Yep, I have all 24 Characters, and didn't get the banner discount. WTF DAZ? Seriously?
I have nearly all of the Main Gen3 characters, 18 in total. Most of them I got in the Pro Bundles, but no discount. The Ryan Pro Bundle still is 66.13$ in my cart.
I have all the g2 and g3 figs including lot/most of the 7 pro bundles only ones don't have are girl/guy 7, and Julie7 and now Ryan as don't have use for them though some girl7 stuff might get use out of later date anyway I got no offer either but like said got no use for them but still. Sometimes the bonus offers don't show up till day 2 or 3 at latest few times noticed
I was going to buy him anyway- the look is perfect for my work- he came to 13.00$ for the Pro Bundle with nothing else in my cart! I thought it was glitch- but see from this thread that it isn't.. Thanks Daz!
I got that banner too and the probundle is in my cart for 6.61 dollars. Incredible, I wouldn't have bought him or his bundle now otherwise, but I can't resist that discount. I have wery few clothes and hair for males so this will come in handy. It is strange that you guys with more than 9 genesis 3 characters didn't get the banner, wery unfair.

The banner says "*Valid for intended recipient only." so I guess not everybody will get it.
Maybe you guys got some sort of a good deal before and now it's other people's turn to get a deal, I really don't know but judging by this, Daz probably does it like that.

Looks like an error to me. Those prices are completly unfair for the vendors to. Seems like all people, who have 10 and more characters don't see any discounts (any other examples?), because with the same math, they would get it for free.
It's so unfair, if the reason for the discount is what it says then it should be the same for everyone who bought 9 or more
Not sure if it's an error or not but Daz people always said teen boys are not popular at all, that's why Josie didn't get Jayden. So maybe it's an effort to get more people to spend money on him who would normally not buy a teen boy (me included).
But yeah, those discounts are suspiciously HUGE, first time seeing something like this.
All the products in the bundles are DAZ buyouts, so the vendors have already been paid for their product. PA's aren't losing out on anything for the bundles.
As the vendor in this case is Daz (they bought the stuff from the PAs) - the prices are only unfair to Daz.
I am still pondering whether an additional 30% are enough of an incentive for me ...
Seriously hoping the discount issue is a glitch! I think I've bought the pro version of every G3 release. If those of us who are loyal get no discount, there is a HUGE problem at DAZ. As it stands, he's sitting in my cart and I am not purchasing him yet. They have to know by now that we all talk to each other on here. If this isn't a mistake, I would probably skip him altogether and make sure DAZ knows why.

Most definitely have never received a deal like this before, with the discounts people are reporting, can guarantee that!
I really think that if it was a standard "hey, you bought Tween Julie or hey, you bought a pro bundle in the past, so here's 20% off the new tween bundle" people wouldn't be getting as upset as they are. The fact that the discounts are SO substantial (90% etc..people getting the pro bundle for $6 etc) is I think, what is upsetting people the most. Never seen discounts like this before on a new pro bundle, so people are rightfully upset.
For those who are getting hte big discounts, ENJOY and rejoice! LOL. you've done well! :D :D
I hope the discount thing works for you folks later on today. It certainly swayed my buying decision.
Got the same discount as Carina above, plus I hadn't used my PC Daz Original coupon yet this month, so picked up the Pro bundle for a grand total of 0.61 cents.
The discount is on DO products so no vendors were harmed in the manufacturing.
It's especially unfair for those of us who've supported Genesis 3 from the beginning. It's frustrating and somewhat insulting, and makes me less inclined to want to spend here.
I got the banner discount, probably because I bought the Victoria 7 Pro Bundle a while back when it was at a deep discount.
A shame, tbh, because I have no interest in buying Ryan at all (I do not care for kid characters in the slightest), though in fairness, he looks less creepy and questionable than Tween Julie and more like an actual tween for once. Still have no use for him, save for a couple items from his Pro Bundle. Not going to spend $59 on the whole thing, though.
Wish I could pass my discount off to someone else who'd get use out of it, lmao.
Me too :( I have ALL of the previous characters released since Vicky2 and no banner. I guess they think we will cave in and buy it at any price so no special discounts for us long time loyal customers. Patience grasshopper. It won't be long before they will be giving it away for free.
Got each and every Gen 3 Pro Bundle, still no discount banner. On Sunday, sale offered 5 products for free which I - of course - already own. Seems being a good customer really pays off these days.
I wouldn't normally bother with Teen/Tweens but I have 8 Genesis 3 characters - all male - so the Pro bundle was a no brainer, I got the whole lot for less than the hair and outfit I was going going to buy from the bundle, plus the 'Boys of Summer' discount with the outfit

This promotion is only about DazOriginals Genesis 3 Female/Male 7 characters. No banner here yet either, 15 gen 7 females and 7 gen7 males, but on the bright side he will probably be on sale during March madness since he won't be new anymore so we can all get him then if it's a good deal
It does sound suspiciously way too low - unless it's their way of covering for what they think will be an unpopular character. But if it is a glitch then congrats to those that were selected~
This is the sentiment I'm getting too. Spent thousands of dollars here in the past year - clearly that isn't enough for Daz to care about keeping customers around.
if this is not an error, what could be the strategy? To chase off the patrons who bought more than 9 G3 characters..... I am very confused and upset .... I really hope, it will clear up in some hours....
I would recommend to stay calm. I would be very surprised if the fact that some of us did not get a discount (that inludes me) is not simply a store error. Possibly caused by DAZ not taking into account that many of us have more than 9 characters which would result in a 100% or greater discount.
Just wait until they get into the office before getting out the pitchforks and torches...

Since so many that have bought a ton of addon characters didn't get it, maybe it's one of those deals to get people who don't buy addon characters to finally get one. I got the banner and the only addon I have is V7. I'd give the deal away if I could since I have no interest in tween anything, especially a male figure. Of course you are right. But it's like wanting something you can't have now. Here it's already afternoon and the free time (also known as render time
) starts. If they will fix the error (if it is an error) in the night, I have to wait untill tomorrw to render. That's no big problem, but waiting is hard.
Not getting upset. Waiting to see if I get a discount. If not, I save money. No pitchforks and torches for me, anyway. I'm more of a tar and feather kind of guy
