I believe that's a Red Panda.

According to Wikipedia they are rather unique:
The red panda is the only living species of the genus Ailurus and the family Ailuridae. It has been previously placed in the raccoon and bear families, but the results of phylogenetic analysis provide strong support for its taxonomic classification in its own family Ailuridae, which, along with the weasel, raccoon and skunk families is part of the superfamily Musteloidea.[5] Two subspecies are recognized.[3] It is not closely related to the giant panda.

Really need to research low income housing here in the city as the house where I am currently living is being foreclosed on and will be up for auction so at best I have about two months. At my age, moving is getting tougher and tougher to deal with.
Just feel too physically "blah" right now to deal with it.
Didn't you just move recently?
Dana
...yeah back in October of 2015 so this is a bit of a surprise.
Trouble is housing here in Portland is gwadawful expensive and getting worse by the month. Even a studio in the inner neighbourhoods can go for more than the amount of my monthly benefit cheque and there is a shortage of low/fixed income rentals due to all the gentrification and upscale development that has been going on. For long term residents like myself it seems Portland is becoming Silicon Valley North price wise even though we don't have near as many big tech firms as the Bay Area does (basically Intel and that is it)..
As I do not drive, moving to the outskirts is not an option as everything is miles apart, transit out there is poor at best, and many areas don't even have sidewalks (including along busy streets with 40 - 45 mph traffic). I like taking my daily walks, going to the park, to do my grocery shopping or just to socialise with friends. The way I see people in the burbs drive, I'd be too afraid to walk around unless it was absolutely necessary (and the outskirts are where many of the local gangs were pushed out to as well cirme is actually worse in the burbs than the inner city). On top of that, rents in the outer areas are rising as well, in some cases by 30% or more even for really cheaply built apartments with cardboard thins walls, poor insulation/weatherising, inefficient electric baseboard heating (seemingly always placed right below the windows), and frequent mould and moss issues due to the damp climate here.
In short, for myself, it would be like going to the "bad place" while still alive.
where are the retiree states these days?
i like to visit Florida, wouldn't want to live there.
Arizona is too far from the beach.
>.< complaint - employee surverys
they all seem like trick questions
1st survey question, company headed in the wrong direction / right direction
North Carolina & Montana.
Florida suffers from Paradise Syndrome*. I have visited it on and off since 1956 and have lived in Florida for a couple decades. I moved back to western NY State 9 years ago. However, Florida is still a great place to visit if you have some discretionary money, and like the sun, beach, theme parks, boating, or sitting in trailer parks remembering days gone by. Hotel/motel prices are very reasonable because of the intense competition. Roads are great but congested in the big cities. Avoid Miami.
*Paradise Syndrome: Whereby a paradise loses its luster because it becomes too popular and too easily accessible. Overgrowth, commercialization, creeping sleezy.
New Olympic competition...
I'd love to go to Epcott center, but i think of all the walking >.<
Myfanwy woman's name derived from Welsh annwy beloved

Frances can be a guy or a girl name?
Arizona is only a good place for retirees for about 3-5 months (unless you're a golf nut who'll tee-off in 110º weather). We're already steady in the 90º range, fortunately the nights are still cool. Phoenix is headed the same way as Portland. The median for a decent (no bugs, gang-bangers, or sub-woofers) is around $1,300/month +utilities. What you northern folks pay to heat your house in the winter, we pay to cool ours in the summer. On the other hand, gas is about $2.15/gal and food is reasonable, with good sales if you're savvy. It's a two hour drive to the mountains, and only 8 hours to the Pacific.

But it's a dry heat, right? I'm from Massachusetts. When I went to deal with my father's property when he passed, it was in TwentyninePalms in CA. High desert. He had a little cinderblock homesteader cabin. It was Oct. 28 to Nov. 2. It was 85 every day. I was working in that little hot box and moving furniture and things. I was OK, I wasn't feeling like I was going to die. Back here, 85 would have come with high humidity and I'd be melting and it would be miserable.

I think, Francis was Moon Doggie's name. or Gidget was Frances
can't remember Capt Janeway's 1st name.it wasn't Kate
Ethnic nuetral names hard to think up.
Major walking is not in my bag of tricks anymore. However, I have had a ball at places like Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Universal Studios because I'm not embarrased or adverse to renting a "Personal Transport Vehicle (PTV)" i.e. single person golf cart at those places. You have to be willing to spend a little cash ($50/day) and you have to be early into the park (no reservations of PTVs) to get one. But they make the day totally enjoyable even for people of the ancient persuasion. I can walk enough to park my PTV near an attraction entrance and walk into the ride or restaurant or store or whatever. And if you're really worried about standing in a line for hours, you can plan your trip to March/April or October/November when the crowds and heat are not oppressive. AND, if you really hate lines you can throw more money at them and get a reserved time for an attraction or a pass to skip most of the line. Yeah, it's not cheap. But when I go to one of those places I expect to spend $200 or $300 a day for admission, parking, PTV transport, souveniers, meals, snacks, drinks, sun lotion & misc. Of course hotel is extra, but not really that much, perhaps $80 to $100. On-site hotels are for rich people ($300, $400, $500/day). But there are lots of nearby off-site hotels that are decent and have multi-day deals with the parks for significant savings. I usually get a 3 or 4 day deal at the hotel. Do your homework.
Personally I love Universal Studios, Orlando. When there I have breakfast at "The Leaky Cauldron" in the Harry Potter section. I have lunch at Bubba Gumps Seafood, I attend the latest movie (usually 3D) in the mega theater. I have a late morning beer in Jurassic Park jungle next to an animated dinosaur, I have an afternoon margarita at "Margaritaville". I have dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe, I use my PTV to scoot around the park at least twice during the day/night, my car is parked in the shade of their multi-level parking garage instead of burning on the multi-acre asphalt mega-parking lot at Disney. In the Evening I've been to the "Blue Man Group" theater. However, there is still a relatively long walk from the PTV return office to my car but much of it is on horizontal "slidewalks" like in an airport. And since I have a handicap placard and paid a few dollars extra for the handicap parking area, my walk inside the parking garage is about as short as it gets. I love trips to the Orlando theme parks! Unfortunately, it takes me three years to save up enough to be able to do it again. A few weeks before Halloween is a fun time because Universal has lots of extra halloween themed events at night (extra cost).
