I've had some use out of the Freak's tutu. (This is not the Genesis Troll. That would have been much easier.)
That is not nearly so bad as seeing Michael wearing Dragon Queen. (Be warned again, you can't unsee this).

...agh, I thought I bleached that vision from my brain.
["...ah hello, Booze-O-Rama? Great, I need a half gallon of 191 Everclear, stat! Yeah, that picture again."]
Now I want to put George into that tutu.
...I once put MIl Cat in it....well...the skirt portion.
That looks great JVR :)

Thanks Lau Lau. This wear em all thing is so much fun.
Oh, Princess of Magic is gorgeous in Iray with the shaders. Great job! And wow, Michael in Dragon Queen is...wow! Can't unsee that, or the Freak in the tutu!
It is fun ;). I just wish I was better at it. Maybe I'll need to pick your brain. LOL
FW Oliver converted (shape via GenX & Skin via Cayman's Legacy UVs) to Gen3 wearing Beowulf for M3 with wear them all, reshaded using NGS Rev on the skin and Mec4d vol2 Shaders on the clothes. I had some problems with the crotch area, but nothing smoothing couldn't fix.
If it suits the cat you've got a, well, catsuit.
You asked for it. You have been warned!
George actually has some decent muscle definition.
Like we say here about "difficult" people, he's a bit heavy to dance with...
At least he shaved
when does wear them all come out of pc coupie proof?
limbo of the new releases.
thanks.
Here's Tempesta3D's Robert for G3M (Rendo) wearing Xurge's Castle Guard for M3. I had to use smoothing on the feet, but everything else fit well. I threw Uber on the everything and played with material settings. Turning down glossy and turning up metallicity had some interesting results (see below.) I think the mantle (around the face) needs smalling tiling but adjusting in the surfaces tab makes it shrink really weird. I may have to find or create a new texture for that from the old one. Not bad, though. I did put Sub D on and boosted it, but it still looks the same. I don't have it turned on for anything else.
I did use Mec4D leather shaders on the gloves, pants and boots because the defaults looked so low res. Everything else has their original textures.
So, more tweaks needed, but this outfit was $3 over at Xurge. They're having a half off sale on month, and there are lots of nice outfits for the older figures, especially Generation 3.
Metallicity at 1.0. I like it shiny!
Metallicity at .8, looks more aged/battle scarred:
Metallicity at .5, not liking this. It looks weirdly glossy. I probably need to turn down the gloss in some areas for that one to work.

I love Xurge's stuff! I have a few and tend to pick up a few everytime this sale comes around.
So I've been wanting to buy the Spanish V4/M3 clothing for a long time. I have both WearThemAll products. Will WearThemAll allow me to use the V3/M3 Spanish clothing on G3F/G3M/G2F/G2M/G?
Is Generation 3 (not Genesis 3) considered the same thing as V3, M3, S3, D3, ...?
That depends, do you have the most recent expansion for wear them all? If so then yes.
And yes Generation 3 is the same as v3, m3, etc. It refers to all figures in that era.
I like the 2nd one. The armour I've seen in museums looks like the backside of a roll of aluminum foil but more shiny, not much of a mirror effect that's noticable.
I have all the Spanish stuff and have been meaning to render those. More than happy to do some this weekend for you. They should come across okay.
Yes, Generation 3 = M3, V3, A3, S3, D3, Freak, etc, etc.
It's really interesting what a huge difference just playing with those settings does. I'll keep messing with them. I don't want it to look too new, but not too old either. Somewhere in between is good.
If you don't mind post work, you could layer 1 and 2, and using a mask or opacity, get something in between.
Oh, that's a great idea! Hadn't thought of doing that...hmm...
thanks
Separately the tool is $25 for each, but in the combined package it is $20?
The $20 combined package is an expansion for the two $25 tools and adds support for using Generation 3 clothing to them.
Ah. Was wondering. Perhaps I need to learn to read... :-)
