Apparently Sauron realized that one does not simply walk into Mordor, so he made a road for convenience. ;)

This whole series has been nothing but useful and cool. This new set continues the trend. Love it.

I need to get off Facebook - I was sitting here actually looking for a "like" button. Seriously.

LOL. I'm in agreement with Maraich - the entire series is brilliant and a fantastic idea.

    Thanks for the comments everyone!

JOdel, you`d deserve the Daz-Pathfinder of the week award for finding it, since Daz blesses me with another bottom-of-page1 steath release. ;)

No renders using the new environment?

Here's my first one... Works fantastic for one of my preferred genres: "postapocalyptic" - here we see a barbarian showing others the "tents" of the ancients, can you imagine that in such a "tent" lived hundreds of people?

Thanks for posting the render sedor, looks great!
The ruined buildings & spikes combi made me think of planet of the apes.
I like the slightly grainy look, fits well. Not sure if it`s a UE lighting side effect or postwork though. ;)

    Thanks Flipmode!

The grain is done in postwork, I think some grain gives often a "little extra" to images.

Grabbed it the instant it showed up so I have all four so far and plan to grab any more you do. Can you give a hint as to what is next?

I'm really loving these sets and find it hard trying to work with anything else.

    Thanks Spit :)

The next one (and last of the "core" sets) will be "Top of the World".
I am sure one can guess what it will be by the name. ;)

Ooooh. Intriguing! If I'm guessing correctly (and I actually have two guesses) they'd both be something I'd plead for.

I'll wait and be pleasantly surprised whatever.

I think a lot of us would find a settled countryside agricultural set to be useful. Something with the fields and crops evident that would be useful for overhead or flight images. Something like this:

    Himalaya isn`t far off ;)
I avoid making those sets region specific, but the general idea is right.

Countyside/fields has been mentioned a few pages back, there is a good chance I`ll give it a try.
But you have me worried mentioning fight images...that would be a very different skybox angle than "walking through the fields".
    Well, we`ll see. ;)

Just have to say I love the latest the best of all, (and I have all of them) and I've been using them all a LOT. Absolutely one of my favorite products.

Gotta to say, I've purchased 4 of the Easy Environments and am in love with them. Just did a render of the sands one (because we are suppose to get up to two feet of snow in the next 48 hours and I wanted warm thoughts in the head). Turned out far better than I imagined it would.

    Great products!

Thanks for posting this Alynnalizza, great one!
Tbh. I didn`t expect to ever see the desert in such a rather menacing image, I believe it was all sunny and friendly when I delivered it. ;)
I really love what you guys keep coming up with. :)

Great stuff Totte, thanks for posting! Feels a bit like birthday today seeing so many new renders :)
Seeing the road to hell set with bright lighting is cool, never tried that.

I used the AgeOfArmour fog camera on the road to hell to get some cool fog effects.

AoA`s fog cams are great, pretty much my fav purchase last year.

    Thanks sedor!

Really dark it is, but cool. Looks very agressive, I imagine two seconds later we would get to see a lot of splatter and some limbs flying around. ;)

Yes, there will be some goulash (hope it's the right translation of the german "Gulasch") in a few seconds :P

  • FlipmodeFlipmode Posts: 880
    edited December 1969

No clue if the translation works, but I understand Gulasch just fine. Tagging it german might enrage some hungarians though. ;)
Well, you got me hungry, and I am on a diet, meh!
