Thanks Teobaldo. Condolences on the lost of a member of your family, wishing you peace and comfort during this painful time.
Teobaldo - thank you. I am sorry to hear about your loss. These moments are not easy. I wish you and your family comfort and peace and hope this painful time will be over soon.
The centre statue is from the Stanford 3D Scanning Repository, at left and right an instance. The material is from Fifty Funky Shapes and Fifty Funky Metals, for the instances only the colour for Diffuse were changed. They stand on the ground plane with some transparency and reflection. In the back a 2D Face as mirror. Background and ambient light by the unpublished Anteroom2vrNW HDRI. No sun, no haze. Thai statues (Stanford xyzrgb_Statuette).
Beautifully presented statues Horo
Thank you mermaid.
The terrain was self made and given a modified material from High Resolution Terrains 1. The water is the ground plane with my material, a bit below a mirroring ground plane. Sky and ambient light by the SunSet HDRI from HDRI Enhanced Skies and the key light by the sun. A pond in a low ground of the green vegetated hills.
Magnificent landscape Horo, amazing work as always.
Once again I used one of your ideas - the abstract – Funky Shape on page 43. I used the same shape the OctoInterLoop1, but the materials, Hdri (Alienroom) and GWL lens setup are different. I like the result and will try the same setting with other objects and Hdris.
mermaid - thank you. Your abstract looks really great. Yes, do use other objects and HDRIs. There are so many possibilities. Some small changes can result in a completely new result.
Thanks Horo and thanks for the inspiration too.
Teobaldo - my condolences to you and your family. Please keep the memory in your hearts - that's the way.
To everyone else - sorry I've been not active due to health problems (which, in turn, make bad influence on my job etc.) and various difficulties with WWW access and other unrelated stuff. I've been watching you posting renders and times, and they are all beautiful in various ways.
Also please don't worry about the zine project - sorry about such slow progress. If you're an active Brycer and haven't participated yet feel free to ask me for details.
I doubt I'll be able to finish it for 30 years of PC version of Bryce 2, though (2nd october, I presume).
Best wishes to you all~
Past as Future - good to see you back and I hope things get better for you. Thank you for looking at our works shown here.
