems they recently changed (I like to say bolloxed up) the entire UI and it is absolutely hideous (looks more like a mobile app than one you'd have on a desktop computer).  Also, Autoplay is permanently set to "on" as a default (with no way in the programme to turn it off permanently which is annoying), as is video resolution  (plays videos at their highest quality setting).  It also loads very very slowly compared to the old version (most likely due to the more graphic intensive UI).  Had to get another FF Add On called You Tube Extender to turn Autoplay off and to be able to select video quality as 1080p and 720p HD videos take forever to buffer and usually end up stalling on my old 32 bit system with its Intel ntegrated graphics.

You know, people bitch about Windows, but Flash Player has long been known to be a security issue.  The industry has been trying so hard to get rid of it.

Get ChrisPC Video Tube Downloader and watch them offline.  There's a free version and a pay version.  The pay version can do multiple downloads at once and can download extra high quality HD videos.  The free one sometimes tells me it can't download high quality.  It doesn't mean it can't do 1080p video, it's just long features or maybe the highest resolution things.  I've downloaded plenty of 1080p videos without an issue.  Just hit that once in a while.  Downloads as .mpg files.  Get it directly here: https://www.videoyoutubedownloader.com/

..most of what I watch is in the 5 - 10 minute range (usualy music which I like to listen to while working on projects).  That would be a pain to DL a bunch of short videos one by one (paticularly as I am on wirless) as I usually could just set up custom playlists on Youtube to play them.in sequence.
