Did you try to go to the store front and hit ctrl+F5 (hard refresh)? That is what I had to do to see the banner.
Or just add the figure/starter bundle/pro bundle to your cart and look at your cart?
Yep. did a hard refresh and no banner. Added bundle to cart and it's the normal price. Even checked my dashboard to see if there are any messages there.

I'm happy others are getting the discount, I'll never begrudge someone getting a good deal that's for sure :D But I am a bit peeved that I've bought 12 Gen 3 figures and there's no banner discount.
If you test out if something works ot not, you give one part of the people in your test "The Thing", and the rest gets nothing or a placebo. Of course, both groups need to be composed of the same setup of people (like, both groups are 50% students, 50% workers, and 75% male/25% female biological gender). The ones who get nothing or a placebo are called "controllgroup", so you can see if "The Thing" will have any influence in comparision with the folks who got nothing.
With 12 figures, they'd have to give you the pro pack for free, and a gift certificate for $30 for the remaining 20%.

I think Ryan looks a bit more realistic than Julie, more like a real boy, and less stylized than Julie. The eyes seem more like normal sized. I quite like both the hairs, which would work well on adult figures as well, and some of the outfits look reasonable. although the Medieval Prince outfit looks more SciFi than medieval to me.
Anyway, I am interested in the pro bundle, but I rarely buy bundles at release except during MM or PA sales when they are given a bigger discount Generally I am happy to wait a few months for the larger discounts to kick in. However a banner has appeared offering me a further 40% since I own 4 G3 characters, so now I very tempted to pick up the bundle now.
Installed the contents of the Pro Bundle and just wanted to report a problem, the character Max does not show up in Smart Content and needs to be loaded via Content Library.
His materials and shapes do, it's just the character itself that isn't there under "Figures".
Now, let's do a render! : )
What????? I have 17 of the 7th generation and get no discount for that????? I don't know, what I should think.... I will wait a while further till I buy Ryan.... that is definite!
You and me both, JUJU. Not buying him at all if I don't get this magical discount banner that lots of other people are getting. It is possible it's being rolled out so I'll check again in the morning and see.
I guess the discounts might be randomly distributed which is not fair because I remember missing out on several deals in the past that I was eligible for.
I have more than 3 ... but I think they are talking about the MAIN Dazoriginal characters. When I go to the Product library https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files and search for 7 I get a lot of files (including L75 and Bryce 7) - but I can see I have Izabella 7, Bethany 7 and Victoria 7.
Which characters are you counting?
I habe made a list of what I have... started with Victoria 7, I have 8 female...
V7, Arabella 7, Josie7, Olympia7, Eva7, Kalea7, Aiko7, Julie7
and 8 male
Michael7, Gianni7, Leo7, Kenjy7, Lee7, Guy7, Ivan7, Kimo7
(ok, on my list was Aiko double but I am not sure I have listed all, an that were 16 so still a many people and many of them starter or pro bundle)
I am member for 12 1/2 years now....but if this is a randam rabatt, that is not for someone like me....if this is fact and not an error.... could be this would heal me from my daz-addiction....
He looks older than a tween but also looks like Josie's twin sister. I'm buying his hair and the European outfit.
I really dislike these randomly allocated discounts. I have every gen 7 Daz character except tween Julie, and no discount banner here. Why give a reason for the offer if every person who qualifies isn't getting it? Guess Daz thinks I'm stupid enough to pay full price. Well, no thanks.

Banner deals can take some time to filter through to everyone, so maybe yours will arrive later.
I agree with you that it would seem odd to be a targeted offer when it states quite explicitly the reason the offer is being given.
The 7's would be the MAIN daz original characters. I'm rendering at the moment so can't count them via Smart content, but in my Product library, I can see:
Victoria 7, Eva 7, Bethany 7, Teen Josie 7, Arabella 7, Olympia 7, Michael 7, Karen 7, Izabella 7, The Girl 7, Mei Lin 7, Aiko 7
That's 12. It's 11 too many really considering I only ever use Olympia 7 when I'm using the default bases. LOL

Guess 12 isn't good enough for the insidious Daz secret sales. They're on a real run lately with sales that punish their most common customers.

This was not the post I intended to make after seeing/buying, that post is getting worse by the moment as it percolates.
I have Ryan in cart for $59.52 at this moment.... but is tastes bitter if I here someone get ist for less than 10$..... I am totally confused right know.... I now it is still early morning in Daz-Land not early afternoon as here in Germany.... I hope this confudsion will clear up satisfying.... oh my....
It's 10pm over here for me, so I'm going to wiat till my morning. Often I've woken up in the morning to see the orange banner pop up on some new sale, that wasn't there the night before when the releases hit the store. So I'm gonna wait. If i don't check in in the morning, you will all know that I have exploded. :D

Me too. I thought there was one I didn't have but I have it. A couple I just got the base to add to the gene pool.
